Good food at great prices. This place knows how to do it right. There’s a reason they’ve been around for decades and it shows. Wish I would have taken photos before I started eating, but I was just too hungry once I saw the food. Now with that being said, is the food wildly amazing and will change your life? No, but for the price it’s exactly what it should be while having a familiar good feeling. It’s not being pretentious and that’s hard to find nowadays. I hope they keep doing what they do because they are doing it right for sure.

I have been coming here since 2006. The service has always been amazing. I have never had a server treat us bad or forget about us. This is my favorite seafood spot in town. The oysters are always fresh and reasonably priced. The lobster, crab legs, fried fish are my favorite. And gotta love the hush puppies and okra! We come here often because it’s worth it and we are treated awesome each time! Nobody else has better seafood than HTH!!

Google
The food was delicious! We had calamari and conch fritters for appetizer. My bf had the blackened whitefish and I had the stuffed avocado as the entree. It was so fresh and flavorful. Our server Thomas was very attentive and had a sincere smile on his face the whole time.

Google
The atmosphere and service was excellent. There is a big menu with lots of things to read through. Interesting things to look at while you're enjoying your food. We were not super hungry so we had a dozen steamed oysters, garlic toast, conch fritters and popcorn shrimp. The food was fast and delicious. We highly recommend giving them a try.

Google
Really incredible decor! Pleasantly surprised by crab stuffed avocados! See pic. Hushpuppies, small but great flavor! The ahi tuna had a very generous portion. My husband's Chilean Sea Bass was off the charts, lightly blackened! We will DEFINITELY return! Only downside was, the clam chowder could have had a bit more "clam" in it!

Google
Had the best time. Our server was super helpful and considerate. The food was so good. Especially the special, Chilean sea bass blackened.. like butter. Great place!

Absolutely delicious food and incredibly fresh seafood! We stumbled upon this place by chance and were so pleasantly surprised. Everything was full of flavor, and the quality was outstanding. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended — you won’t be disappointed!

Google
We drove in from Clearwater just to catch a flight at MCO, so we were looking for dinner near the airport and boy did we hit the jackpot. This was the best food we had all weekend, truly. Everything was FRESH, especially the raw oysters (not slimy, not fishy, just really really fresh). We got the captains combo? Unsure if that's the real name came with 2 pieces of fish, crab cake, 4 shrimps and 4 scallops. Everything was cooked perfectly. The scallops were not rubbery, the crab cake was the best crab cake (out of 3) that we had in Florida between Clearwater and Orlando. Also got the fish tacos which were loaded up to the brink with fish, no skimping there. The fried okra was top notch. Highly recommend and if we come back to Orlando, will definitely go out of our way to stop back.

Yelp
Service was excellent. I was with a large group that was really needy. Our server Ryan was outstanding. He was patient and very responsive. He was on point. Several people got the Captain's Seafood Combo. I didn't get pictures but the portions were unreal and it looked good. Everyone who ordered it took a box home. I'm not a huge seafood eater so I went with the ribeye, loaded baked potato, and green beans. I've always heard that you shouldn't order steak at a seafood restaurant and I have experience that supports that theory. However, you can throw that out the window here. My steak was seasoned to perfection and cooked to the right temperature. The restaurant is a casual dining atmosphere with a few tvs spread about. It's a pretty big space that can accommodate a good number of guests

Yelp
I come here specifically for their crawfish and Maryland style blue crabs. The crawfish have a lot of flavor but they are spicy, so if you don't like spice, you may not like them. I prefer Maryland style crabs over other types like snow. Only a couple places in Orlando prepare them this way and High Tide Harry's is one. I'm not sure if the crabs come from Maryland or Louisiana but either way, it s a good option to satisfy a craving when you can't make it to the DMV The sides are just ok. Which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 for me. I wish I could give 4.5 instead because I don't necessarily go for that. I usually do takeout so no issue with the servers for me. They are polite during my interactions.

