Great downtown Lafayette spot to sit and enjoy music and eat Fe rest food. The food here is very good and one of the better hamburger in town. The also serve fresh French fries, which is a big plus for me. It’s enjoyable outdoor dining with the flavor of downtown. Very friendly server!

Always an excellent experience. Great food, atmosphere and service. Brook is awesome! dirty martini poutine brussels & tasso blt steak frites — eating dinner with Stephen Rogers at Hideaway on Lee.

Really great ambience and live music almost every night. I love that they have healthy options where many restaurants in Lafayette don’t. The fried okra is some of the best I’ve ever had. The cocktails are really unique. Best of all everything is reasonably priced for the quality

Great ‘hideaway’ restaurant! Very nice atmosphere! Inside and outside dining. We went on a Sunday night, a live band was playing outside ($10 cover charge if you dine outside with live music playing). Indoor dining had a lovely ambiance very pretty wallpaper and decorations! Good food too!

Had a lunch visit for our first time at Hideaway on Lee. Went for the taco special during the downtown "Taco Takedown" promotion and their shrimp tacos did not disappoint. Taste as good as they looked.

SerpAPI
The food is always good, but it's the kind of place that nickle and dimes you. In the past it was charging for extra ketchup when they only give you a little bit. Now they they charge per drink refill of tea and soda. They also have small serving sizes. Not inappropriately small, but when you're used to decent portions or sharing it's a let down. I've gone about a dozen times over the past year because I like their outdoor atmosphere and trivia nights, but I'm never in a rush to head back.

Great little spot. Server was very kind and attentive. The food came out quickly and it tasted amazing. Definitely not at a bad price either.

The hostess, Katherine, was the most rude and verbally aggressive and accosting restaurant employee I have ever met. When I called to complain, the management was more worried about defending her saying she finds it hard to believe she behaved that way. As someone who worked in the restaurant industry for over a decade during high school and college and even majored in hospitality for 2 years before changing my major, I have a lot of patience. She should not be working with the public. There is a lot more to say but Google only allows me to say so much. Bottom line, this seems like a cool place but I doubt if I ever go back because of this rotten 1st impression.

Yelp
I flew in from San Diego, and my parents picked me up so we could come here for dinner. They had a great live band playing, but I was surprised they charged $10 just to sit on the patio and listen to the music--it felt a bit excessive. We opted to sit inside, where there was only one other couple. The atmosphere was quiet and a little chilly. For appetizers, we ordered the Brussels sprouts and the burnt ends pork belly. The pork belly was excellent--rich and flavorful. The Brussels sprouts had good flavor too, though they were a bit heavy on the sauce. I ordered the steak frites, which I enjoyed. The thin-cut French fries were especially good, and the aïoli added a nice touch. Our server was very friendly, offered great recommendations, and provided attentive service throughout the meal.

Yelp
I wish I had a better review to leave for Hideaway. After contemplating on not posting this, I've decided that it's best for all to know and make their decision before dining. My group of 3 wanted a bite to eat while in Downtown Lafayette - Hideaway was decided upon. We ordered cocktails and two appetizers. When the burnt ends arrived, they were not to our liking and asked the server to take them back before even touching them. The burnt ends resembled undercooked bacon tossed with sauce and thrown onto a saucer. The server graciously took it back. A few moments later, the server returned with the item and said that the "owner said this is how it's prepared and we cannot take it back." I said, "oh no, could you please ask again? We won't be eating it." The server said she was scared to go back to the owner and said I could go and ask the owner myself. I approached the owner with my plate of raw, sauced bacon pieces and asked for it to be removed from our check. The owner informed me that this is how they serve it and they don't take it back from tables. Again, I asked the owner to take it back and that (as someone who works in food for a living) this is not what we expected or wanted in "burnt ends". THIS IS WHERE IT GOT WILD! The owner then said "well if you aren't happy, we can go ahead and grab your check." Okay, let's do it. My group was presented with their check and we left. We tipped the waitress in cash, and she profusely apologized and said that the owner is always this confrontational. Bottom line - I won't dine here again. The owner creates a culture that has the servers scared to care for their guests. It definitely wasn't hospitable.

