The service at this hotel is top-notch. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The hotel is very grand but also older. My room was comfy. I had a really nice view of the lake. The food was very good. The only negative is that they really need to renovate. Otherwise, this is a comfortable, serene place to stay with great service and an incredible view.

Google
Great location if you want to get out of the city. There are good shops and restaurants within a short walk. If you park in the parking garage be prepared for a bit of a walk and directions to to find your way to reception or your room are not the greatest. Besides that, the rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. I've stayed here before and would go back again.

Google
We stayed here for 2 nights to go hiking nearby. The hotel is charming and clean. There is a fire pit in the back with some seating and a few cute restaurants and shops just a quick walk away. The location was great for us. Since I was on East coast time, I wanted to get started early and few things were open before 8am, but that’s my only complaint!

Google
The hotel is old and outdated. Room comfort level is okay, but not as high as other Hilton, and bathroom is not clean. You can find stains everywhere, counter, shower, toilet bowl. Also, the room AC is super loud, sound likes a mini power generator. The worst is a stinky smell at lobby, it smells like sewage. Finally the parking garage is very far and the hotel layout is weird. We won't stay here again in future.

Clean and comfy rooms. Love all the gold details. Very nice resort with well kept gardens and lounge areas. Definitely see it being a Ritz before. Bartenders were so fun and nice. Food was pretty good but nothing special. Water took forever to get warm in the room which was annoying to leave the shower running for 15 min at least before you could get in it. Biggest problem that dropped my eating was the spa. Nice area but made a nail appointment to show up and be told the lady just went home for the day. I checked in over 1 hour before and went to the joined gym only a few feet away from the spa’s front desk to wait on the appointment. Spoke to the lady at the front desk several times and she knew where I would be and even came to see if I could bump my appointment up which I agree to. Since I was on site I still arrived 15 min early and the technician I guess just decided to leave. Big disappointment since I wasted my day on waiting for the appointment and couldn’t get another one before my event that night.

Google
A large Hilton Hotel property located about 30 minutes away from the world famous Las Vegas Strip. Stayed here for 1-night during a summer month (June) and it wasn't very busy and the hotel is so large that just finding your room can be a challenge. The hotel staff that I encountered were very nice and helpful. The hotel rooms were nice and clean. The decor of the room was more "vintage" versus "contemporary." Just walking to our room from the hotel lobby took nearly 10 minutes and was confusing even though the front desk representative did their best to explain how to find out room. I think this hotel would be a great location to have a wedding in the spring time but I bet it would be a lot cheaper in the summer time due to it being so hot and not very crowded. ||The pool area is nice and the hotel is adjacent to a area that looks like a village with assorted restaurants, shops and water activities. The parking I thought was complimentary and they do offer valet during the day and it cost around $20 per day. There is a fitness center but I didn't use it and the restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating. The menu was satisfactory and the entrees were decent but a little expensive. The hotel offers military/government, AAA and AARP discounts that were very affordable during the time we went.||If you are looking for a nice resort a little outside the main Strip of Las Vegas I think you will enjoy staying here. Attached are some photos that I hope illustrate the beauty of the hotel and some photos from our window of our room. I would definitely request a view of the lake/marina and if you're a Diamond Hilton Honors member I think they will try to accommodate any reasonable request.

Overall, it's just not what I was expecting from a hilton property, especially one in such a nice location. Spa was only open for women, and the lobby smells like a word that I can't say on here. Will be staying at a different property on my next trip to Lake Las Vegas. Personally, I do not recommend this resort.

A very grand hotel. But a bit of a relic of days gone by. Absolutely beautiful grounds and a beautiful building. But many of the features are antiquated. Still well worth the stay for the outstanding service, great foods, and very reasonable prices.

