Shipping office door doesn’t unlock until 6:00 am got here and instantly got a door and got unloaded no issues. plenty of space to back Blue- Come in if the gate is open Red - if Gate is closed go that route Yellow- shipping office door unlocks right at 6:00 am door light will turn green

9/18/24 12:00pm. 1230 pm appointment 1200 check in. 1200 given door assignment 1315 loader came out with paper slip and seal. Simple to park. Drive up and around through Raymond street. Just keep it simple for yourself. Drivers try and enter through employee and visitor entrance. Don’t be that driver. Someone posted a photo of the driving course.

Definitely will come back,Friendly Staff I arrived Sunday Evening for a 1800 appointment for the next day waiting awhile but checked in early morning and was in a Door quickly, and out so all five Stars and parking is available if you arrive early prior to the renovating they are doing, but plenty of room to maneuver around if your a professional driver 🚛🗣️there is parking 🅿️

This lot is a nightmare. There is theoretically enough room to maneuver but theres trucks parked everywhere waiting for docks with cars squeezing around them. Had a 4:30pm appointment, checked in at 4:20pm. Got my dock assignment at 7:1 6pm, didn't start loading me until 9:44pm and then another hour at 10:50 before I got my bills. Never again

Arrived at 11am for a 5pm pick up. Checked in, given a door and was told it’ll be a little bit of a wait. Loaded full trailer with paperwork in hand by 12:45pm. Staff respects & understands truckers. Wish more shippers were like this.

This is my best refrigerator delivery experience I ever have in my trucking experience. Very nice people take me 30 minute me to get me unloaded I show up three hours early. I still get unloaded with all the beautiful smile and respect. I recommend this place to Trucks Drivers when you’re coming here be happy I talk to another driver in the next dark is my first time coming here he told Niss the other location both are in Illinois. Need to take all the time to appreciate good people. You don’t find them a lot now a lot of places make you want to quick trucking industry

Their management is really good and people do know what they are doing at the beginning the are a little lost but they learn and it is not a RACIST COMPANY!!!!
