High Mesa Chile Co.

Picked up a bottle of their roasted Fresno sauce at Caputo's deli in SLC. This stuff is incredible for the simple ingredients. Be careful because I downed half a bottle in 2 days; It seems like one could develop a bit of a dependency on this stuff.

I've tried hatch green Chile from a lot of different companies. I can say that without a doubt this is the best damn hatch green Chile I have ever had. It's the right amount of spice and texture. It's good for everything from eggs to chicken nuggets. I will definitely be purchasing again. The serrano sauce is also very good. A little spicier than the hatch green Chile, but still delicious. I will definitely branch out to their other sauces. If you are on the fence about purchasing from these guys, make the leap. Trust me! 🔥

Delicious tasting hot sauces + mixers! Already have recommended them to too many people and had to order asap after finishing my first bottle in less than a week. If you are someone who wants to add a little kick to your late night cap or want to impress some friends; this should be your go-to! The hot sauce I ordered was also perfectly balanced. I cannot wait to finish my current order to order more and try some new things!

This is one of the best tasting hot sauces I have had. Not super hot bit great flavor. Big fan, I am glad I found this.

I've been ordering High Mesa for a while, but am disappointed in last batch as every bottle had less than prior bottles. At first I thought maybe the bottle had been opened, but nope, all four bottles had noticeably less product per bottle. Probably only getting 7 oz per bottle now.

I have each of these sauces, they are the best of the best, their flavors are exquisite, unmatched, 100 percent recommended.

Bought some sauce at the farmers market and now I'm going to go buy more. Very tasty