Yelp
From the time my Wife and I arrived, we were greeted at the front desk with a very warm and friendly greeting. The team made us feel so welcome. Everything was clearly explained. The employees at the restaurants were so very kind and accommodating. They made sure that we had whatever we needed. The servers checked on us constantly. My wife got a massage from the spa. The entire staff had the same great customer service. The gift shop employees had the same great customer service as the rest of the employees. We were blessed. My wife and I can tell that the Hilton Corporation from the top down is a class act. It is so wonderful that a business so large made us feel so good! Thank you Hilton Lake Las Vegas!!! Yelp
Lake Las Vegas, the name alone sounds amazing, inviting, exciting and relaxing. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that could not be further from the truth. Here goes.... We arrived on Sunday night at around 8pm. It was a ghost town for sure, it seemed like we were the only two people in the hotel at first until we heard 4 more guests. This will be a long review but necessary trust me! I will list the mishaps and issues numerically. 1. Extremely dim empty HUGE parking lot, 3 cars plus ours 2. Limited lighting on the property (VERY dark and scary) 3. Not informed of the resort fee until check-in ($98) 4. Hotel staff not friendly, barely looked at us and barely greeted us 5. second day there was a rotten egg smell permeating throughout the entire hotel, the hotel personnel were gaslighting us by asking "what smell?" 6. The manmade lake is full of bacteria and algae, and hasn't been cleaned per a staff member 7. The shops in the village were closed and it felt like Zombie town, The ice cream parlor, Mexican cantina and an Italian restaurant were open, absolutely NO water sports as advertised and the boutiques were also closed 8. Holes in the balcony furniture cushions, rips in the rugs and old everything 9. In 108 + degree weather the air conditioning seemed to drop down the second night and we could not turn it up 10. The television was not connected to Wi-Fi, per maintenance they were not going to fix it while were there... WHAT? 11. Someone entered our room while the DO NOT DISTURB sign was on the door while we were away.... CRINGY! 12. The toilet backed up, maintenance did fix that issue 13. Lastly, a family of racoons (2 XLARGE and 3 little ones were tearing at some meat on the courtyard stairs. The courtyard was completely dark, we could not have taken a stroll if we wanted to. I had no idea that there were racoons in Vegas, near Vegas or even in Nevada The one positive thing, our room was old but clean. As patient and pleasant as I am, this was a lot to deal with in 2 days. Never again. Hilton should be ashamed of themselves, I am ashamed that I have to write this kind of review. It is time to close down for remodeling or sell. It is clear that the hotel is not what it was in September of 2020, which was the last time I was there. The END (literally)

Yelp
Hilton of Lake Las Vegas resort and spa is a very upscale property that provides all the amenities of a four star hotel, along with a little village with multiple restaurants, shops, and a mini grocery store. I had a bit of a hiccup checking in and the manager was very accommodating, upgrading me to a suite And it did not disappoint. This is a very large property. That is very spread out and can't take a bit of a walk from the parking garage to your room. I was there during off-season so the hotel was not very full and because of the cold weather, I did not get to try the pool or the hot tub. I do recommend this Hotel, if you don't mind the drive on the outskirts of Las Vegas.

Yelp
Thank you so much for always providing such a great experience! I opted for a burger, Medium, and a fruit bowl. The service was great and all went well. Thanks!

Yelp
Clean and comfy rooms. Love all the gold details. Very nice resort with well kept gardens and lounge areas. Definitely see it being a Ritz before. Bartenders were so fun and nice. Food was pretty good for lunch but nothing special for the pricy breakfast. Water took forever to get warm in the room which was annoying to leave the shower running for 15 min at least before you could even get in it. Biggest problem that dropped my rating was the spa. Nice area and okay gym, but I made a nail appointment to show up and be told the lady JUST went home for the day. I checked in over 1 hour before that and went to the joined gym only a few feet away from the spa's front desk to wait on the appointment. Spoke to the lady at the front desk several times and she knew where I would be until the appointment. She even came to see if I could bump my appointment up which I happily agreed to. Since I was on site I still arrived 15 min early and the technician I guess just decided to leave. They really didn't tell me. A different girl was at the front desk and was less than helpful and not apologetic or helpful in finding another tech or place to help me. Big disappointment since I wasted my day on waiting for the appointment and couldn't get another one before my event that night. Every water refill station throughout the resort was broken... Even in the gym area. Pool areas are closed to even walk through or stroll near making navigating such a large resort tougher. Signage for entire resort including the parking garage absolutely horrible. I love exploring and going for walks so this didn't bother me but after an hour of not being able to get back to the main area due to poor signage and closed areas I started worrying about being late for plans. I also begin to worry and feeling bad for the elderly couple walking trying to find their way too. I had passed them several times and we all giggled about both being lost. But after passing them a third time, I offered to call the front desk for them wheelchairs or some way to not have to walk anymore. They declined, but I felt bad knowing it was a long way back and they appeared tired. That definitely needs to be fixed as it could be a safety issue for some guests. I went down so many paths and sidewalks only to end in locked fences or closed area signs. No signs actually lead to the gym. So if you're going somewhere, definitely check with the front desk or the sweet valet/bellhops up front.