Yelp
We came hang out here for festival international and it was a perfect spot with live music and delicious drinks! My husband ate and said the food was delicious! Our waiter was AWESOME! He was super friendly & hilarious! It was like a built-in comedy show as he served! He was witty and entertaining and efficient at the same time! It's HOT outside but worth every drop of sweat! We danced and had a memorable time! Yes, I recommend this place

Yelp
Loved this place! We had a large group and the Hideaway gladly accommodated us with a reservation. Our waiter (Jordan?) was great - funny, welcoming, and attentive. Ambiance was super cute! Drinks were great all around. I especially liked their old fashioned. We got both the salmon and pork belly deviled eggs and both were delicious! If I had to pick a favorite though, I'd actually go with the salmon. We also got the burnt ends, which weren't really burnt, and the okra which was a surprise hit. For dinner I had the house salad with steak and it was delicious. Outside, a band had started and a very mixed age crowd was dancing and having fun. It looked like a great time!

Yelp
Good food and drinks- Great music!! My new favorite place. A guaranteed good time no matter who's playing. It's the best of Lafayette

Jessie B.

Yelp
Came to eat here love the food but unfortunately my kids don't like the food but love BBQ chips and I'm not ganna make my kids watch me eat so I brought my kids chips and they told us we weren't allowed to have BBQ chips inside don't recommend to family's

LeAnn M.

Yelp
Service was great! Very attentive staff. Had the steak frites which were delicious. Very cute setting and nice outdoor seating.

Yelp
Great atmosphere and music! They serve food but o haven't tried it. The service is very good.

Keye H.

Yelp
1. Love the atmosphere. 2. Hate that it's cash only for cover. 3. HATE that there is no menus...thst could be the dealbreaker. Think of the age group actually coming here. At least put on on the wall for Pete's sake! 4. Food was outstanding! 5. We suggest allowing some small portion of cover charge be allowed as credit to food only. That would make the cover charge easier to swallow for those coming just to eat. 6. We would have given 5 stars but not having a tangible drink and food menu cost 3 stars. 7. Love, love, love the real cloth napkins...that got you a star back!

Yelp
C'est magnifique!!!!! I visited Lafayette for the first time last weekend and checked my Yelp for some suggestions on where to go. Not much is open around here on Sunday's or Monday's- but the Hideaway on Lee is!! We showed up around 8pm on Sunday evening for dinner- and the place was packed! We were surprised to see that they had live music that night, and unfortunately there was a $10 cover per person if we wanted to sit outside. It was hot and humid thaf night so we ended up sitting inside and did not have to pay the extra money. I have to say- our dinner here was EXCELLENT. The specialty cocktails were amazing. The "Orange Blossom Special" was literally the best smelling drink I have ever tried.... IN MY LIFE. I know that's a strange thing to say- but I literally could not stop picking up my glass and smelling my drink! We started up our dinner, sharing the Poutine. Fresh cut fries soaked in a flavorful gravy, covered with cheese curds. For our entrees I ordered "Tante Jane's Salad" and added chicken. The veggies were all fresh, the dressing was light and flavorful and the chicken was juicy and well seasoned. My boyfriend ordered the Steak Frites, but unfortunately they were out of it- so he ended up getting the "cut of the day" steak. I'm not sure what cut it ended up being- but it was perfectly cooked- tender and juicy. Being our greedy selves, we also ordered a bowl of the tomato soup- It was excellent. All in all- the experience here was great. The service was fast, the employees were all nice and helpful, and the food was all prepared perfectly. Also, I have to say that the band outside was great too! There were a handful of couples outside dancing to the music. The atmosphere here is lively!! I would return!

