"“This roll is perfect. A soft brioche with a good tear, and just a hint of sweetness to really let the sweetness of the lobster take centre stage. And that lobster is top tier. It’s £18, but you get a hefty portion and for the experience of sitting in Green Park on a sunny day eating this lobster roll after months of metaphorical and literal darkness, I’d have payed double that.”— HLB" - oliver feldman, heidi lauth beasley, jake missing, rianne shlebak

"Much like its fine dining big sister Hide, this Mayfair coffee shop is pricey. But it also has a charming outdoor setup where you can get a cup of coffee and a cheeky £30 lobster roll if you’re feeling extra." - oliver feldman, rianne shlebak

"Hideaway is, much like its glorious fine dining big sister Hide, pricey. But importantly it’s also worth it. The specialty coffee is hand roasted. The éclairs are rich, the croque madame is a soft, crispy cheese fest, and the pizzas come topped with quality things like truffle and wild thyme. The £22 lobster roll is the real star of the show at this Mayfair cafe though. It’s a rich, sweet hefty lunch that you’ll eat in Green Park with a big fat smile on your face. " - heidi lauth beasley, jake missing, rianne shlebak

"Lobster Roll Hideaway is the equally bougie little sister of Hide, a glorious Mayfair restaurant that runs like clockwork. It’s also one of the best fine dining experiences we’ve ever had, so to say we were a bit excited to try this lobster roll would be like saying a dog is a bit excited when you shout WALK-IES! We were hyped, very hyped, and it did not disappoint. The roll is perfect - soft but with a good tear, and it’s just a hint sweet to really let the sweetness of the lobster take center stage. And that lobster is top-tier. It’s £18 but you get a hefty portion and for the experience of sitting in Green Park on a sunny day eating this lobster roll after months of metaphorical and literal darkness, we’d pay double that." - heidi lauth beasley, jake missing

"Brenda Howard—a.k.a. The Mother of Pride—probably didn’t envision you kicking off your Pride route with a hefty lobster roll. Would she approve? We hope so. Hideaway is a particularly boujie cafe and much like its fine dining big sister, Hide, this place can be pricey. But if you’re looking for a celebratory takeaway to start your day in style, hit it up for the lobster roll and one of the specialist iced coffees. It’s a 10-minute stroll from the parade starting point at Hyde Park Corner. " - heidi lauth beasley, sinead cranna
