"Everyone has a friend with a comical uncle who seems to live on the edge of absurdity, and Hi Dive is the bar where you'll probably find him. This place has a worn-in feel and it’s easy to imagine that a lot of the people drinking here probably have stools with their name on it. Have some clam chowder at the bar, or grab a table on the side patio overlooking the bay. "The name pretty much says it all - if there is such thing as a high-end dive bar, this is it. They serve 19 beers on tap, many of which you’ll have difficulty finding elsewhere, and there’s also free popcorn and a pinball machine.
