High Five

A high time was had at High Five! Fabulous drinks, service, and ambience. The owner and staff were very friendly and accommodating. These men are truly passionate about their craft. If you’re looking for an inviting place to enjoy your go-to beverage with a bit of elevation, or in the mood to explore something new and exotic, trust their precision, creativity, and recommendations. You might just find your new favorite cocktail like I did!

I really enjoy trying new cocktails, and everything I’ve tried here tastes amazing: well-balanced, high quality liquors, creative combos. Current fave is Three Piece Suit, but don’t sleep on the Mezcal Negroni. Will and his crew always make us feel welcomed and I leave happier than I came in. Pretty hard to beat, even when it’s hot as hell outside (they have swamp coolers!).

The drinks are amazing! Truly craft cocktails. Will is the best part of High Five. I love meeting here during the day with my friends that have kids. The vibe changes after 8 pm and there are not many kids. Me and my husband like coming at this time when it’s just us.

High Five is an incredible bar with exceptional drinks, which is a stunning achievement considering that the bartenders craft each cocktail inside Houston’s smallest bar (a literal shipping container!). It’s been awesome to see how Will (the owner, a bartender, and an awesome guy) has created a menu that features over 20 original and delicious cocktails. I’ve tried everything on the menu—some of my favorites are the Golden Boy, Slapshot Regatta, and the Rum Swizzle. The bartenders can also make classics and drinks to order, but keep in mind they’re somewhat limited by the small space. No matter how good the drinks are, I won’t return to a bar if the service isn’t good. Will is an amazing bartender who is so much fun to talk to about literally anything, and his bartenders (Riley, Rojas, and Dom) are incredible in their own right and such a blast to talk with. In short, High Five is my new home away from home where I’m always welcomed as a friend. I can’t wait to return to try whatever new drinks that Will and his team are working on.

Came to check out this side of town. It was pretty cool and there is a area for the kids to play.

This is the last place I expected to find incredible craft cocktails. The people working here clearly care a lot. The prices are incredible. And the vibes are great.

Drinks are alright but service is bad, bartender threw my id and was being very rude. Honestly just ended up purchasing my drink somewhere else.

Amazing Bloody Mary’s with a homemade mix. It is a bit spicy, but oh so good! They have so much more than what’s on the menu so just ask. Everything our party had was awesome. Will is the owner/operator/bartender, and he is super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Small bar, amazing drinks. You can order at the bar and sit among the kitschy astroturf and Christmas lights. It has colorful benches and seating in the expansive front yard. I had the orange foam drink. It was a perfectly balanced piece of slushy goodness. The service is super fast and really friendly. If you want something different, fun and a little quirky come here.

Great drinks and good vibes! There is a full bar so any cocktail your heart desires can be made. The bartender was really nice and has great suggestions for the surrounding restaurants.
