High Street Atlanta

My roommate and I love living here! We toured several places in the area, but we were really hoping to find somewhere with spacious closets, good-sized rooms, walkable spots nearby, a strong sense of community, and (most importantly) great staff and a focus on safety. Everywhere else we looked was missing one thing or another… but not High Street! Skye and Alexis completely sold us the moment we met them. They answered all our questions, made the process so fun, and were incredibly patient when our families came by to tour as well. We’re so lucky to have them here! The closets are huge (you could practically fit a bed in them!), and I love how seriously the community takes safety; you’ll often see a security guard walking around, and the key fob access plus guest camera buzz-in system make us feel so secure. We’ve already met so many great people through the resident and community events like Ladies’ Night at Agave, Wellness Wednesdays, and Casino Night! It’s such a fun way to get to know your neighbors. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve lived in several apartment communities over the years, and this one truly stands out above the rest. The team here is genuine, professional, respectful, and always prompt. Anything I’ve needed has been handled with real care and attention. I want to give a special shout-out to Tia. She’s new to the community, but you would never know it. She has been nothing short of prompt, helpful, and incredibly welcoming. Her professionalism and willingness to assist make a huge difference. And I can’t say enough about Kendall, the General Manager. She truly cares about the resident experience and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels supported and valued. Her dedication sets the tone for the entire community. I also want to give a shout-out to Ron in the Maintenance Department. I don’t think I’ve ever seen this man in a bad mood and he has always been very prompt and thorough whenever I’ve needed assistance, which has been twice the entire time I’ve lived here. I highly recommend High Street!

I've lived here for over a year and a half...and there's no place I'd rather live in ATL than here! From the moment I toured the apartment with Kelli (the Leasing Office rep) and signed the lease to now, I've been met with kindness from all of the staff and maintenance team. I can easily voice my feedback to the Leasing Office and they're quick to answer or call back. The property manager takes time to respond to emails personally, which I greatly appreciate. The High Street team gives residents opportunities to connect through resident nights around major holidays (the food at the Thanksgiving event was delicious!). The many community events for the public are always fun, especially Summer Fridays. I have to give a 10/10 for the maintenance team's service. I see consistent faces when I'm in the community, so much so that I know them by name. Each week, I hear the vacuums going in the hallway and smell fresh cleaner in the elevators and lobby, which is important to me. I can tell cleanliness is their upmost priority. Additionally, any requests I make in the portal are addressed quickly and promptly. When I've had issues with appliances a time or two (at no fault of High Street), the team has been quick to address my concerns and remedy the issue to make sure I'm satisfied. Eric, Danny, Ron, and Tim are some of the team members that have assisted in my requests and provided stellar service and recommendations. All in all, it was a no-brainer for me when it was time to renew my lease. If you're considering a place to live in ATL, definitely consider High Street Atlanta!

I selected High Street apartments as a long distance mover and I had never seen it in person. The day I moved in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Lindsay! Then I had a wonderful tour from Crystal. She was so friendly, and she did such an excellent job helping me learn the building. On the tour I met Ron and he is amazing! When I got to my apartment I was SO impressed. It was absolutely beautiful and exactly what the pictures showed! The location is EXCELLENT!! Close to the Marta and any store/business you could name. I LOVE where I live and I’m so grateful I chose this place! I look forward to it expanding and having resident events. Update 8/1; this community is a family and I’ve believe it’s because of the awesome leadership of Kendall (she is super responsive and on top of everything) and the most amazing service manager I have EVER came across… Mr. Ron. I think It goes beyond his job, this man is an amazing human being! He makes this place feel like home. He is always willing to help in any way that he can, he introduces all of the residents to each other and he always is a friendly face whenever you run into him. I’m super lucky because I get to have him as a neighbor and that just feels like winning the lottery haha. I absolutely love it here and still so glad I chose this property to be my first home in Georgia ☺️

What I enjoy most about the living experience at High Street Atlanta is the walkability, security, and unbeatable location. Being able to easily walk around the neighborhood adds a sense of comfort and convenience to my daily routine. I also truly appreciate the strong sense of safety, which gives me peace of mind. On top of that, the location is incredibly convenient, having quick access to the mall, a variety of restaurants, and numerous food options makes everyday living enjoyable and stress-free. Overall, High Street Atlanta offers a well-balanced lifestyle that blends comfort, accessibility, and convenience.

The apartments themselves are beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. But what truly sets this place apart is Ron, the maintenance guy. Ron is like the Superman of High Street Apartments—he’s always there in a flash, ready to fix any issue with a friendly smile and impressive skill. His dedication and hard work ensure everything runs smoothly, making our living experience hassle-free and enjoyable. If you're looking for a place that feels like home and offers a little bit of everything, High Street Atlanta Apartments is the ideal choice. Highly recommend!

Great Apartment Complex! The green space is such a refreshing way to interact with new people and get some fresh air. The business lounges are very nice and their cleaning team is always seen and cleaning public areas every morning. Shows some real care and dedication from the High Street. The restaurants incorporated in the buildings are top notch and all are very tasty. The staff for the apartment complex at High Street are all very nice and have a smile on their face when you walk in and their monthly events for the residents are very enjoyable. I get help from one of the Resident Managers, Tia Krieger-Smith, all the time! She's very helpful and tries her best to help when I have an issue. This is a great place you should definitely come to and if given the chance to reside in.

Living at High Street Apartments has been one of the worst housing experiences I’ve ever had. The problems here are constant, unresolved, and clearly the result of gross mismanagement. The management staff is essentially nonexistent. Phones go unanswered, emails are ignored, and the leasing office might as well be a ghost town. When you do manage to get someone, nothing actually gets done. The property manager, Kendall, has done an absolutely terrible job running this place. The lack of accountability, organization, and basic professionalism is staggering. In my opinion, no one should be allowed to run a leasing office this poorly. The walls are paper-thin, making it impossible to enjoy any peace. You can hear everything—conversations, music, footsteps, doors slamming—at all hours. Neighbors are extremely loud, and management does nothing to enforce noise policies. Sleep is a luxury, not a given. Safety is another major concern. I too have had packages stolen, and management shrugs it off as if theft is just part of the living experience. My car was broken into and when I reported it to management, they advised me that my leases admonishes them of any liability. Yet, the parking garage gates are always broken and left wide-open for thief's to enter. If you’re considering High Street Apartments, do yourself a favor and look literally anywhere else. No apartment is worth this level of stress, noise, and incompetence. This property is a prime example of how bad management can completely ruin what should be a basic living experience.