Yelp
Updating my review since it's been a few years! We went to HTH on their anniversary for dinner. All food was 30% off so heck yeah we're gonna check it out! We got there a little before 5pm hoping we might catch them at an off time. It was packed! I guess we shouldn't have been surprised but either way, the wait was quoted at 30 minutes which still wasn't bad at all considering the circumstances. We grabbed some beverages from the bar and hung out til our number was called. We waited right at 30 minutes, the woman running the host stand was awesome. She was super efficient and did a great job! Once seated our service was quick and our food came faster than we expected since it was so busy. I ended up getting the Captains Seafood Combo which came with 4 shrimp, 4 scallops, 2 whitefish filets and a crab cake + two sides. I knew it was going to be a lot of food but holy cow! The fish filets were at least 6-8 inches each and there were two of them! I think I ate half of one and took the rest home. It was a great value for the money, even if it wasn't 30% off! My fiance got the filet and added a lobster tail. He said his steak was cooked perfectly! We were impressed with service especially since it was fully packed the entire time we were there. We plan to come back for the Tuesday special!

Yelp
Captains seafood combo is a large portion of food and the crab stuffed mushrooms were amazing. The house margarita was weak though. Even the tea and lemonade were weak. Service was okay. Atmosphere was nice.

Yelp
We wanted raw oysters and place didn't disappoint. We actually ordered a second dozen after demolishing the first. The chowder (not pictured) was average. The pick 3 appetizer (I got the frog legs, oysters and calamari) were excellent. Hot, fresh and seasoned just right. The disappointment came in the captains plate. The fish (overcooked) scallops and shrimp were bland and under seasoned. The accompanying sides were good. All this food was for 2 people! Needless to say I would return. Its also a plus that they have daily deals.

Adams L.

Yelp
What a meal! Fresh and fast. This place is a must! Friendly service with incredible knowledge of the menu and a stellar recommendation of the sea bass.

Yelp
Always enjoy our food at Harry's. Service is above & beyond. Especially appreciate the daily specials.

Yelp
Kurt our server was awesome! We love High Tide Harry's. 1200 loyalty points!!! The lobster poboy was the bomb!

Yelp
We love coming here! It's become a tradition, anytime someone in my family gets picked up from the airport, we always stop here for drinks and food on the way home. Customer service is always great. We sit at the high tops in the bar. We've had the same bartender twice now, and she's fantastic. I wish I knew her name so we could send some love her way with a shoutout! We ordered the peel and eat shrimp for an appetizer along with some oysters. Delicious as always! My Mom and I shared the Seafood Boil and my StepDad ordered a bowl of the Seafood Gumbo. We tried a Key Lime Martini for dessert, and it tasted just like the pie. Parking is easy, prices are reasonable. We love this place and will always come back!!

Yelp
Good service. Nice variety of food. Can't go wrong with crab legs. Shrimp tacos were ok.

Yelp
After a trip to Juneau ( Mecca of king crab) we resigned ourselves to just memories of delicious king crab. Then we found out Harry's has a special with king crab on Monday and Thursday. We both got the 1lb deal with irrelevant sides to see if this could be a legitimate taste of crab that we remembered. I'm not going to hoodwink you by saying that this was an identical experience. I will say the crab and butter were well represented by Harry's and to splurge like this a couple of times a year would be a great thing. We left very full and with ALL of our sides for another meal. Service was very pleasant and everyone we met seemed genuinely happy to be there.

Yelp
I've been visiting HTH since they were at the corner of 50/436. This was only my second visit since they moved (I moved away from the area for a number of years). Now that I'm back, they better get used to seeing me! The food is just delicious. Service is attentive. Pricing is as fair as it can be. Big fan of the ambiance of the restaurant. All in all, HTH is a must dine.

Yelp
Second review. Back here for a second time. Tried the conch fritters which were actually really good. I got a dozen oysters which tasted fine but none of them were actually shucked off the bottom shell which was super annoying. I had to separate each one with my fork before attempting to eat, mangling a couple of them. I also got two fish tacos, one of each type. I'm not positive which was blackened and which grilled, but I liked the one on the right more... I think it was the grilled. Overall, can't complain because service and price was great! Can't wait until next time.

