Hilton Garden Inn West Palm Beach I95 Outlets

I recently traveled to West Palm Beach for knee surgery and this hotel truly checked all the boxes. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming during a time when comfort really mattered. My room was large, spotless, and very comfortable — exactly what I needed for recovery. Everything felt clean, well-maintained, and easy. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling for medical care or business.

James is AWESOME! He gave us so many great recommendations and information about the area, he has a great personality. Room is comfortable, bed is a bit firm for our tastes but still comfortable. Hot water easily ready and lasts for a great shower. We didn't try the breakfast buffet but there is one available (additional charge however). Parking is in a garage, entrance and exit are the roadway between building and garage

Great vibe though one of the elevators smelled like weed the whole visit. The room was nice but you could feel the difference between a box spring and the base the bed was on-----felt like a divider in the middle.||Each night there was loud music playing-----one night seemed like a nightclub (disco lights reflections on the parking garage).||The parking garage could use some TLC.||Very grateful to Marelys for assisting with extending our stay as we were in town for thr marathon and I accidentally booked a day short. She and the brother from thrn area were gracious hosts.

As a coach traveling with a full basketball team, I truly appreciated the outstanding customer service provided by Ebony Parker, the Front Office Manager. From the moment we arrived from Detroit, her tone, energy, and leadership stood out. Managing a large group check-in isn’t easy, but Ebony handled it with efficiency, professionalism, and a genuinely positive attitude. She set a welcoming tone for our entire stay and made sure our team felt respected and taken care of right away. Her presence at the front desk reflected strong leadership and excellent hospitality. Ebony is a major asset to this hotel, and I would absolutely commend her for the way she represents the brand.

I went to the Hilton for an event and the staff were very kind and helpful. There was an instance where I asked for the ingredient details of a drink being served to us for allergy purposes and Marisol and her team was kind enough to contact her boss to provide a photo of the ingredient list without hesitation. The above and beyond service is why I will look forward to having more events held there in the future.

Hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The front staff was awesome! Our room was above and beyond with a great view. Amazing location to all the things west palm and extremely reasonable $$$! I cannot say enough good things about this place! If you are looking to book a place on west palm - this is IT!

The place is renovated .. Rooms are dark. There was a mix of hair in the shower. I cleaned with clorox before I stepped on it. Parking is a pain . If you have big luggage it will be a challenge. The cleaning lady went in my room and touch things she was not suppose to. Is close to the outlet if you like shopping... The area is ok.. $7 for parking...

Just checked out of this Hilton Garden Inn on Tuesday after spending three nights start off by saying I live in New York City and Southeast Florida is my home away from home that being said I had stayed at this particular hotel previously and didn’t have any issues which is why I chose it a second time, but I can say this will be my last time staying here as my third night. I noticed the room was infested with cockroaches. On waking up in the middle of the night and turning the light on a big old cockroach crawled across the desk and I was mortified. I was so disgusted. I wanted to walk out immediately to the staff at the Hilton garden in West Palm Beach. You need to have your rooms fumigated as an infestation of this kind is unacceptable. It’s a health hazard, and your staff needs to rectify it immediately.

This hotel is my go to place when visiting West Palm Beach. Staff are extremely friendly, and the hotel is clean and modern. Rooms are large with great views of the city. 4 elevators service the hotel and are fast and efficient. The gym is open 24/7 and is decent. It has a few cardio machines and free weights. The restaurant is actually pretty good. Get the street tacos that they make! Those are actually delicious. They make it with pork or chicken, both of which are good, but pork is just way better! It comes with some onions, lime, and a really yummy chipotle mayo. Their burger is actually surprisingly really good as well. Well worth the cost for a juicy burger and a lot of crispy fries.

I booked this for a work trip a week in advance. A few days later I tested positive for Covid. Being the responsible adult, I canceled my work trip, rental car and hotel room. I got a full refund from my rental car company. The Hilton Garden Inn decided that I still needed to pay for one night, despite the fact that I had Covid. Did they want me to show up and infect everyone? Poor, poor customer service policy. I hope they enjoy my $158 of Covid Cash. That's the last money they'll be getting from me. So many other hotels in the area to choose from. They funny thing is...if you go to their website, it states how concerned they are with Covid and their Covid protocol. Obviously that is a crock of BS.