Yelp
Onion Rings and Bacon on the Smokestack Lightnin burger are perfectly crisp and delicious. The BBQ sauce wasn't too thick or overpowering and complimented the sandwich very well. Some people think a burger is about a big patty, but I find that dries out easy or gets under cooked. This patty wasn't too thick and cooked to a nice medium. Fries were decent, but it was living in the burger's shadow. lol! 12oz Abita Root Beer made for the perfect Friday Lunch!
google avatar

Tony L.

Yelp
Came here with a group of friends and this place was literally a hide away since I couldn't even find the location. If you do get a chance to come here, I suggest ordering the smokestack lightning burger and poutine fries 1. jalapeño lena $7 cream cheese, jalapeño pepper jelly, bread & butter jalapeño, served with crackers. It was delicious, but I wish the appetizer came with more crackers for serving. 2. smokestack lightnin' $9 smash burger, sharp cheddar, onion rings, bacon and house made bbq sauce. If you had the Texas rodeo burger from burger King before; this is like a steroid upgrade version of it. 3. poutine $8 cheddar cheese curds, house made gravy. Indeed different but this poutine stole the show for me! You just have to try it 4. aioli blon fries $7 (v) truffle aioli, swiss cheese, sautéed mushrooms. If you love a cheese skirt with delicious mushrooms served with fries, you gotta try this. 5. hideaway special $7 (v) swiss cheese, sauteed onions, bread & butter jalapenos, special sauce. Savory spicy fries that are on point. 6. Leadbelly $9 slow smoked pork belly, cucumber, carrots, spring mix, bread & butter jalapenos. I didn't get to try it but my friend said it was decent. 7. beignets $4.5 (ve). Good but simple beignets, as it should be.

Yelp
Great food great service etc.. homegrown good times and food is out of this world, live music is off the hook

Yelp
Hideaway on Lee is a hidden gem! The food and service never disappoint. If you can catch an evening with live music you will be swept off your feet with the charm of this restaurant. The staff have always been so kind and provide the best recommendations. Our waiter Randy was wonderful! The staff seem happy to be at work and enjoy their jobs. The following are some of my family's favorite items: Brussel Sprouts, Pepper Jelly & Cream Cheese, Mexi Cali burger or grilled chicken, Tuna Steak Salad, & all the cocktails are amazing! The restaurant & bathrooms are clean. The landscaping is lovely and well manicured.

Yelp
I went to the Hideaway on Sunday night, March 20 after the festival acadiens. I arrived directly from the festival and was sweaty, dusty, a little disoriented (I walked a bit because could not get a Uber) with just a credit card, ID, and only $5 in cash. Cover was $10. The super sweetheart at the door let me in and gave me $5 of her own cash as long as I promised to buy her a drink later after she got of work (this was not a pick up thing)! And this sweet spirit continued with every patron/staff person I encountered! Also, this bar caters to BOTH musicians AND dancers! ...and if you're a dancer, then you'll know what I mean - everyone was super tolerant of people dancing in every nook and cranny. What I also loved about this bar was there were people there of all ages mingling with each other. Finally the drinks were good and reasonably priced. Overall, if you're a dancer looking for that 'happy place'. The Hideaway is one of them!

Yelp
Great burgers finally seasoned patties. Soft fresh buns great patties with fresh toppings. The brussel sprouts were great smoky tasso with a sirachi mayo. The onion ring had a beer batter crunchy and satisfying. The poutine was ok my gf really enjoyed it it just wasn't my cup of tea.

Yelp
What a find. I sit at the bar when I can and am glad it did. As a longtime bartender I love watching bartenders make drinks. Especially for me. And the lady that made my drinks freaking knocked it just the park. Both whisky cocktails were made so well. And the food was all great. Even the coffee was great. I write this as I'm waiting on my beignets and I have high hopes for them.

