I’ve had a generally good experience living here. The apartment itself is modern and comfortable, and the amenities are a great plus. However, there are definitely areas that could be improved.
Crystal deserves a special mention. She is always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely willing to help with anything you need. She’s the best! Nathan from security is also wonderful. He’s super nice and clearly loves dogs, which is always a plus in a pet-friendly community.
That said, communication with management can be really frustrating. Emails often go unanswered, or you get a response only after following up multiple times. Some amenities, like the TVs in the pool area in the Avery building, have been out of service for a while with no updates or resolution. Also, it’s a bit unusual that the building doesn’t offer window screens, especially when many apartments do. It would be a small but appreciated improvement.
Cleanliness of common areas is also inconsistent. At times, things can get pretty unpleasant and aren’t addressed as quickly as they should be, which takes away from the overall living experience.
Overall, it’s a nice place to live, but with better responsiveness, more attention to cleanliness, and improved follow-through on resident concerns, it could be much better.