Very clean and nice hotel and a good location right across the street from Palm Beach outlets, and 15 minutes from downtown West Palm. We had a really nice view from our window in our room. As far as Hilton Garden Inns go, this one is pretty bare bones. Don't get me wrong, they are awesome and have what you need but usually HGI's are really above and beyond, but this one just wasn't. The room was nice and has a mini fridge and microwave. They have a good breakfast that's made to order and you can eat it there or take it to go. I would *not* recommend the grits. The cook and the dining area workers are super nice, but the lady at the front desk is not super friendly, thought she will help you get what you ask for. Nice pool area too. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again.

When making a work trip to West Palm Beach I will gladly stay at this hotel every single time. The customer service and cleanliness in this hotel is top notch. The food service is up and going again. Thank goodness. Disposable dishes and silverware make to make you feel safe. The dinner menu has changed, but for the better. There are some healthier options that are excellent... for example chicken bowl with rice , chicken, plantains, peppers. The breakfast is cook as you order - you get your breakfast coupon from the front and pick your choices. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. I slept great while I was there. The location of the hotel is also excellent, super close to the outlet mall and many restaurants.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. The location is great if you're looking to go shopping at the outlets and nearby food as well. The hotel itself was nice and newer so things were pretty clean for the most part. The reason I gave 3 stars is due to poor customer service. Rodney at the front desk is a supervisor and I definitely was taken aback by his lack of energy, the way he greeted us and the lack thereof and the way he seemed like he just wasn't interested in giving us information about the hotel in general or the surrounding area. When I walk into a hotel, the energy in which the guests are treated by staff is very important for our stay. This hotel lacked that BIG TIME. Hunter at the front desk was in turn, very friendly and helpful when we asked questions. Michael (bartender) was nice and made excellent cocktails for us. The one thing that bothered us most were the obnoxious kids in the restaurant/bar area, which the hotel staff lacked action towards. Otherwise the room was great though the walls are a bit thin and you can hear people in the next room over. If it weren't for our first poor impressions of Rodney, we would recommend this hotel.

Easily the cleanest, nicest Hilton I've stayed at to date. Brand new, this hotel has an instagrammable outdoor pool and well-appointed lobby shop. There are also guest laundry machines (credit card operated for $2) on the 10th floor. Breakfast is currently offered via a convenient fixed price ticket system and is cooked to order. My king room was very spacious, with enough room to do yoga in front of the floor-to-ceiling window (yes, there are blackout curtains). Small fridge + microwave were perfect for storing and reheating goodies from Whole Foods, which is a short 7 minutes walk away. You're also located next to a Target and an outdoor outlet mall. For convenience and shopping, you can't beat this hotel.

This is my favorite West Palm Hotel. It's located just east of I95 and next to the Outlet Mall. Lots of food located within walking distance or a short drive. There is a Whole Foods down the street and a Target across the street. Rooms are modern and in excellent condition. Large tv's and bathrooms are spacious and modern. There is also a refrigerator, microwave and a safe in every room. Lastly, the staff has always been exceptional for the two years I have been coming here. I highly recommend.

I just stayed at this hotel on the 30th of November I was in room 1014 and was eaten up by bedbugs. This isn't my first time staying here. I was shock I have a live video of them but it will not allow me to post it

This is our second time staying here, the first time there was MOLD on the shower curtain. Second time there was a previous guests dirty socks in our room, we only found it before checking out & it was behind a chair with other paper garbage. When I brought it up to the front desk they said nothing, didn't even look at me and said they would just let the house keeping manager know very rudely. When we asked for extra towels to our room it took about 45 mins & when we kindly called again to check if they were coming anytime soon Veronica at the front desk rudely responded "there are people ahead of you so we will bring it shortly". The overall room wasn't bad, but the staff is rude & didn't even apologize for anything, while it's not the front desks fault at least say something other than just avoiding eye contact.