Yelp
My dad decided to book this hotel for us when we needed to visit our relatives in Las Vegas. When I first came into the hotel, I was surprised of the waterfountain they had near the entrance of the hotel, but as usual hotels look like it was just a simple hotel room. The dining room, lobby, lounge area was very neat and pleasing. What I wasn't satisfied about the hotel room was that there wasn't hot water for like a minute until we called the service and then the water became hot enough for a shower, the shampoo and conditioner bottles they provided in the shower was not renewed, and the hotel room and the hotel hallways smelled so funky. The best part of the hotel was that there was a buffet for a certain price but the walk around the shops and lake nearby was kind of cool. The bonfire was even cool.

Yelp
Under the Hilton Bridge you walk through peace and tranquility and then you see this. It's been there for almost 3 months regardless of who's responsible to clean it up it should be taken care of before the next roach comes and adds to it. GRAFFITI EYE SOAR

Yelp
This is a lovely, older resort. Christmas decorations were very pretty. I love the old school decor but found the room a bit dusty. Center spaces were clean but lots of dirt on the edges/corners. We only stayed one night so not much to add. Employees that I encountered were friendly and helpful.

Matt G.

Yelp
Wow this place has gone off the rails. The room is old, dirty and non functional. I could hear people talking next room over clearly and they weren't being loud. The shower did not work. Tattered and ripped furniture. Dusty. I called the desk and they said..."there's nothing we can do we have no other rooms". Plus no pool. Horrible - I'm telling you don't stay here honestly.

Fernando R.

Yelp
Stopped by the Hilton bar for a quick lunch break and the bartender Adrienne took great care of my wife and I. Thank you for the amazing menu recommendations and will be back soon for another great experience!

Manny G.

Yelp
Bartender was amazing. I wills start with the good. Amazing view. Great location. Beautiful grounds. The bad, Air-conditioning not working. Espresso machine not working. Spa going under renovations. All the staff were great and very accommodating. It felt like off season travel except the price was still high.

Yelp
Was very dissatisfied. We booked through priceline. We called ahead of time to let them know of our late check in they said it was no issue and would make note on account. We arrived at 1230am were told they were completely booked after 30minutes of trying to resolve their issues we were told we could take a room that had a clogged sink. It was 1am so at this point we wanted a bed and took the room with a 50$ resort credit. The room smelled horrible so we slept with the window open and a towel over the clogged sink. ^ on top of the above another guest arrived 10mins after us and we were told to have a seat and front desk addressed both of us at the same time... typically you help one guest at a time not have a meeting to address your overbooking problems. We also were woken up to maintenance knocking on our door at 8am which was so unprofessional after getting in so late and not getting to bed until 2am Just so they could fix the sink which meant my husband and I didn't get to even get ready for our day properly. So rude. We checked out after breakfast. Which was the only nice thing we got out of this place. Sadly our stay wasn't even worth the priceline deal we paid