Yelp
The restaurant is a cute place, while the menu seems decent. I didn't exactly enjoy my experience here for Lunch. The server was mediocre, I would've preferred a kiosk. They ask to swipe your card before you even get the food as if it's a bar but I didn't have any alcoholic beverages. I ordered the soup and sand - tomato bisque was luke warm and the cheese was cold on the cheese sandwich, not the tastiest. To accompany my burger I added a fried egg, it came out sunny side and barely cooked on the one side so I sent it back, the lettuce was wilted and dark in color. This is what took me out I ordered onion rings and they gave me secret sauce and charged .75 cents for ketchup. I could've sworn this is America where ketchup is a main condiment. How about some more robbery, there is a connivence fee of 3%. The manager or owner said it was a credit card fee and when I asked to pay cash she changed it up to be a service fee applied to all tabs. I won't be returning but good luck if you decide to do so.
google avatar

Jen G.

Yelp
The food is fantastic. The atmosphere is fun and eclectic but I won't be back. Before you order, you have to give them your credit card. I'm not at a bar running a tab on a Friday/Saturday night. I'm at a restaurant eating lunch at 11 on a slow Sunday. Make it make sense.
google avatar

Yelp
I like every single thing about hideaway on Lee. Ambiance , food, drinks and especially the music. The staff is awesome. A jewel in downtown Lafayette.
google avatar

Alejandro S.

Yelp
I'm a big burger guy and I have to say that this is one of the best burgers in Lafayette for sure. I love the atmosphere the outdoor seating is great. Sometimes they have live music and great entertainment! But man the food is just great and high quality. Sometimes the service can be slow though.

Brittney P.

Yelp
Don't sleep on this place! I came here for a solo lunch the day before hurricane Laura so it was nice and quiet and chill. The menu is small but unique. Interesting burger and loaded fries options. I ordered a smokestack lightning with a side of tots topped with special sauce and grilled onions. The cook definitely put some finesse on this food! From the crispy bacon to that sweet bbq sauce to the grilled onions on those crispy tots, I really appreciate when every element of a dish is cooked THOROUGHLY! The taste and experience is sooo much better. My only issue was there was barely any of the delicious toppings on the tots, which costs extra. And the orange blossom cocktail is super bitter but honestly the server asked if I was okay and I said yes so my fault #socialanxiety The server was soooo nice! I will definitely come around here again!
google avatar

Ernesto E.

Yelp
It was ok. I went for lunch and wasn't really hungry, so I decided to get a beer and the steak and fries. They don't have beer on draft, which is fine, but they brought me a can to the table, which is a huge pet peeve for me... If you are giving me a beer from a can while I'm having lunch or dinner at the table, then give me a glass or at least the option... Also, the steak and fries were pretty bland. There is a debate among my lunch buddies whether they heard me request my steak medium rare or not. If they heard medium well, then they got it spot on, if not... Then, my stake was definitely overcooked. But overall, it wasn't terrible. The fries were just... fries. My friends ordered the poutin and the other version, and to be honestly they were much better. A little bit of gravy or some cheese curds would definitely make the steak and fries a lot better. Truffle salt is not the solution to everything. I'll have to try again soon. But for now, the food was... meh.

Yelp
Absolutely love this place funky just the way I like it food was excellent music was excellent they even have some dancing. If you're looking for a place to catch some music and have some great food and maybe a few cocktails or a couple of beers this is where you should go. In the service was stellar. They did have a small cover for the bands but one thing I loved all the cover goes to the musicians that's just great. They deserve everybody's support just for that

Corla L.

Yelp
Liked the vibe here, and live music a plus. Liked the Avocado Salmon appetizer. But unfortunately I had to box my entire entree, and bring it home..... "You should never bring appetizers out with entrees." Not very professional

Laura F.

