Had Ceaser Salad, pasta with clams and chicken rice here. All dishes were divine. Very sports bar... but needs a refurb. And maybe sports bar one end, regular dining the other.

I've eaten here a few times and it's ok. The staff always do their best. Today I had an ok pizza. The base really brings it down to something I can do better at home, definitely not the amazing soughdough wood fires base they could be in other 5 star venues. I would rate a fast food pizza higher.

Stayed in Perth in October, went to Hill St Bar for dinner every night. Between the 5 of us we tried almost everything on the menu. Every single dish was delicious. Nothing overly fancy, but prepared extremely well with the freshest of ingredients. The chicken parmi was the BEST! Staff amazing and friendly, couldn’t have been more helpful. 10/10 would go back.

First time I've received a French Martini in a wine glass. When I questioned it I was rebuffed and told it's perfectly normal 😆😆😆😆. On top of that it took 15 minutes yet the bar was not even busy!

Frankly, it’s an average bar food standard. Would i come back here? Unlikely unless i just want to eat in the hotel quickly and go back up. But i might as well still room service.

We visited for the Wednesday night musical bingo and had a great a time! The young MC guy was super energetic. Items from the bar snack menu were a decent portion size too. The grilled lamb ribs came with 6x pieces to nibble, the sauce was very tasty but the lamb was a quite chewy. The spicy winter potatoes were well cooked, but the sauce was a little odd and tasted like cream mixed with tomato paste and chilli, and not much else. Overall we would come back for another musical bingo night and try other items on the menu!