Yelp
I really wanted to like this hotel because from the pictures it is beautiful, the lobby is beautiful and I felt safe in the area, but that is all. From check in I had a negative experience. On Expedia, it says that the deposit is only $100. BEWARE; because it's not actually JUST $100, it's $100 PER NIGHT. The clerk asked to see what it said on Expedia, but did nothing to help me other than "I can't do anything, it's a third party app." I asked to speak to a manager because I was not expecting my card to be held up of $300 for my entire stay. The clerk told me that it would be about 5 minutes because the manager was in the meeting. No problem, I sat and waited for less than a minute, at no point did the manager even come out and she said "My manager said we can waive it this one time", and after that I got nothing but attitude. Furthermore, my card was charged for the room for my stay, in the amount of $426, and was NO LONGER PENDING on my bank account. I used a credit card for the deposit and a debit card for my stay. I ended up leaving a day early from my vacation because I was so disappointed. I had requested a lake view room, and I did not get a lake view, I got a view of trees. The toilet ran my ENTIRE stay, A/C did not work, no body wash in the container. It was not a pleasant experience. When I checked out early, the clerk had to go in the office to speak to the manager for some reason? Then I had to explain to her again why my deposit was only $100. She then went into the office and I overheard the manager speaking saying "just tell her..", which I believe should be spoken to in front of me instead of in the office. The clerk came back out and said "No worries, you're good to go, the problem will fix when you fully check out." I asked her what problem she was talking about because I thought I had already resolved the problem the day prior. She responded with "the problem with the deposit". Not sure what she meant by that, but I left. I reached out to customer service explaining that I am completely disappointed with my stay and I was requesting a refund due to the reasons mentioned above. I received NOTHING back from customer service, no phone call, email or anything but woke up to the entire stay refunded back into my card. I called the front desk of the hotel and asked if that was done in error or if the money was ACTUALLY refunded. She said there was no error, the amount was refunded due to non working AC. I woke up this morning to $426 charged on my card yesterday (which makes no sense because I left the 6th and yesterday was the 9th), I called and asked why. They had NO idea what I was talking about, said there was no notes of a refund and AGAIN talked to me ask if I didn't know what I was talking about of the deposit only being $100. She said "this doesn't make any sense because it is $100 per night", so I had to explain myself once AGAIN why I only paid $100 for the deposit. I said I wasn't talking about the deposit, but said I had called yesterday and they said it was a refund of $426. She spoke to the manager while I was on hold and said the manager only authorized $140 for one night. I told her that is NOT what I was told yesterday, she asked me "who I spoke to yesterday , just so I can verify that the conversation was a refund." And basically called me a liar that the conversation never happened. I am SO APPALLED by the customer service at this hotel. I have stayed at SO MANY hotels and it is by far the worst. It needs cleaning, BAD. Stains EVERYWHERE in the hallway, doors looking like they were beat down. But the fact that I was given the refund and then charged back on my card ??? Now my bank account has negative balance. Due to them going back on their word of the refund, I will be contacting my bank. I have NEVER been dealt with such rudeness in my life. I really had high hopes for this place since it looks beautiful in the pictures, but it's so closed off from everything. It is a ghost town, I know why now. I'll never recommend this place to anyone.

Yelp
I would recommend the Hilton Lake Las Vegas any day! We were in awe with the magnificent grounds - all picture worthy, at every angle. It was like we left Las Vegas entirely and stepped onto a property with a perfect mix of Italy and Kapalua Maui, Hawaii. The lobby, restaurant, and all the employees are warm, welcoming and elegant. We especially were impressed with Sara as our server in the Medici restaurant downstairs, and Alyssa at the front desk. Both went over and above to pay attention to the smallest of details. The food for breakfast and dinner went way beyond our expectations. The burgers were cooked perfectly. The salads were crisp and full of flavor. All meals easy to share between two people. And you can't miss ordering one of their omelet's! One of the highlights of staying at Hilton Lake Las Vegas is the fact that you can walk right out of the back of the property and into the village, where the water sports are steps away, as well as bike rentals, and a walking trail (a relaxing must-do) around the lake. Shops and dining are situated throughout the village for extra fun! We will be back very soon!

Kate H.

Yelp
This hotel needs a serious facelift. Seems like the property is just falling into disrepair without any repairs or updates. The walls have scuffs and stains, showers leak, housekeeping makes you wonder if they actually clean. Sad because the location is gorgeous.

Louie G.

Yelp
Worst customer service ever experience. I asked for no room charges. Sad , but true the employee loses her cool and cancels my reservatio. The community is beautifu!! 25 miles away from the strip. A 40 minute drive. Thanks to this female employe. I don't recommend this resort.

Marc L.

Yelp
Such a magnificent place to stay at and visit scenery, beautiful hotel meticulously kept up and staff so courteous and inviting.

Omar L.

Yelp
This Hilton hotel has to be the worst i have encountered. I travel and stay at many Hiltons and because it's Lake Las Vegas one would think beautiful. Well it is untill you get inside. I will leave my graffic comments to myself as to the condition of the interior. I do not recommend coming here between October through April because they also shut the pool down to all guests, the spa is a joke, jacuzzi in the men's dont work, sauna rooms don't work and smells. This so called resort needs a major remodeling. This property originally used to be a Ritz Carlton. Hilton use to represent class and luxury. Not this location!!!

Jesus V.

Yelp
I was only there for a short stay, but it was very beautiful! I had actually booked for the wrong day, but staff was very accommodating to get me another booking on the fly. Management also made sure to reimburse the day I had been charged, so big shout out to Mary for that! Will be back again!

Christopher K.