Yelp
Oh my goodness the food here was to die for. I LOVED everything that we ordered as it was all fresh and had such amazing flavors. Theres nothing I would change about the food. I really liked the hush puppies with the cinnamon butter. The conch fritters were delicious and the gator bites werent rubbery like others Ive had. My crab legs were a tad over seasoned but the meat itself was great. The waitress was kind and often checked on us whenever we needed her assistance. The restaurant had a casual feeling with nautical decor and wooden tables. I will be returning soon :)

Yelp
THIS PLACE IS SO COOL! We went in July 2023 while in the Orlando area visiting my grandfather (RIP). This is where he wanted to take me & my husband for lunch, knowing we both LOVE seafood. The atmosphere is so incredible! Even the outside is super awesome! When you look up & all around, they have all sorts of décor like lobster traps & fish & all sorts of nautical items. The ceilings are very high so they were able to hang a lot of things (I wouldn't want to be in charge of the dusting). It was like walking into a Hard Rock Café in a sense. The hostess was right there & ready to seat us & brought us to a comfy booth. I was glad it was a bit of a walk from the entry because it gave us the opportunity to look around the place. One tip...check the Market Price on items - they are listed on a chalkboard. We had ordered the King Crab Legs & later learned how $$$ they were (oops) but worth it! Hadn't had them before but now can say that we did! What I love about their menu is there's a lot of combos / mix & match options I had the grouper with a couple of sides. We had a lot of food & I filled up very quickly! They have a few options from the 'land' such as filet mignon & a couple pasta dishes so there is something for those that don't eat seafood. We had a side of hushpuppies & they were absolutely delicious! I highly suggest High Tide Harry's for the seafood lovers (though nothing beats a fresh lobster from Maine!).

Yelp
Telling you guys this might make them raise up their prices due to the demand--but it's too good not to share! All this food came out to just $36, and the oysters? Only $1.50 during happy hour and so good. The Mahi sandwich hit, the gumbo was fire, and the whole vibe was just right. Service was solid too. 5/5 in my book--run, don't walk!
google avatar

Jaleesa H.

Yelp
I like the food and service here. I like that they have specials and happy hour. The seafood boil is not the way I'm used to (in a bag soaking in flavor) so I stick to the crab leg clusters on their own. The charbroiled oysters are always really good and a great deal on happy hour. I've been 3-4 times now. The cocktails are not very good so if you like adult beverages with your meal, stick to the beer/wine.
google avatar

Robyn F.

Yelp
Waitress was friendly & gave recommendations. Food was timely, mostly came out by food runners. They could've cleared the table more often. We had many plates since we shared apps (the 4 of us). Food was delicious & fresh. We enjoyed our experience. Establiment was clean, including restroom.

Juliana G.

Yelp
It was my first time here and I absolutely enjoyed it. I love seafood especially oysters and they killed it. We went for their oyster special and it was delicious. I got the rockefeller, garlic, steamed, and raw.... Soo good! Definitely going back!

Yelp
Read great reviews about this place and so decided that, well, if we're in Florida, we should check out the seafood scene! We drove about 45 minutes to get here and so were very hungry and excited about it. However, when we stepped inside, everything looked old and outdated. At 2 PM on a Friday, we obviously didn't have to do any waiting and were able to take advantage of the early bird / happy hour specials. As a group of 5, we ended up ordering the following: 1) Soft-Shell Crab (Market Price - $15.99) 2) Chesapeake Shrimp ($12.99) 3) Whitefish ($11.99) - Came with two sides - Garlic Mashed Potatoes and White Cheddar Mac & Cheese. It was a good amount of food for the price, but the flavors were just okay (not something I would come back for). 4) Cup of Blue Stew ($5.99) 5) Bowl of Clam Chowder ($8.99) - Very mediocre. Friend thought that she'd had canned clam chowder that was better. 6) Raw Oysters ($0.99 each) - Both these and the rockefeller oysters were an excellent deal and were very tasty and fresh. 7) Rockefeller Oysters ($1.50 each) 8) Cracked Conch ($6.00) - Can't go wrong with fried foods. These and the calamari were both great starter options. 9) Fried Calamari ($6.00) 10) Ahi Tuna ($12.99) - Didn't taste super fresh. Probably not the type of restaurant to be ordering ahi tuna at. It's crazy how much of the menu was showing as Market Price which is why we ended up opting for items that had actual pricing. All in all, perhaps our expectations were too high, but the overall experience didn't come close to meeting our expectations and we were left feeling somewhat disappointed.