Where do I start...stayed in room 1014 and the a/c leaked the entire three night stay wetting the carpet and nearby tiled area in the room. My first report was ignored, after the second report it was said to be fixed BUT it was not. Had to ask for towels twice since the request for housekeeping was ignored and offered only after complaining mid afternoon (we were napping so we declined). No housekeeping meant trash was not emptied nor were beds refreshed in three nights. Carpet outside of room was stained. The floor we were on smelled of food. The building lobby was not very clean and smelled stale. The adjacent parking garage, although free, was super dirty. I hate complaining but I did upon check out. The manager did refund one nights stay which was nice but really didn't make up for the experience. The Hilton brand has been my go to for business and personal travel for a while, however, that might change now. Also disappointed that you can't capture points/rewards for a stay booked through a third party site.

This review is for the conference Room facility only. I went here for a training session for my company. The conference Room is spacious but it was just so hot that day. We had to keep asking maintenance to go and get someone to check the airconditioner. Had it not been for that I would have given it 5 stars. There's not much else to say about this as I did not stay there overnight.

Hotel is new and very clean. Got in late after arriving in Miami from Europe. The room was clean and had everything we needed. My boyfriend is a gold member, so we were able to get the breakfast buffet for free. Decor is nice and bright and pool is just outside the breakfast area. Shopping is close and convenient!

Dirty throughout: Garbage on floors, public bathrooms dirty, garbage on floors in the room. Gym equipment filthy, no water (empty) in gym, laundry services area worse than a public laundromat in terms of cleanliness.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR HISPANIC PEOPLE, they are racist and rude, I paid $ 400 for 3 rooms, which afterwards I decided to hand over one of the rooms to rent only 2, when I wanted to make that move in reception, very annoyed they asked us to leave in In the middle of the night and without returning my money, I traveled from Jacksonville to spend a pleasant time with my family, it is not fair that we have been treated like this. They definitely need to change the reception and manager staff. I am very offended.

On the 26 March 2020, I tried to make a reservation on Hilton Honors member and I couldnt, so I made one with priceline for $107 here at this franchise property. When I got there to check in with a silently rude clerk, she glared at me when I approached he desk, I smiled and I said that I had reservation thru priceline and she told me no reservation here, I showed her the conformation for this property and it got changed to Hilton Downtown, which turned out better for me. I requested to see the manager, who turned out to be the rude one that made a nasty comment during my previous stay and food purchase, and I pointed it out along with both there rude, apathic comments, tried and frustrated from working I dont get my room and they made ME feel like a real asian with Covid 19 sign at the entrance and their rude practice who would want to stay at this xoxo place. I compared it to the African American Blacks trying to eat at a restaurant and/or stay like I am at this xozoxo place. This rude manager told me to leave why your comments here, frustrated I left and told toxoxo off like the tv chef does. Nice decor, but rude, uncaring and personal who shouldnt be the hospitality industry. My stay at the downtown was nice. DO NOT stay here.

Beautiful, clean bar with nice atmosphere. Very affordable place to stay when in the palm beaches. Close to all.

I would NOT recommend this place. Reserved 3 rooms a month in advance... if I knew it would be a mess, I would have not booked here. Checked in yesterday. Originally reserved two rooms with two queen beds for two nights; Friday and Saturday. One of my rooms were INCONVENIENTLY CHANGED to a room with one bed. We booked an additional room for Saturday with TWO queen beds and again it was changed to a room with one bed. This happened even after going down to the front desk and having our room preassigned to 1014 which is a room with two queen beds. This is not right. We then, spoke with the Front Desk Supervisor, Ebony, who could NOT give us a solution other than having to book, get this, one more room;With a $10 discount. She literally told us our room was no longer available because it's out of order. Not my problem. I'm a paying guest. Like you're telling me I have to pay for another room because what we reserved a month in advance you could NOT provide???? Even after our room being confirmed???? When our room went out of order, the front desk agents should have preassigned a room with TWO beds. Mind you..... room 1019 booked today, two queen beds and was accommodated! WHAT A JOKE. OH and parking.... don't even get me on started on the jacked up parting situation. It's a cluster. All in all, I WOULD NOT STAY HERE. AT ALL. Would give it zero stars but I had to at least chose one.