Yelp
I have stayed at a plethora of hotels. I must say this is by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. As one commenter said Hilton prices motel 6 experience.... This pretty much sums it up. When we booked the room we booked a king and a pull out including a crib. We get here there's no crib no pull out and the Manager on duty Ryan basically said there's nothing he could do and refused to help, put the baby in the bed or on the floor (WILD I MUST SAY) After having a "heated" conversation he proceeds to call security on me thinking it would scare me; only for security to see that I'm not being unreasonable. Steve and Troy jumped through hoops to find us a crib with fresh sheets and brought it to our room. Now the positive, despite this property being extremely rundown, dirty, dilapidated and just simply a debacle of a hotel Ryan and Jeffrey ended up taking care of us upgrading our room and waiving fees to accommodate for the inconvenience. Coupled with Steve and Troy going above and beyond to accommodate us made the experience tolerable. But I will never stay at this hotel ever again. It's utter garbage.

Fel E.

Yelp
This place was so lonely , hardly saw any people , some areas like casino totally close out , but staff is super attentive and maids are top in cleanliness, but place needs a couple restorations , most people I saw was really old age generations , pretty sad hotel

Tiffany F.

Yelp
The grounds here are beautiful. The interior is falling apart. The air conditioning doesn't work in the rooms or common areas which is a worst case scenario in the desert. The staff was visually sweating. The halls are dingy yellow with dirty carpet and someone's used curtains. The were literally purple Amazon cheap curtains, in a yellow hallway. The other curtains throughout are filthy. They over sold rooms and had sold the rooms of our party out from under them so that when they arrived at 10:00pm there was nothing available. None of the ice machines worked and people needed them to try to keep cool. My digital key wouldn't work. The place is clearly not managed well, staff not trained, facility falling apart. Don't waste your money here. None of us will be back.

Jay B.

Yelp
10/10 don't recommend. AC don't work. Ice machine broke. Gym has no cleaning supplies for equipment. Food service closed during their regular hours and says "they don't know when they'll open". Nice from outside. That's about it.

Kenny D.

Yelp
Went to attend a party and I have to say that; The food served is 5 out of 5, the service 1 out of 5 (servers don't smile they lack hospitality, they must be Mute, because none of them can say Anything?!?!) they look disgusted to be at work, none of them advised any of the guests that the coffee/tea and desserts tables was set up and it's self service, guests had to figure things out, we asked for additional dinner rolls as each guest was served Only one and the server said "I don't know if we can give more I have to ask"?!, there was no salt and pepper shakers on the table, and the layout of the function to food drop service was so all over the place, the servers was going through all the guests and guests was having to move all over it was a mess.... The catering manager needs to have a better execution on things and train the banquet staff to be hospitable and know the 10 and 5 Rule....

Anthony S.

Yelp
I have never left a review before, but I felt compelled. As a Diamond Hilton Honors member, who stays at Hilton hotels on a regular basis. I have always found them to be clean, and everything in working order. Even when I stay at the occasional one that is in need of updating, none of the many Hiltons I have stayed at have been like this one. Dirty, in disrepair and smelled horrible! Like another person said in their review, this place needs a MAJOR renovation, or better yet, imploded, so another hotel can be built.

Alfred N.

Yelp
Great price and an extremely friendly breakfast staff. I Love the convenience to the airport with the practicality of access to the strip. Hear parties here and there on Fridays and Saturdays but tolerable because I have experienced worst.

Jennifer B.