Yelp
A fantastic, no frills seafood offering in Orlando! This is 100% the best bang for your buck seafood restaurant to go to. Listen, seafood is not cheap, and if you hadn't noticed, Orlando is landlocked. But somehow, High Tide Harry's is able to churn out solid quality food, okay portion size, at a pretty low price! Have you ever been here on a Tuesday? You should. Or, check out the various deals that they run throughout the week. Is everything on the menu good? No, but I wouldn't say anything was bad either. The standouts for me were the fried oysters, cajun dusted beer-battered french fries, and loaded potato skins (eh, less skin and more potato, they're super generous with the spud). The blackened red snapper was solid as well. Their white mac and cheese was also fairly good! The corn, although fresh off the cob, was meh - maybe this would be better during corn season. Gumbo was only okay as well, it felt a bit overly salty, but I enjoyed the okra. The soft shell crab, although very cool that it was a whole crab, left a bit to be desired as a main. I also thought the hush puppies, complimentary to the table, was only okay, but I understand that's a personal preference as I don't enjoy hush puppies. Their home-made butter was great, and very similar to the Texas Roadhouse butter for their rolls - cinnamony yumminess! Service is attentive and friendly, although a bit slow at times. Decor was loud nautical, so it fit the theme in a fun way. Overall, I'm extremely excited to become a regular and to explore their menu to find the hidden gems. It's so hard to find an affordable but solid place to eat out nowadays (come on, in THIS economy?), but High Tide Harry's manages to keep it classy when it comes to the convergence between price and quality.
google avatar

Eric S.

Yelp
Delicious food and fantastic service. Low key laid back atmosphere. I will be a regular at this fine establishment.

Yelp
My new favorite place for Seafood when I'm in Orlando! Their $1 fresh oysters (offered every Wednesday) is what lured us in. We were a bit skeptical on the taste and the freshness of the oysters since they were only a dollar. We are accustomed to San Francisco Bay Area prices where you can expect to pay $45-$70 for a dozen oysters. They didn't disappoint! They were properly chilled, cleaned and absolutely fresh tasting! We enjoyed them so much we ordered 2 dozen. We really would have ordered more but we were too full from other items we ordered. We also ordered fried crab sticks (I would pass on this), oysters Rockefeller, and clam chowder. The clam chowder was filled with clams but it was a little too thick for my liking. The oysters Rockefeller were good but I would stick to the fresh oysters. Our server was attentive, no complaints!
google avatar

Jeremy B.

Yelp
Great food at fair price and the service was outstanding. Definitely will stop in again next time we are in Orlando.
google avatar

Yelp
Landed In Florida and was hungry. Had a taste for oysters and came across this place. The food was so delicious and the decor was awesome. The service was great and the waiter that helped us was so friendly. Next time I'm In Town I will be coming back for sure!

Yelp
Recent visit was VERY enjoyable by a group of friends who gather almost every Sunday for social time and dining. I sat at the bar while awaiting the others to arrive, and I experienced service excellence by Kae, who created a tasty and refreshing sangria. Our server in the main dining room was Olivia, and she continued on that earlier positive vibe by being attentive, friendly and accurate for the duration of our stay. I think each of the six of us ended up ordering a different item, but we all agreed that we enjoyed our meals and would readily order the same again on repeat visit. This place is quite popular for a very good reason. I was quite impressed and will easily recommend to others. Go and enjoy!!

Yelp
Today, April 2, 2025 I eagerly went to High Tide Harry's for their advertised Chilean Sea Bass. In my opinion the Chilean bass was a big disappointment. It lacked seasoning and was not served in an appetizing manor. I've had Chilean bass at several restaurants and never tasted a fishy flavor as I did beginning with my first bite today. Most preparations I've had have a buttery rich flavor. My portion today lacked any flavor, except a fishy taste. This was my first disappointing meal at High Tide Harry's. I will be looking for additional reviews to see if mine and my wife's servings today was an outlier. I hope so, because I'm usually pleased with the seafood here.
google avatar

Brian S.

