Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort

Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. We stayed for 10 nights and felt that all the negative reviews we had read before ended up being irrelevant to our stay. The construction work didn’t bother us much and could easily be drawn out/ignored at the pool if you put your mind to it. ||We only had 2 issues: ||1) the housekeepers woke us up nearly every morning shouting/singing on the corridors or while working in rooms on our floor. Although they made the bed, the room itself wasn’t tidied up really. I noticed that my pyjamas were just thrown onto the chair in the room once the bed had been made even though I’d leave them under my pillow. Not a big deal but usually things should be left where they were previously. We had to ask for more water and toilet roll a few times too. ||2) On our final day of the holiday we decided to just hang around the hotel as we had been busy with different trips and bookings throughout our holiday. We went to Alison restaurant in the hotel for the happy hour and we felt like we were being rushed the whole time. The waitress kept coming over and asking if we wanted “one more drink” or if we wanted our bill even though we still clearly had food in front of us and we had intended on having a few more drinks. ||Finally, something I wanted to mention because I have not seen this mentioned in any of the reviews I’ve read, the guys working on the beach are great. Very polite and helpful! ||I would recommend this hotel to anyone. From reading the previous reviews and actually experiencing it myself, I think some people just like to give out!

Decent place to stay due to location. The rooms are slightly dated and due for maintenance. Only a few minutes of hot water! Breakfast was slow for just 3 coffees, a yogurt bowl and an avocado toast considering we were the only ones there. The friendly staff made it worthwhile. Having beach access with chairs for the hotel was a plus.

Adriana was great! We had a wonderful experience. She is very engaging, kind, and provided great service. The food and drinks were amazing along with the beautiful ocean view. We highly recommend coming here and trying out the restaurant.|Thank you so much Adriana. Looking forward to seeing you again.

We stayed here for our wedding and hosted our reception in one of the ballrooms! Everything was perfect! We ate breakfast in the restaurant every morning and it was delicious, lunch and dinner were great as well! The staff was amazing for our wedding reception and took great care of us and all our guests during the weekend! The beach is a perfect white sand beach and great beach service for food and drinks! The only con of the beach is the chairs are free, but the umbrella costs extra and are provided by an outside service. The bar area has a great vibe at night and the bartender, even with our large group was amazing! All in all, the rooms were beautiful and the resort is a great spot to stay in Miami! We will definitely be back! Thanks for the room service champagne to celebrate 🍾!!!

We had an amazing time at Hilton Cabana. Staff was amazing went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved the pool and the cleanliness of the hotel. They are in the middle of remodeling, but we heard no noise or any disruptions whatsoever. Breakfast was great, Bar by the pool had killer chicken fingers for kids they loved all they ate. Overall great experience I can't wait to go back. Great location, beach and boardwalk was a plus!

Visited here for a weekend trip by recommendation. Definitely was worth it. Our room was nice and breakfast was good. Also just a few steps from the beach and the service from hotel to beach for drinks and food was a plus. They were doing lots of renovations but it's for the better. The view from pool also was nice

Stayed for 4 days, 3 nights last week. Hotel was very solid and clean. They are doing some work in the lobby, but no big deal, we were here for the beach. Beach is great, not crowded and clean!! Everyone was very helpful, whether it be setting up chairs and an umbrella, or asking if you wanted food or drinks at the beach and pool. Rooms were again, solid. Clean and semi spacious. Again we were here for the beach, which our room had a good view of from the balcony.||Drinks were very good but very pricey. They do pitchers of mojitos and margaritas which are definitely a better value. Had lunch at the restaurant and it was pretty good. Not the best food, not the worst, but quick and convenient. Just be weary, they put a 20% service fee/tip on everything. The coffee shop had very good iced coffee, but they didn't list prices and found out that they were $8 for a 16oz cup and bottles of water are $6! We went to Publix and got out own waters and bottles of iced coffee for a lot less.||Pools are on the smaller side, but again clean. They were very hot as they bake in the sun for most of the day, so we didn't utilize them for more than a quick dip. ||The Tavern across the street has some great food & drinks and super nice bartenders and wait staff. Give them a try while staying. We say numerous guests from the Hilton there.||This is a very nice and solid resort. It is not 5 Star by any means, but definitely closer to that, then the negative reviews on here. Some people just like to complain!

This place is okay. It’s actually pretty laughable it’s a 4 star resort with a resort charge. It’s not exactly much above a motel 8. It’s a little dirty, there’s construction going on. We were at the pool with our young daughter and there was a flight of stairs beside it she could fall down, and she kept getting out of the pool. We were told despite a gate there (that shut) it needed to be kept open. The drinks and food is VERY overpriced, it’s $5 for a can of soda. Just stuff like that. Like I said it’s okay but we won’t be back.