Yelp
We enjoyed dinner here when there was live music - it was a casual & relaxing vibe. We got the charcuterie, which had more that I expected on it, I just wish they served it with a greater quantity of smaller crackers. The size of the crackers were oddly large and there aren't very many of them. At the end we had meat and cheese left with no crackers to eat them on. I'd be hesitant to order this again because of the crackers. If they changed the crackers, it would be something I would 100% order again. We also had the Brussels sprouts and they were good but we wouldn't order again because the combination of the sriracha mayo and sprouts just weren't our favorite. The burgers were absolutely fantastic - they were well seasoned and one of the best burgers we've had in a while. The bun was super soft and flavorful too. My husband had the Smokestack Lightning, my daughter had the Fully Dressed, and I had the Cali Love. All of them were so delicious. The fries. Oh my goodness the fries! They are hand-cut and incredible. The texture of the fries were light and crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. I've never had better hand-cut fries in my life. When we go back I'm definitely getting one of the loaded fries options. We didn't try them but now that I know how good their fries are I want to try them loaded - I wish they had the option to add a protein to the loaded fries so I could make a meal out of it. We also ordered beignets and the rest of my family seemed to like them. I didn't try them because I was so full and there were 4 of us but only 3 beignets anyway. At the end of the meal, we were given a total but didn't get to look at a bill to review what we were charged for before paying - that was really odd and a little uncomfortable. We also had to tip and sign for the check on an iPad that our server was holding. That was awkward too. The service was awesome, so that's not the problem. It's just that usually my husband and I discuss the tip prior to tipping and I didn't feel comfortable doing that with our server present. I understand that it's probably very efficient and cost effective for the business but it was very uncomfortable and that's not really the way you want to end what was otherwise a wonderful experience. Ultimately, we will absolutely go back because the food and ambiance with the live music was so good. It'll be a little less awkward paying at the end of the meal now that we know what to expect.

Amy W.

Yelp
Decent food, but rudest staff ever. Came to eat. Hostess told us not to listen to the music outside or we would have to pay extra. No problem. Waitress was the most dismissive and passed our table multiple times with zero eye contact and had to be waived down to take our order. Someone in our group asked for grilled onion on a burger instead of onion rings. She didn't realize they were on the burger because they were so covered in sauce. The "chef" came out and berated her in front of the group about the onions. So uncalled for. Thank you for your Cajun hospitality
google avatar

Yelp
The atmosphere is awesome and everything is delicious! My favorite is the turkey burger with the garlic/rosemary/parmesan fries. Love sitting on the porch, watching the band.

Wiltar S.

Yelp
Great food and cocktails in downtown Lafayette with plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. The indoor seating has nice dim lights with a full bar with tons of speciality and classic cocktails.
google avatar

Tammy J.

Yelp
I've had two great burgers here now, plus some great fries. I enjoyed the Brussels sprouts--the bacon in them was a bit too charred the first time but still tasty and I'll 100% try them again. I love having such a uniquely decorated, locally owned, tasty spot right downtown and can't wait to go back on a night with live music. The menu is unique and ever growing. Service has been excellent both times.

Krista M.

Yelp
I visited Lafayette's Hideaway on Lee for a networking presentation. However, the table that we sat at was very wobbly. While the crowd was mingling, an attendee accidentally bumped into our wobbly table and spilled the waters and an alcoholic beverage. This was obviously no fault of the attendee or anyone at my table, so we went up and told the staff what happened in hopes that they'd replace the drinks. They refused to accommodate us. The waitress was extremely polite and tried very hard to fix our table and tried to resolve the situation. However, the management refused, leaving us feeling as though this establishment doesn't care about its patrons. I've been here before and have talked very highly of this place, but now, I see it in a different light. I would not recommend hosting events at this place. I'm not sure if I'll be returning.
google avatar

Kathy P.

Yelp
Good food and they had great eggnog for the holidays. The music was great and the staff is friendly. I went Christmas night with a friend. I had a much better Christmas than I thought I would and The Hideaway is one of the reasons.
google avatar

J G.

