I absolutely love the property. It's beautiful and well kept. The line dance social was everything. Everyone vibe together and the event was well put together. The margaritas from the restaurant were on point. Tammy the host was so nice and interacted with the crowd. Definitely looking forward to attending the next Friday night social. #KeepThemComing

High Street is an impressive property, and the tour experience was exceptional. From start to finish, everything was well-organized and thoughtfully presented. It was one of the most informative and engaging tours I’ve had. I’d like to recognize Kendall for making the experience truly memorable. She was welcoming, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about both the property and the surrounding area. Her suggestions for integrating into the neighborhood were thoughtful and helpful, and her communication throughout the tour was clear and professional. If you're considering a visit, I highly recommend connecting with Kendall — she made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

We moved in this past July and have really enjoyed living here—the unit, amenities, and community have all been great. The real highlight, though, has been the maintenance team. Every request has been handled quickly, professionally, and with excellent communication. Having worked in the apartment renovation/vendor industry for over 10 years, I can confidently say this is one of the best teams I’ve seen in Georgia. A special mention goes to the maintenance manager, Crystal. Crystal’s responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine care stand out time and again, and it’s clear how much effort goes into making residents’ lives easier. It’s made a big difference in our experience here.

High Street Windsor Community is absolutely top-notch 10 out of 10 in every way. From the moment you walk through the door, you can feel the atmosphere, it’s warm, welcoming, and honestly a different kind of vibe. The ambience alone sets the tone, but it’s the people that truly make the experience stand out. They treat you like luxury here, and I’m not exaggerating. The level of attention, professionalism, and hospitality is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Orientation was beyond my expectations they actually take the time to walk you step-by-step through everything, explaining where things are and how everything works. On top of that, they provide videos that explain details, like how to use the appliances in the apartment. Trust me, without those, I would’ve been lost. That’s what I call going above and beyond. The staff deserves the highest praise. From the leasing consultants to the orientation team, every single person I interacted with showed passion, knowledge, and genuine care for what they do. When someone loves their job, it shows—and here, you can feel it. Their energy is alive, positive, and authentic. You don’t get the sense that anyone is just “doing their job”; they truly enjoy serving people, and it makes all the difference. This has been my first experience with a community like this, and honestly, it has set the bar so high. Everything is smooth, organized, professional, and done with excellence. High Street Atlanta is truly the place to be! From Wellness Wednesdays to Social Fridays, and all the incredible restaurants nearby, there’s always something to look forward to. I especially enjoy Putt Shack, and having everything within walking distance from the apartments is such a bonus. The amenities are amazing. The pool, fitness center, and business center have everything you need. The monthly resident-exclusive events really make it feel like a close-knit community. You can tell the staff genuinely care, which is rare these days. Kendall, the General Manager, has done an outstanding job creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere.

I’ve had such a great experience living at this property, and I want to give a special shout-out to Ron, the maintenance supervisor. He recently helped with an AC issue and was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He not only resolved the issue efficiently but also took the time to explain what caused it and how I could help prevent it in the future. You can really tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares. Beyond that, the entire staff here is fantastic, always friendly, responsive, and helpful. The property itself is well-maintained and feels like home. It's clear that the team puts real effort into making this a great place to live. Highly recommend!