Yelp
I have been going off and on for 15 years and the food and service has always been great. The grouper sandwich is my go to with the cup of crab soup.
google avatar

Terry J.

Yelp
A quick yelp search brought me to High Tide Harry's. Super close to the airport and off I went. Seated quickly at the bar. Ordered shrimp cocktail, clam chowder and Crab legs and three were good. Crabs legs tender and succulent. Shrimp a bit disappointing. These were considered JUMBO. Clam chowder was served warm and at the same time as the crab legs.
google avatar

Christian S.

Yelp
My family & I enjoyed our time at High Tide Harry's! Our food was hot, fresh and flavorful. Service was great from start to finish and the restaurant was set up nicely with lots of seating options.
google avatar

Rob A.

Yelp
I saw the reviews and I thought I would give it a try while I was in town. The 2 stars is for the service which was really good otherwise, the food was a disappointment. I had seared ahi for an appetizer and it was definitely no fresh. It tasted several days old and had an unappealing flavor. I chose the snow crab legs for the main and this is where the wheels fell off, they were overcooked and they tasted like they were old leftovers they re cooked. The meat was minimal a couple of legs had almost non meat at all and tasted bland. The baked potato was bland and had no olive oil or sea salt. It was just a bland potato wrapped in foil with sealed butter and sour cream. Considering this is a seafood restaurant, I would expect the quality to be much higher. Thumbs down
google avatar

Bruce S.

Yelp
In Orlando for business and wanted some place close to the airport. Stumbled upon this place, walked in the door and discovered it was 20% off night. Wow! Being from Phoenix, there was one thing on the menu that caught my eye. That's right, fresh stone crab, my favorite, something I don't get very often. Started off with their seafood gumbo and I was in heaven. The food was fantastic, the service exceptional and the ambiance welcoming. I would highly recommend giving them a try. The beer is ice cold too.
google avatar

A R.

Yelp
Food was ok. Service is excellent. Katelyn was very good. Atmosphere is good. The food was not the greatest. The best thing was the frog legs! I also had soft shell crab. My wife had the big shrimp. It's not bad but it's a one & done for me.
google avatar

Palmer A.

Yelp
Great food and we went on a Monday so it was 20% off all dine in food. Michale our server was incredible. Dude was a real salesman and knew the menu intimately. The fishbowl beers were the cherry on top. I'm a big proponent of local, family owned joints. Harrys was exactly what I was looking for.

Kimberly B.

Yelp
Traditional seafood is what everywhere else is missing except for here! Not overly seasoned, and very fresh!
google avatar

Michael D.

Yelp
The food was amazing. Definitely loved the Grouper sandwich! As Guy F would put it , Flavor Town. Only knock is the place needs a good cleaning over a holiday and some updates to take it to next level. Overall 4.7 for me.

Christie F.

Yelp
We found this place on a Reddit thread for good seafood in Orlando. We were immediately seated and the server was very helpful, telling us about their best options. He was quick and gave good recommendations. The environment was sort of funky sea decor, but we liked it and it was very clean. The prices were good and the food/drink was delicious.
google avatar

Rhonda R.

Yelp
Stopped by here for a quick bite after attending a conference. The staff were friendly and the food was good. My friend tried the oysters (pictured) and said they were amazing. I had the fried shrimp and a baked potato with green beans (not pictured). The ambiance was nice. Not crowded or noisy. No complaints. I'd dine here again.
google avatar

Lawrence U.

Yelp
I have seen this place multiple times, but this is the first time that I am here. This is a local place pretty popular for seafood. Did not wait that long to be seated on a Monday night. Our server was pretty fast attentive, and friendly. Ordered a dozen oysters, steam. Didn't taste fishy at all. Seemed fresh to me. The blackened fish was tasty and seasoned well. They have plenty of promo going on on a weekday.
google avatar

Jon K.