Yelp
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS REVIEW TO JUDGE HILTON AS A WHOLE. We have been very happy with Hilton and continue to enjoy their accommodations several times a year at various properties. Our review of Las Vegas Hilton "Resort" is as follows The room was straightened but not clean. We found trash and an earring under the bed as well as a layer of filth on the carpet. I DO believe bedding was changed and it WAS clean. One of the most disturbing cleanliness issues... the shower. Disgusting layer of soap scum. The building smelled horribly of sewage. There were absolutely ZERO air fresheners anywhere. The AC (swamp fans not real air conditioning) in building stopped working and in the room was an in maintenances mess. The maintenance man came up and removed the dirtiest filter I have ever seen in my life. The room stayed about 80°-85° the whole time. The hallways were closer to 100°. We asked around and found it was a broken building AC and we noticed while we were leaving the parking garage you could see a disaster currently occurring at a massive air conditioning unit. Water spraying everywhere, water flooding over the edge like a waterfall. The Village is close to 75% vacant. The restaurants that are open are struggling so much you understand why the charge a lot of money. The food at the Italian one was good but each food item was close to $45. Biggest issue with the place was the Resort" fee. THIS IS NOT A RESORT. This is a dump that probably once was a resort and yes, with maintenance, remodeling, and soap... it has potential. They charge a resort fee like every other resort in Vegas... but offer NOTHING, ZERO, Zilch. *The work out area is smelly and broke down *the internet rarely is connected, and if it is it drops several times an hour. *the pool does not open till 11-12 and closes daily around 3-5 depending on the day due to "weather", but when you ask the staff sitting outside the pool stopping you from entering, it is because there is a lack of lifeguards. When you listen to the lifeguards talk to each other they are "children". Literally the pool can't be open unless 6 sixteenth year olds decide to come to work. These 16 year old sit in hot temps and switch out 2 at a time every 30 min with 1 hour blocks between to cool down. That's overkill for the 2 people who might be in the pool at any given time, however I believe this is required by the Harrison Fire Department. But here's the most annoying thing, they should probably be cooling off, but they are out there still just chatting with the others in the sun making the whole point completely useless. *the reviews on the spa were horrifying and while we were outside it we smelled sewage. We had no desire to go in and have a treatment. The very idea made me want you to gag. MY TAKEAWAY... this place is absurd to call itself a resort, let alone charge a resort fee. This is NOT WITH IN EVEN THE LOWEST OF HILTON STANDARDS. Do not come here! Oh and just a final note, they promised to remove the resort fees but only took away one day.

Robert K.

Yelp
One of my favorite Hilton properties to stay, great rooms and staff... and I stay in Hiltons nationwide every week, I recently had an event at this hotel, Moe and the whole team took great care of our group, top notch class act, thanks Moe and all that was involved.

Taylor P.

Yelp
Staff were nice but the resort is old, tired, worn out, and a bit dirty. Just scroll through the photos I've attached. Mismatched bulbs, ripped and disgusting lobby furniture, dusty bathroom appliances, the clock on the nightstand was so old it had the old wide iPod connector, and wasn't even plugged in. The lamp in the corner had an LED bulb that just flickered when on, terrible. The windows in the room were covered with years of water spots. The gate to the pool was held on with a hose clamp. Lobby area smelled strongly of sulfur (may not be their fault). The ice machine near our room was gross, looked like it hadn't been wiped or cleaned in a long time. And there were old sheets and whatnot on the ground behind it. The door from the courtyard squeaked so loud, I'd be upset if my room was right next to it. Then, the weatherstripping on the next door was fallen off and the vending machine behind that was crooked and looked broken. Overall the whole hotel appears to be barely maintained, and not up to what I would expect from a Hilton. Having worked in the maintenance industry I would be appalled if my staff allowed one of our properties to look like this.

Osha G.

Yelp
Love this hotel ! This is my 3rd time here and the experience has been wonderful. The rooms are always nice and clean . And the views are just beautiful. There's so much to do and you can walk to the lake or even eat at a local restaurant. Also the bar has great food options at the hotel and there's a spa . I would recommend this location.

Yelp
The place is run down, windows filthy in hallway. No air conditioning in our room. Would never stay again!!

Yelp
Nice and quiet area if you desire to get away from the hustle and bustle of LV strip. Hotel does need some renovations. We did run into some issues with our rooms assigned to us, but Mary at front desk went above and beyond to make it right. Valet and bell guy were so nice. They assisted me if I was in need of help. Food at the bar was delicious! Only complaint I had was our Mac n cheese came in coffee cups to go order. It was strange, but was good! Hotel is located overlooking the lake. We had a great room with lake and pool view. Simply amazing! There is a village filled with restaurants and stores. We went during weekdays so was almost like a ghost town, but totally fine with us. Had ice cream shop even a little market for some grocery shopping on your trip. Pool area wasn't busy which was nice considering with the hot weather. It is an ideal place for families. My kids and I enjoyed our stay.

