Hillside Beach Club

My hubby and I had an amazing time at Hillside. It was our first visit to the resort, I can see why people return year after year. The setting is breathtakingly beautiful. The way the hotel is designed guarantees an amazing view no matter which direction you look in. ||The rooms are basic but functional. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The housekeeping staff do an excellent job keeping the room spotless, especially as they have many steps to climb in warm weather. ||The buffet restaurant is one of the best I’ve ever encountered. There is so much to choose from and everything is fresh and delicious. All the staff in the restaurant are friendly, hardworking and attentive. We also ate in Pacha and The Italian restaurant. The food and service were fantastic. My only complaint would be that there are far too many courses and the portions are large. We were both too full to eat our mains and dessert. ||All 3 beaches are stunning. The sea is crystal clear and clean. Sun loungers were very comfy and well maintained. We loved being able to order drinks from our sunbeds, this is ideal when on a lazy holiday. ||The entertainment was brilliant. There was something different on offer every evening and lots of activities to participate in throughout the day. The entertainment staff were friendly and approachable without being overbearing. ||We did 2 boat trips from the resort. One was a full day excursion - I would 100% recommend this for a great day out at sea. We had the opportunity to jump off the boat and swim in the open sea. Food and drink was included in the price of the trip which made it very good value for money. We also did the sunset boat cruise which was stunning. I’ve never seen a sunset so beautiful. It took my breath away. The staff on the boat are fantastic. They were attentive and informative. 10/10 for their service. ||We aren’t a couple who return to a resort. We prefer to try new destinations and hotels, but Hillside is definitely somewhere we would consider visiting again. ||Thanks for an amazing holiday to all the staff at Hillside.

The best holiday EVER! Such a beautiful place. This was the first holiday we have been on since my partner has been disabled. We arrived at 4 in the morning and our room was not disability freindly so we struggled up the stairs to get some sleep but by the next morning we had a new easy access room which was perfect! By day 2 we had rented a wheelchair (which I thought I was going to have to source in town but the guest relations ladies were amazing and took me to meet the on site doctor where we could rent one onsite!!!) The staff are amazing - especially Zafer the restaurant manager who carried the wheelchair up the stairs to the restaurant for us three times a day and honestly I have never experienced such tremendous hospitality. The foooood! Amazing spread every day in the main restaurant and the show guys and girls were fabulous during the day as well as on stage. A truly superb holiday and we will definitley be back!!!

This place was recommended by a friend who goes there every year and we were highly disappointed as feel it is sold as a luxury resort but barely meets 3 stars requirements.|To start by the good, the staff is nice and the food is good, and the natural landscape is nice, and the shows in the evening are quite nice.||For the rest, I would say that disappointment is on order:| - The staff too often had to be told many times what we wanted| - sometimes Staff even refuse to do what we ask, like forcing us to eat deep fried fish because they only cook it this way and don't understand the difference with pan fried fish| - the bedrooms are very date| - the bathroom outside is not really convenient| - there is no coffee machine in the bedroom and they ask you to walk to the main restaurant to get a coffee or provide instant coffee in the bedroom. Sorry, but this is just a no go, and the coffee they make in the main restaurant would rate 6 out of 10 (impossible to differentiate an espresso from a filter coffee)| - Instead of bumping prices up by 10-15% and making it fully inclusive, whatever you eat/drink outside the main restaurant you have to pay and carry your phone wiith you => 99% of people there do not care about paying extra, so either make it fully comprehensive, or provide a NFT wristband that is much more convenient.|- Every activity needs to be booked in advance and their useless app does not even allow to book online so you need to go to the activity place to book.| - There is 0 apologies from staff when they mess up, a relatively surprising behaviour but seems relatively in line with the behaviour of most clients who seem unaware of the word "sorry" or "than you" and who have (for 90% of them) their kids watch ipads and misbehave constantly.||So unfortunately if you expect a nice, convenient service, with well educated clients, look elsewhere.|||the lack of proper coffee (like a cheap Nespresso machine

My boyfriend and I have just returned from our holiday at Hillside. Our first time there and certainly not our last.. it ticked every single box.|| The service was brilliant, we got looked after so well in the main restaurant by Tolga, he honestly made our stay so special. He always made sure there was a space for us in his area of the restaurant and always had a smile on his face.||The beaches were exquisite, we spent most of our time at the silent beach was utterly relaxing and peaceful compared to the main beach. The sea was the perfect temperature!||One of the housekeepers Elvan made sure our room was beautiful every time we came back from breakfast, she even left some gorgeous petals on the bed in the shape of a heart.. it’s the tiny details like that that made our stay so special. ||There are so many activities you can do you’ll never be bored, the evening shows were absolutely incredible! The professional dancers were brilliant.||The Sanda Nature Spa was a dream, Putu gave me the most gorgeous full body ‘Sanda Traditional’ massage. I left feeling like a new woman!||Last but not least… the food!!! The buffet in the main restaurant… wow!! So many choices, I think we counted 8 different types of butters?! |The only thing I would say is being vegan the protein options weren’t great.. the salads were amazing but there weren’t any proteins such as tofu or any soya products which was a massive shame but only a small issue which can be fixed!||We will hopefully be back next year! This is by far one of the best holidays I have ever experienced, and I have travelled much further afield to what people may cosnsider to be far more exotic locations. The hotel is in a beautiful setting and is a fantastically well thought out business, with its excellent people/emplyoyees at its main attribute who provide an outstanding service all around. All are great but in our experience a few were exceptional; these were as follows; Allatin, Recep, Dogan and Mustafa in the restaurant seating area - these gentleman looked after us phenomenally during the course of our stay and our 2 year old became good friends with them, as did we. Deniz, Ummu and Hilmi in other areas of the restaurant - just extremely warm people who always made an effort to acknowledge us. Mecit in the bar area, what a great soul he is. Mehmet the lift operator - a sweet man who made good friends with our little one and they had their never ending 'goodbye' rituals when we departed for the night which was a lovely touch to the end of each day. Anri the showman, this guy has skills. Mine in the kids room - always attentive to our little one.||||This was our first visit but most certainly wont be our last. we can understand why so many of the other guests we interacted with are repeat regulars - one man we spoke to had come every year with his family for the last 14 years... I can see us following the a similar path!

What Hillside lacks in plush luxury, it makes up for in friendly hospitality and outrageous good food. The food is fresh and delicious at all times. So important when on a resort holiday. The rooms are a bit dated, but they are clean and offer all the comforts needed. Well equipped for babies. Thoughtfulness given to toiletries in room. Bring your own water bottle, as water is charged for if ordered on the beach, but a refill station is provided. Excellent facilities for children and entertainment. We thoroughly loved our stay and will be returning next year.

Fifth time here! Cannot fault a thing except to say I think it’s got better! Every single member of staff from Mehmet in transfers,Deniz in main restaurants who served us coffee with a smile every am. Hasan and Mert who work in Beach bar/restaurant amazing. Our room was kept immaculate and well stocked. The beach situation is much improved with no reserving before 7am. |We cannot wait to come back|Thank you to everyone !

Hillside Beach Club is a great resortfor families with kids. If you want a beach vacation in a place surrounded by truly beautiful, serene nature, Hillside Beach Club is the place. We really enjoyed the beaches. The cuisine was also great. One thing to keep in mind: the resort is literally in a hill side. Although there are lifts, be prepared to walk up and down stairs. You will have the best service personal in this hotel.

Best hotel, best beach , best employees ever! But careful: best food means +3kg in one week
