Lovely / knowledgeable staff, fast service and well cooked food. The Pluma in particular was delicious. Also the small starting dishes were great.

I visited here for a group dinner. We were touched by the pretty interior and friendly staff. However, it can be rather narrow and noisy. I'm sorry we were probably the loudest. The Toast Skagen here is really delicious, and the best I've ever eaten. But the main steak was normal. If you want to have a cocktail with a casual chat, I recommend you here.

Lovely, classic dinner experience in chambre separee. Good food, great wines. Great drinks and cocktails. Great, but maybe a bit oversteered service. Buzzing bar area with a few, too loud investment bankers. A must visit in STHM

Excellent dinner, I was left impressed by the service and how everything was thought of. The dishes were tasty and had good portion sizes. The environment can be a bit noisy, which however is understandable with many people. But maybe it can be helped by separating the tables with acoustic hanging sheets or something? Overall, I recommend dining at Hillenberg when visiting Stockholm.

Great food, atmosphere and service! Went there for weekend brunch with my family and had a great time. Can highly recommend the lobster mac n cheese, super yummy!

Very good fine dining restaurant! I loved every dish, and especially the dessert with rhubarb. Service was very friendly and attentive. I really liked the atmosphere as well with the dimmed hanging lights above the tables.

It was ok, I would say service was lacking since our waiter disappeared after our order and we never saw her again. Since this place is recommended by the Michelin guide I was expecting extraordinary food and it wasn’t honestly, it was adequate for nothing outstanding. We were a table of 8 and ordered tons of things, my favorite was the scallops appetizer. The truffle pasta was ok. Was honestly expecting more

Warm atmosphere and great Scandinavian food. The hostesses were kind and attentive. We did not sample the bar but it seemed well stocked.

We had a lovely dinner at Hillenberg and I would definitely return on my next visit to Stockholm! It was easy for us to make a reservation on their website the day before. - Atmosphere: The inside of Hillenberg is a beautiful, modern take on a nice restaurant. They incorporate art into their menu and across the restaurant. The bathroom was equally beautiful with dark marble and the largest lilies I've ever seen. - Service: The servers at Hillenberg were kind and helpful. Our meal took longer than expected, but probably because I am used to American standards. - Food/Drink: The Hunter S. Thompson was the drink highlight of the evening. I had the truffle pasta for my main, which was savory and delicious, but not too rich. Even though we were very full after the meal, we had the chocolate tart and strawberries for dessert. Both were tasty and worth ordering! - Value: I think the only thing holding back Hillenberg from 5 stars is the value. While it was a great meal, it is pricey. It's worth paying for every once and a while, but I could not justify visiting often.

The truffle gruyere chips were amazing!! Fresh grated cheese and a generous amount of truffle. Incredible. The seared tuna salad just ok. I found it pretty salty, and the wasabi is mixed in with the crispy topping (as opposed to having a dollop on the side) making the whole salad pretty spicy. The ambience is very nice. I sat at a lovely booth on the patio, nice sun shades and flowering planters to block the road. Very nice servers, even if the service was a little slow. I would recommend, just maybe don't get the tuna salad.

Very cosmopolitan and cosy with good vibe. Egg Benedict was decent but the French toast was amazing. Ordered a glass of champagne and they filled up a 1/4 of the glass so we asked for them to fill up a bit more. Bill ended up twice the price of a glass. Too pricy compared to what is served. Waitress was pretty lost, but I guess we got the bad egg. The guy that welcomed us was very nice and looked like he belonged here. Lots of tables. Space for strollers is no problem. Would gotten a 3.5 but the champagne story ruined our visit.

Amazing!!!! We had the sashimi salad, the fish and my husband the truffle pasta. Everything was perfectly seasoned and delicious. The lingonberry G&T was the perfect cocktail! We returned for a second night and ordered the entrecôte and fries , and the chicken ..... wow ! Again, everything was absolutely delicious. We dined at the bar , as well as a table for two and the service was impeccable. I can't wait to return .

I went for lunch and had the Parmesan, pine nut omelette. Omelettes don't normally make for the most exciting lunch orders but this was delicious; extremely well-cooked and beautifully presented. It feels like the perfect place for a more formal work lunch. This place gets busy though, so booking a table is recommended.

Considering how tired I was from a whole day of work at the office and then getting on a plane to come to Stockholm, I was a bit tired and "hangry". However, it was late and I didn't want anything heavy. I love kalixlöjröm and try to have a bit whenever I'm in town. It's an appetizer served with sour cream, chopped onions, dill, and parsley with crispy butter toast. Simple luxury! I like putting together food and savoring the taste. When all the elements are put together on the toast, it tasted so delicate. This kind of food doesn't need large portions to satisfy you. You will feel full from the different flavors. I like to think of it as a foodgasm. I'll definitely come back when I'm in Stockholm.

Now this is high end Swedish food. Presentation was perfect and service was up to pat as well. I tried a bunch of different things on the menu and all were great. My favorite was the fish.
