I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Atlanta Hilton Hotel. The room was spotless, quiet, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities. The staff consistently went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. Especially Officer Shaun for assisting me with my disable mom who is wheelchair bound. He was very helpful in get her to the car upon us leaving. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the location made it easy to explore the area. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing experience—highly recommended.

I had a terrible experience at the Hilton Atlanta and would not recommend staying here unless you absolutely have no other choice. They hosted a large conference with thousands of kids, and the elevators were constantly full with wait times up to a hour. As someone with a disability staying on the 25th floor, I asked the front desk what accommodations they could offer since I physically could not walk down 25 flights of stairs. Their response was basically “oh well, try again” — no solutions, no support. Completely unacceptable. The hotel itself is also in poor condition. The walls are so thin you can hear full conversations from neighboring rooms. The bathrooms are outdated, the water pressure is low, and the rooms lack any modern amenities you would expect from a Hilton. Nothing about this felt like a quality stay — it felt more like a cheap motel marketed as a full-service hotel. Only book here if you need something cheap and quick. If you’re expecting comfort, accessibility, or a relaxing stay, go somewhere else. Hilton should be embarrassed to put their name on this property.

I got an overall satisfied experience with this hotel. I booked the double room, and it turns out was super big, and the cleanliness was great. However, the air in the room is not really good, and you can’t open the windows for more fresh air. The Interior design and overall vibe don’t come with surprises. However, one of the things that surprised me was the buffet breakfast in the restaurant. Although the choice was limited, it tasted so good, and the service was worth it. You can easily access the MARTA from the sky bridge on the 2nd floor, but the route is quite tricky; nevertheless, the staff at the front desk is always friendly to assist you. The location is great, and it’s easy for you to get around the city.

The Hilton Atlanta was excellent overall. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bathrooms are a bit small compared to the size of the sleeping area but it was adequate. The beds are very comfortable however if you are able to bring your own pillow, I would recommend because the pillows go completely flat as soon as you lay on them. The elevator situation that was talked about in previous reviews can be a thing if you are staying when it's busy. I would recommend staying on the highest floor possible because it makes it easier to get an elevator, but don't leave last minute if you need to be on time because the elevators will make you late. I did self parking which was $40 per day for in/out which is great for Downtown Atlanta however the whole time I was there, my room key never worked to get in and out of the gate so I had to push the call button to get out every time I left the hotel. The front desk was never able to fix the room keys to make them work on the garage. Despite a couple of minor annoyances, I had a great stay. I would definitely stay here again if I need to be downtown.

Valet parking and bell service provided excellent service during our stay. The hotel needs upgrading,, toilet takes second to flush,, heater was not working a technician had to come and repair the unit but it seems like the room still was not warm. Which made me stuff. All the staff members were extremely nice,,, I will not stay here or recommend to anyone. We stayed on the 21st floor the view was nice.

This doesn't have anything to do with this hotel but as Hilton as a whole. They say they have price match guarantee, and it is definitely a lie! I submitted my hotel and dates, and they told me they were sold out, which is a complete lie. I showed proof, which is attached below. Expedia was offering the room for almost $25 less per night. They are supposed to price-match and give you 25% off your stay. They didn't give it to me even though I sent proof. I am a Hilton Member and even have a Hilton Amex card, it's a shame that I have to reserve through a 3rd party site to get the best rate.

The room was nice but the bathroom had no hot water. Made staff aware of this and they said they would have maintenance look into it, which I was out of the room and not sure if they did. By the time we returned it was still not working. Made the staff aware again, and there was no offer of switching rooms or even a small discount of our rate. We spent a lot of money for one night, for no hot shower, and to have the restaurant we scheduled this visit be closed on a night they were supposed to be open. Disappointing visit all around.

We had a fantastic stay here! Want to shoutout Jason at the Check-In desk, he was very welcoming and genuine with his service! He listened to my horror story with a flat tire on the trip there and made sure to take care of my wife and son on his birthday. Thank you Jason for making this a memorable stay. Also big shoutout to Mohamed the fantastic Bellhop who assisted us with our bags in and out. Everyone here was so friendly!