Yelp
We stayed at the Hilton Lake Las Vegas from Oct 27- Oct 29th for a staycation and had a really great time. We walked through the villiage daily and visited the cute restaurants and villiage grocers that had freshly squeezed OJ daily ... nom nom... all the restaurants were so delish! Especially the Mexican place! Yum... we were there for the Halloween Golf Cart parade... and that was loads of fun too! Two things I was pretty irritated by: 1. We had to refill our water bottles at the hotel workout room... and the red haired girl, Amber, at the front desk made us feel like criminals... I was refilling our bottles and she burst in and yelled "security called and children are not allowed on the equipment"... my son is 7 and just was bored waiting for me to fill our bottles... I get it, he's not supposed to be on the equipment and we were in the wrong... but being completely humiliated in front of the other hotel guests in the gym was uncalled for... once we were done filling our water bottles I came to her desk and explained to her that we were hotel guests that have been staying here for 3 days and showed her our room key... I told her that I will be leaving a review because it is not okay to humiliate a guest like that... I know I was in the wrong but she could have quietly approached us to let us know so we can fix our mistake. 2. The front desk ladies were really nice but when I asked them if there was a park to take my kids to... they said there was one in "walking distance" just around the corner... I would like to see them walk there! We were walking for almost 20 minutes... and I had a 1 year old on my hip and holding a 7 year olds hand... we should have driven! I don't think they actually knew where the park actually was... we were even walking in the desert! No sidewalks! And when we get to the park there isn't even a swing or a slide... it was NOT what we were expecting... We did have a good time and hope that the people working there can learn from this review.

Yelp
Had an issue with our room on the first day however the staff moved us to an amazing room that overlooked the water. Nightly bar tenders were great and very attentive. Private party bartender (Jose) was the best of all. Local area seemed to be off season or closed however Mexican joint and Speakeasy was a great stop. Once the casino is back open the area hopefully will pick up a little.

Yelp
This place used to be fantastic years ago, but it has fallen to disrepair. Every where you look is need of repair and refreshment. I hope the management reads and try to save this place.

Yelp
Had a really nice staycation here! I surprised my partner with a weekend here for his birthday. We were provided a clean room with a gorgeous view. Pillows weren't that comfortable although bed was nice. And a bit of wear and tear on the furniture. Still, enjoyed the room, the good service, (although they never ended up sending us the microwave we requested), and the pleasant and calming scenery.

Yelp
This is only for the Hotel exterior, interior and the bar where I stopped for a drink and didn't know the Casino has been closed for 4 years. I wandered around the grounds and took these pics. I have no idea what the rooms are like but it was a magical evening.

Yelp
Overall lovely accommodations, with clean very nice large room. Housekeeping provided daily, which I appreciated greatly! Quite a hike to our room which we just chalked it up as getting in our steps. However, front desk associates need to be revamped to be honest. From check in to check out horrible front desk service. Never once acknowledged Hilton status and honestly just not nice at all. One young lady did say she was upgrading us however, I believe that's what I had already booked anyway. Perhaps she upgraded to a better view, which was indeed lovely! Of note, room service attendant I think it was Michael (Miguel) he was the most courteous and professional room service attendant/server I've experienced in a while. Very personable and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. Booked for ASL conference and we really didn't have opportunity to do much more, but overall I would recommend location and I would give them another try should we return in future.

Yelp
We have been here many times. Stayed for weekends and romantic getaways, etc. One time I even produced a convention several years ago where we had over 100 Voice Actor's run amok in the Hilton. They were very accommodating and we all had a lot of fun. Our latest trip out there was to meet some friends for dinner and we had a great time. We ate in the lobby bar because everything else was closed.

Yelp
I don't even know where to begin. We only came for the pool through a 3rd party booking. The pool looked nothing like the image shown. As we drove up the houses surrounding the area are really nice. The moment you get to the "resort" the parking structure looked deserted. We were unsure if we were in the right area. We were. The parking structure was the first flag. Elevators looked sketchy and food on the floors. We walked down a hallway and this place looks like a ghost town. It's super old and filthy. They need a major update. The grounds with the beautiful landscaping, not so pretty in person. I think we saw about 8 guest, and 4 employees. We finally found the pool and it was a struggle just to get inside as they know nothing about a 3rd party booking, no manager on site to ask. Fortunately, the lady working the cabanas said we were the second booking for the day. The cabanas are firmly, the small fridge was broke, bird poop everywhere, they had a fan circulating hot air in the tent so it was actually better to sit by the pool. The food was not good, and you are required to spent $150 minimum on food and drinks, the menu was bare and not enticing at all, so that was tough. Not worth it. This place needs to have a health inspector out there again! We also found out the pool was closed down 2 wks ago for a health code concern. Yeah so never again. Go to another pool and definitely don't stay here. Trust me when I say you will feel dirty when you leave this "resort". Super surprised Hilton is not taking this resort seriously. The only thing I can say positive was the server at the pool, she was definitely the best thing the "resort" has!

