Hilana Falafel: Jerusalem Style

My favorite falafel in town by far! Hot and fresh every time, lots of delicious veggies in there as well. Also such friendly, quick service. The owner is so nice and is always glad to see repeat customers.

By far the best Falafel ever! I visit them at the Mount Pleasant Farmers Market and always get an extra spicy wrap! The staff and owner is amazing, quick and nice. You can seriously taste the love and fresh ingredients.

The best part of my Saturday! I never miss the Petworth Farmers Market just so I can get some Hilana Falafel. My wife is Palestinian-Lebanese and this is by far the best falafel we've found in DC. Absolutely delicious.

The BEST falafel in DC. By far. Not one else even comes close. I've lived in DC for 3+ years and have been searching for a good falafel, but have not liked any. They are all one note; flat with no tanginess or crunch Hilana's falafel is PERFECTION. The falafel is of course delicious, hot and fresh. But the fresh and pickled veggies are what make their falafal SO good. The perfect balance of crispy falafel, crunchy cabbage, tangy pickles, creamy hummus, and spicy sauce. You can taste the quality of their ingredients and the care they put into their food My wife and I look forward to falafels from Hilana every Saturday from the Petworth Farmers Market. Now my toddler loves it too (minus spicy sauce)! Manal is also very friendly and a pleasure to chat with at the farmers market every Saturday