Yelp
So glad I tried this place on a whim. Had the Truffle aioli/ Swiss mushroom smash burger and it was fantastic. Beignets for dessert were perfect. Great atmosphere. Can't wait to try them again, because there were several things on the menu that sounded great.
google avatar

Matthew C.

Yelp
Ordered the Cuban, Cuban tots, and the Sonora dog. Cuban was delicious, tots were delicious, the Sonora dog wasn't legit like they make them out west but a solid attempt. The Stand is a solid choice all day but especially between 11pm and 3am when everything else within a couple miles is closed. I'll be eating there again before I head back home

Gin S.

Yelp
Used Waitr tonight, and the Leadbelly was so good. The vegetables on it were super fresh and crunchy, good portion of pork belly, nice sweet spicy (on sweeter side). My husband LOVES onion rings and these did not disappoint-- even stayed crunchy through delivery. Smash burgers are pretty good, I want to try the mushroom next time--yes, will definitely order again. Hanger steak is very tiny, definitely not worth the Waitr price, looks like two ounces of steak--no exaggeration. Everyone joked about it. Frites (house made fries) made up for it....tasted like my mom's when I was a kid. Overall would love to go hangout here one of these days.

Eric M.

Yelp
This is my number one restaurant and lounge. They have something for everyone. Do you like to sit outside on a sunny day? There's plenty of outdoor seating. Do you like to sit inside when it's too hot outside? The lounge is very spacious and cozy. Speaking of the lounge, it is a remodeled century-old house. When renovating, the owners recycled as much of the lumber from the original house as possible, so there is a very vintage decor. The food is fantastic. Every meal I have had from here has met or exceeded my expectations. There is a food option for even the pickiest eaters. Don't eat meat? Order the salad. The salad dressing is a secret family recipe from one of the owners and it is amazing. Don't eat carbs? The Brussels sprouts and bacon is off the wall. Trying to eat less beef? The turkey burger is surprisingly good and the grilled chicken sandwich is always top notch. The french fries are made in house and never frozen and they are definitely my favorite fries in town. All this amazing food aside, the bar is also incredible. They have a wide selection of beers and liquor, and their wine selection is steadily increasing in variety. The staff is all the friendliest people you can meet in town. It is obvious that they care about their job and take pride in what they do. Finally, this place is the hottest new music venue in Lafayette. They consistently have local and touring musicians of the highest caliber performing on their outdoor stage. On any given day between Thursdays to Saturdays, you can hear Cajun, Creole, rock, and indie music performed live while you enjoy a beverage and a burger under the shade of their front porch. To top it all off, there's even an upright piano on the front porch that gets spontaneously used by some of Lafayette's finest performing pianists. Whether you like to have a beer and a burger while listening to live music, participating in a spontaneous jam session, enjoying free cocktail and wine samples, playing chess, or simply spending time with loved ones, come on down to the coolest new Hideaway in town.

Dori R.

Yelp
Well let me begin by saying that when I ordered a martini, it came in the teeny tinyest little martini glass I've ever seen in my life. I was pretty disappointed. Then when I ordered the brussels sprouts, they came with Sriracha sauce which was too spicy for me, but I ate them anyways. I had ordered the Mexicali burger (which has the same sauce on it) and I had asked them to remove it when I ordered. Then it was brought to the table with The sauce on it. I mentioned it to the waitress and she took it back to the kitchen. She came back out with a new burger without the Sriracha sauce but boxed up the old one and said they still had to charge me for it. What?! I've never heard of such a thing. So then we decided to leave and not spend anymore money on cocktails there so we asked for the check. She brought me the check and it was not itemized as to what we were paying for. I found that very weird. We won't be back.

Lee F.

