High Street Atlanta

We moved in this past July and have really enjoyed living here—the unit, amenities, and community have all been great. The real highlight, though, has been the maintenance team. Every request has been handled quickly, professionally, and with excellent communication. Having worked in the apartment renovation/vendor industry for over 10 years, I can confidently say this is one of the best teams I’ve seen in Georgia. A special mention goes to the maintenance manager, Crystal. Crystal’s responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine care stand out time and again, and it’s clear how much effort goes into making residents’ lives easier. It’s made a big difference in our experience here.

High Street is an impressive property, and the tour experience was exceptional. From start to finish, everything was well-organized and thoughtfully presented. It was one of the most informative and engaging tours I’ve had. I’d like to recognize Kendall for making the experience truly memorable. She was welcoming, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about both the property and the surrounding area. Her suggestions for integrating into the neighborhood were thoughtful and helpful, and her communication throughout the tour was clear and professional. If you're considering a visit, I highly recommend connecting with Kendall — she made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

I’ve had such a great experience living at this property, and I want to give a special shout-out to Ron, the maintenance supervisor. He recently helped with an AC issue and was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He not only resolved the issue efficiently but also took the time to explain what caused it and how I could help prevent it in the future. You can really tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares. Beyond that, the entire staff here is fantastic, always friendly, responsive, and helpful. The property itself is well-maintained and feels like home. It's clear that the team puts real effort into making this a great place to live. Highly recommend!

High Street Atlanta is truly the place to be! From Wellness Wednesdays to Social Fridays, and all the incredible restaurants nearby, there’s always something to look forward to. I especially enjoy Putt Shack, and having everything within walking distance from the apartments is such a bonus. The amenities are amazing. The pool, fitness center, and business center have everything you need. The monthly resident-exclusive events really make it feel like a close-knit community. You can tell the staff genuinely care, which is rare these days. Kendall, the General Manager, has done an outstanding job creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere.

I had a tour yesterday with High Street, and wow—Ron was incredible! He told me everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. He seemed to know everyone in the complex and even walked me into each restaurant to introduce me. His knowledge of the property was excellent, and he has such a great spirit! The only thing I’d note is that the room measurements on the website can vary depending on the unit, so if you’re moving in, I recommend measuring to make sure your furniture will fit. Ron went above and beyond—he grabbed a tape measure and measured every wall in the apartment to help me check my furniture. He will definitely give you the hook-up! Skye, my leasing agent, was also wonderful. She called at least once a week to keep me updated on availability and was so kind and organized, even writing down all the available units and storage options for me. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend working with Ron and Skye!

I’ve only been at High Street for 2 months but I’ve enjoyed living here. Residents are very friendly, the location is fantastic, and the restaurants in the community are great. Crystal deserves a special mention. Anytime I’ve needed help in some way, she has always been there to offer a helping hand. She is incredibly nice, professional and just willing to go the extra mile to help.

By Far the most thorough, the most amazing, beyond words phenomenal tour I’ve ever experienced in my 45 years of living. Lindsay is so welcoming, so kind, extremely extremely knowledgeable of both properties. She absolutely had me in complete Awe. The construction is gorgeous and my decision is definitely made. This is my new Home. Lindsay…. If I could give you 1,000,000,000 stars I would. The Windsor is completely blessed to have you on their team.

I’ve had a generally good experience living here. The apartment itself is modern and comfortable, and the amenities are a great plus. However, there are definitely areas that could be improved. Crystal deserves a special mention. She is always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely willing to help with anything you need. She’s the best! Nathan from security is also wonderful. He’s super nice and clearly loves dogs, which is always a plus in a pet-friendly community. That said, communication with management can be really frustrating. Emails often go unanswered, or you get a response only after following up multiple times. Some amenities, like the TVs in the pool area in the Avery building, have been out of service for a while with no updates or resolution. Also, it’s a bit unusual that the building doesn’t offer window screens, especially when many apartments do. It would be a small but appreciated improvement. Cleanliness of common areas is also inconsistent. At times, things can get pretty unpleasant and aren’t addressed as quickly as they should be, which takes away from the overall living experience. Overall, it’s a nice place to live, but with better responsiveness, more attention to cleanliness, and improved follow-through on resident concerns, it could be much better.