Yelp
Good food, but not top notch. I've had better seafood at other places or if I prepare it at home. However, they have an extensive menu and everything I've tried is tasty!
google avatar

Randy W.

Yelp
Melinda was a great bartender and server. The grilled oysters were excellent- chowder was excellent- fried shrimp for the wife was good as well. Go get you some!

Yelp
Awesome!! Not another cheesy Florida seafood restaurant- this is the real deal!!! I began with Blue Crab fingers in garlic which were blue crab claws prepared so just the meat hung out for effortless eating . I have not had garlic crab this good since the old days at the plantation house in Fort Lauderdale. I've been moved onto the sharing sampler. In that it was my first day off in a month, probably two or three months I picked three. The comforters were the best I've ever had in my life. In fact, I ordered three side orders to go to take back with me to Las Vegas. The further contained huge chunks of conch, In the batter with a naturally perfect accompaniment, perfectly seasoned perfect face perfect crunch no grease. The fried oysters tasted like fried oysters. Awesome. Not knowing what I was getting into when I ordered. I ordered something safe - potato skins. They were perfect but other than I make it home. The service was perfect and chill. Maddy's recommendations and friendly vibe were spot on.

Rita N.

Yelp
Always good. Consistent. Large portions. Love the catfish fingerlings and oysters.
google avatar

Terrance G.

Yelp
We were visiting from the DMV area and my daughter wanted seafood. On the ride back from Disney Springs I saw a billboard for High Tide Harry's and knew I had to go. I checked the menu and saw they had steamed blue crabs!! WIN!! We had calamari, gator bites and a dozen medium crabs. Everything was pretty good. The crabs were cooked well, can't compare to Maryland but they did their job. Pretty big for mediI wish they had paper for the table though. Had to eat the crabs on a bigger plate. I'd def go back again every time I visit Orlando though.
google avatar

Tonya J.

Yelp
Disappointed! My hubby and I were excited to visit. We hadn't been here in over 8+ years and loved it. Incredibly expensive for the quality. The margarita was... well the worst I've ever had. The white fish was bland and not fully cooked and I could go on. The service was great but don't expect too much.

E G.

Yelp
When you walk in, it seems like it's kind of a dive bar; a fun hangout, but wasn't sure about the quality of food. Amazingly enough, what I ordered was fantastic! The cod fish, the scallops, and the shrimp were all really good. Not deep-fried; maybe grilled so didn't have battered version. Was also pretty large portions! Sides were good, but unremarkable . 4 stars instead of 5 because the hush puppies were not hot/fresh...were room temp. Would definitely go back again though.

Codie Nicole A.

Yelp
My husband insisted we got seafood before we headed back up to Michigan. He seen they were having happy hour and only a few minutes from the hotel! We were quickly greeted and seated, def red lobster 90's decor vibes. Our waitress was the sweetest and knew the menu inside and out. We were in the sun all day so my appetite was limited. I ordered oysters Rockefeller which were fresh and delicious. Some fried mushrooms because you can never not, and fried green tomatoes! Oh and don't forget crawfish! The food tasted good & was fresh but nothing that stands out as above and beyond. Good customer service would come here again when staying close by.
google avatar

Stacia N.

Yelp
Looking for some great Crab... This is a pound of snow crab and garlic shrimp. Hot. Fresh and taste amazing. Service was great. Sat down right away and ordered drinks. Server kept returning to check on us and we promptly paid when ready. Atmosphere was friendly. Not super fancy but clean and welcoming. Price wasn't bad either. Worth the stop.

Yelp
Peel and eat shrimp Crawfish I was sad! I absolutely Love shrimp and it is the ONE thing that should be plentiful and fresh in Florida! Same with crawfish- while the service was excellent and the hush puppies good the seafood left me sad. The shrimp was chalky and but over cooked and the crawfish I couldn't even finish. It was very overcooked and tastes a bit old I was worried bout food poisoning at this point due to flavors and textures so just left them be. But the service was great! So can't knock them totally- hoping it was just an odd night for the kitchen since it was mid week. -