Yelp
We have been wanting to go for a while now (due to Wilson Savoy being affiliated with it) and finally were there last Friday Evening. Brooke, our server, was great, the atmosphere is wonderful... Music was great with Jesse Lege (one of our favorite Cajun musicians). Couldn't ask for a better evening out on the town...We most highly recommend "The Hideaway" to all ages...Great Food and Drinks... What a fun evening... Lee & Joey Fontenot

Yelp
Asked for a menu and never received one. Asked for an order of Brussel sprouts while we waited for the menus and was told to wait for a server. We never met that server. Before we had the opportunity, we were told that we were being rude because we snacked on the Pop's po-boys in my backpack. Unless you'd like to wait 30 minutes to not be served and then be called rude, go to Pop's instead.
google avatar

Lyn-Javoren E.

Yelp
I have eaten here five times. 4/5 times the burgers were awesome. 3/5 the fries where too oily. Goo place to get a burger if they don't over season it. Had so much black pepper on it I couldn't finish the burger once. Give it a try. Ask for the special for the day.

Melanie M.

Yelp
This was a random stop and we loved the patio seating area. Drinks and service was amazing. I ordered the Cobb salad (my favorite) but there wasn't much to it. I will go back though. The table next to us had burgers and they looked amazing.
google avatar

Devon D.

Yelp
Great late night food. Prices are fair and you're guaranteed to be full. Best tater tots in Lafayette hands down
google avatar

Allison S.

Yelp
The outdoor Space is great. The food is delicious but the bar service is horrible and needs to get better or people will stop coming. I waited 40 minutes in a line for a drink. While I was waiting, staff came from behind the bar and singled people out of the line that I believe they knew to get them drinks three times while all of us waited and they were very loud while doing it so everyone in line was very aware of what they were doing. The owner was behind the bar not doing anything to help make the line move faster even though he saw us all repeatedly waiting. When we got up to the front of the bar 40 minutes later she asked me what I wanted, immediately charged my card and then I'm just waiting around in a ticket of 12 tickets for my drink. The guy in front of me waited probably 15 minutes for a drink after paying for it after waiting 45 minutes in line and only because he asked where it was. The bartenders really acted like they had no idea how to bartend. Hope they can fix this because everything else is great!

Yelp
I am a senior citizen who often frequents the Hideaway. Food and drinks are fantastic, as is the music. But....even tho I go early to be sure to get a table, and the place is virtually empty, I can't sit at a table with more than two chairs. (My one friend will make two of us) we have to hustle up another two people who are willing to share a table. Even tho I told the girl at the front that we were willing to share our table with others who come later, no go.  If there are three chairs at a table and there are two of us, no go. We cannot sit there. The few tables with two chairs are outside or in the sun. If you have five people, out of luck. I was told that you guys want to fill every table and chair. Make as much money as possible. Girl at the front even told us that one person we were waiting on would never get a good table because she never spent any money there. I have never encountered such business tactics. I do love this place and would hate to see it dissolve due to poor customer service.

Yelp
The owner was a little rude when I went, but the food was delicious! I love the burgers and their homemade fries are perfect!!

Yelp
Whatever you do, do not order take out via directly or through Waitr. I spent $73 and I could not be more disappointed. In fact, it's almost criminal. Maybe it's cuz they have to double the price of everything to cover waitr cut but just don't do it. The chicken sandwich was embarrassing and I called to make sure they would put ham on it as requested and of course they did not have ham so I asked for bacon that was conveniently left off. So pissed at myself.

Yelp
The best service I've ever had right from when we entered the courtyard. Even better food as an unbeatable price. I would 100% recommend this place

Yelp
If you have not tried the food at Hideaway on Lee, make that your lunch plan. No exaggeration - I think they have the best burger in Lafayette. We got the aioli blon, classic smash burger, and late night breakfast tots. INCREDIBLE. Plus, they offer low carb options as well, so I can order my new favorite burger on a lettuce wrap or salad. And I love the atmosphere. Go there. Treat yo' self.

Yelp
Overpriced hamburger $7.00. Was maybe a $3.00 burger. Rude staff. condescending attitude. Not worth it. Bartender and Girl who took my order need a lesson in manners and knowing how to create a atmoshpere.