My over all stay was very comfortable !! I just want to say one thing ... the pool is not indoors lol I was just a lil surprised because the Hilton app said it was and that was kinda the main reason why I reserved to stay here! I knew the weather was going to be nasty during my trip and I wouldn't be able to enjoy the beach so I planned on relaxing by the pool ‍ but Other than that the staff were really friendly and the room was nice and clean!

Told them our arrival time they did audit and we couldn't get our key. But don't worry "it should be done by 430am!"!!!!!!!??? All with a smiles and eye roll from the courteous check in person. The asst manager martin didn't care to help an honors member either. And you get all the awful music and pot smell while you wait with your child. People leaving at 330am looked like it was a rent by the hour. Save your money and go down the road. Disgusted with Hilton would have been better off at red roof inn or motel 6.

I was planning on staying here for a small staycation. One drive through the parking garage and I quickly changed my mind. The parking garage is shared by the two buildings directly next to this hotel on Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard. So all of the employees that work in these buildings also park in the same parking garage. The things that I saw going on just driving through made me never want to stay at this hotel. They don't have any security driving through the parking garage and the less-than-stellar people that work in these buildings make me afraid to even get out of my car let alone leave my car for any amount of time. Don't waste your time. Pretty scary experience.

I'm a Hilton honors VIP member and had reserved a room there with my protected veterans discount. well, I had extended my stay for a week, extending daily, and had told management that the door latch was broken and that anyone could just open the door and walk into the room if they have a key. for a week nothing had been done to secure my safety. one morning, a man burst into the room as my wife and I was sound asleep. he said that we had 10 minutes to check out because he was calling the police to throw us out. wtf!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I then called Hilton corporate office to complain and they called the property manager (he was the man that burst into the room without knocking and threatening to have the police throw us out in handcuffs). well, my wife and I took our time to check-out, about 2 hours because I was on the phone with the corporate office. I decided to just write reviews about the management and staff at this Hilton gardens inn on palm beach lakes boulevard across from the Outlet Mall. guest, please think twice before reserving at this location, because the manager only cares for the unruly type to stay at the location. I saw a group of women and men sitting outside the lobby balcony, and you can smell them outside smoking marijuana, and you can also smell marijuana throughout the hotel on every floor. So, future guests beware to book a room and do it at your own risk, but please make sure that your door latch is secure so nobody can just walk into your room without knocking!

Terrible hotel with terrible staff. we came in on 6/15/2019 and the original room that they gave us smelled like smoke and it looked visibly dirty with dishes and dirty plates outside of the room. We requested a new room and the new room was better however now the phone did not work. So every additional inquiry or a question that we had to the front desk we had to go downstairs and ask them to bring the items up. This morning the shower was incredibly cold it literally felt like pool water and there was no heat coming out of it whatsoever so that was very not pleasant and when we confronted the front desk receptionist with all of her issues as he asked how was your stay we replied and said that our state was not satisfactory we did not like the service that we received we had a bad interaction from the first time that we got there with the smelly smoke room the phone wasn't working and also the shower was bitter cold. To all of our complaints he brought the manager and said their phone wasn't working and disregarded all of the other complaints... stood around and asked if we were checked out he said yes and he did not bother to give us any type of customer service or resolution after that. Not acceptable. Would not return and do not recommend. New Hilton, terrible service.

I have stayed in this hotel multiple times over the last four months. 90% of the time the service and the staff are incredible. It is a very new hotel that opened up last year and they are still working the kinks out of the mechanicals and stuff. What impresses me most is the cleanliness of the place. There is a lot of traffic that goes through this hotel and yet they managed to keep it up nice and clean and fix the broken stuff. The restaurant is adequate but really needs more choices. Other Hilton Garden Inn's offer a larger menu. If you happen to be a diamond member, be prepared to be treated like royalty. My biggest complaint with this property is the parking garage situation it is very confusing and I have witnessed several accidents because of that. But lines to parking are not established well. The old lines that were previously drawn were not clearly removed and the new lines only confuse the situation so you get a lot of cars that park considerably close to each other and others spaced much farther apart than they need to be