Yelp
Beautiful,Classic, Old School hotel on Gorgeous Lake Las Vegas. The hotel has an interesting design that reminds me of The Overlook Hotel from the Movie "The Shining" but in a cool way. The Lake and Village are yards away, and the rooms are a Good Size and have a view of the lake. Some rooms have small balconies. As a resident of Las Vegas, I Love Lake Las Vegas because when you're there, Vegas seems a million miles away. Ample free parking. Great place for a Staycation!

Yelp
Absolutely awful stay. Thank goodness it's only for two nights. Don't mind the illusion of the lobby. Once you hike to the elevator and your room, the truth will reveal itself. I immediately pulled back sheets and comforter and asked for the bed to be stripped and remade. There was a stain along with hair in the bed. The room also had a wet spot near the window overlooking the 'lake' which is literally a swamp. It smelled like water damage/mold in the rooms and hallways. Took a shower this morning and there was hair in the shower. This place is pretty gross. Hallways are disgusting and dank. This place needs major updating and TLC. Smells like water damage, mold and laziness. Spend your money elsewhere.

Yelp
Very disappointed this time. We stayed here Saturday the 8th of October. The reservation was made by my fiancé who is an Honors member. First, when we checked in using the app it asked us if we wanted to select our room. We picked a room on the 8th floor but we're given a room on the 5th floor that overlooked the ugly tent by the pool. Why ask us to pick a room if you're not going to honor it? I mentioned this to the front desk who just shrugged it off saying they did not honor it because they are fully booked. I'm not really sure why that mattered. The room was not cleaned properly. There was what appears to be puke on the inside bathroom door jam. Gross! They were fully booked so we didn't bother asking for another room. The sink on the right had a slow drain. The drain to the bathroom tub was rusted. I expect more from a Hilton.

Yelp
Hot as Hell... We had a flood in our house in Summerlin so we decided to go to Hilton Lake Las Vegas for the weekend. Ended up checking out early. Don't know what the issue was but apparently they were having issues with the AC system. When we checked in at 4:00 our room was hot but we though it was because the room had been vacant. Turned the AC down and when we returned at 9:30, the room was still hot. They sent an engineer who looked at it and suggested we change rooms which we did. However, at about midnight we realized that room wasn't cooling down either. Not having really slept all night, I moved to the small couch next to the AC vent..just where I wanted to sleep!! Up again around 5:00 am and we were done. Decided it would be best if we checked out and go home. They were very understanding at the front desk and refunded our 2 night stay. Gave them 2* because they were so understanding but we should have been told there was an issue when we checked in and not left sleeping in unbearable conditions. Also, be aware that for some reason the pool was closed for "maintenance". Since we were leaving I didn't even ask. If you plan to stay in the middle of summer, ask if AC is working and if the pool is open.

Yelp
Still going here to treat myself to spa days and staycations time to time! It's peaceful and quiet away from the strip that's always loud and busy!! It's a getaway but not having to actually get away from home I enjoy their loyalty program and their restaurant and room service have very good food and still do old school cart service which changed in a lot of resorts due to COVID serving in boxes with plastic cutlery. Their room service rolls in your food in a timely manner and are very thoughtful with condiments Lastly front desk agents, everyone are gems!!! Lexy is ROCK STAR though and always welcomes me back and even remembering my favorite rooms! She goes the extra mile for guests and is definitely an adds extra value to the guests experience!! Will be back soon!

Yelp
A stunning property with relaxing views. The staff was friendly, and the building was elegant and large. We didn't get to enjoy the in-house bar, but we liked that there was one. While the government pricing was great and the bed reasonably comfortable, the walk to our room from the parking garage was long. The cleanliness of the room and utilities appeared somewhat neglected--dust on parts of the furniture and walls. There was also a damp/musty scent in our hallway and other building areas.

Yelp
Where do I even begin. Not anything like I had imagined. I figured Hilton hotel would be at least decent but no this place is rundown, old and not kept up, the place is dusty in the room, the toilet paper is so thin you can see through it. I asked for a crib and it literally looks like it is out of the 50s. Mattress is terrible and no sheet to fit on it correctly. The pull out mattress you can feel the springs through it. Just everything about this place screams outdated and old. I live a good classic luxurious hotel but this is not it. It's not a resort it's a motel 6 posing as a resort. Only reason I am staying is because the current bed bug break out on the strip or I would cancel my stay and head to the strip instead. I have stayed in over a 100 hotels and this has got to be at the top of the list as one of the worst. Don't let the pictures fool you. Trust me stay far away.
