Hello, We booked this hotel for a layover night between two flights! Very convenient and a great hotel! It offers a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel! It’s a wonderful hotel! We were welcomed by Eva at the reception; coincidentally, she is French like us, which made communication smooth and easy to understand! She was excellent and very cheerful; she gave us good vibes and has a radiant smile.

The 24/7 complimentary shuttle service is a huge convenience (just wait in the red area to catch one). We even got a fantastic view of the runway, which was a highlight for us. The building is a bit dated, but that didn’t detract from our experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the stunning lobby is a perfect spot to relax with coffee or a drink during downtime. There are plenty of dining options both within and near the hotel, catering to various tastes. However, the service left something to be desired. As a Gold member, I found the staff less helpful and welcoming than expected—a surprising contrast to my experiences at other Hilton properties. Reception staff could improve with more smiles and eye contact, as the overall sense of hospitality was lacking. This hotel primarily caters to airline staff and transit passengers, making it ideal for short stays. We stayed for three nights before catching a flight back to Australia, and it was the right decision given the notorious LA traffic. Even though it’s only 2 miles from the airport, it still took us 30 minutes to get there, which was nerve-wracking. I can’t imagine the stress of staying farther away! Overall, despite the service hiccups, this hotel’s location, amenities, and practicality make it a worthwhile choice for transit travelers or those looking for convenience near LAX.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was an absolute pleasure, accommodating all of my requests—no matter how short notice they were. Their commitment to excellent service truly made my stay memorable. When I requested additional nights, they ensured that I could stay in the same room and went out of their way to provide me with the best rate possible. This kind of attention to detail and customer care made my experience even more enjoyable. I particularly want to highlight Mariana, who works at the bar/restaurant. She is not only a beautiful and gracious hostess but also made me feel incredibly welcomed throughout my time there. The other bar staff were equally fantastic, contributing to the warm atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a long day of meetings. This hotel is definitely worth every penny, and I can't wait to return on my next trip! Super large, very quiet, clean room. Very convenient when heading to the airport, shuttles run every 30 minutes around the clock, there was no wait. The shuttle operators were extremely helpful with our luggage and getting us to the appropriate gate, we didn't have to lift a finger. I wasn't feeling well and this was the perfect place to rest before our flight.

It's been about 10 years since I was last here And the rooms looks just the same. They were in desperate need of additional check in agents as the diamond desk took almost 20 minutes to get to me. I appreciate the final service, they just need more bodies. The lobby is energetic and busy, but the rooms are old and I'm need of a refresh. The furniture and lights are dated. Limited power ports. And the shower was cracked and stained The brunch buffet was crazy expensive. $35

From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. Her attentiveness was remarkable, constantly checking in on us while ensuring our coffee cups were never empty. Raquel was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations that enhanced our meal. Initially, our stay had a hiccup as our room wasn’t up to our expectations. However, Jacob at the front desk quickly stepped in to resolve the issue. He not only addressed our concerns but also upgraded us to a bigger room with access to the garden for our puppy, which was a lovely surprise! Overall, the combination of Raquel's cheerful service and Jacob's commitment to guest satisfaction turned our stay into a delightful experience. I can't wait to return to the Hilton—it's truly a place where the staff goes above and beyond!

The Hilton Los Angeles Airport is a solid choice for an LAX stay with a mix of highs and a few quirks. Stellar service. I ran into an issue with the shower in the bathroom. No big deal—they swapped me into a different (upgraded) room in record time. My new room had a killer view of planes landing (facing south), which, let’s be real, is pretty entertaining. That said you can definitely hear them coming down the way. The room itself was spacious, with two large windows, two bathrooms, and a work station, but it felt a little dated. Also… why so short? The ceilings were oddly low, giving the room a cozy (or slightly compressed) vibe. Daily cleaning was a nice touch—most hotels stick to every other day now. Bonus points for those fluffy blankets. Food-wise, I hit up two restaurants. Andiamo was the higher-end spot, and their ribeye was fantastic, cooked perfectly. Landings offered a solid salmon dish that didn’t disappoint. The third restaurant was under renovation, but The Market is open 24/7 if you need a late-night snack. Be warned, though—those prices are next-level expensive. Parking is underground, and here’s a pro tip: bring your ticket to the front desk. Once they associate it with your car, you’ll be able to breeze in and out—no fumbling with tickets, thanks to the license plate scanner. The only downside? Nearly got wiped out by some wannabe Fast & Furious racers in the parking lot. Other than that, it felt safe and secure. All in all, great service, decent amenities, and convenient for catching a flight. Just watch out for those parking lot daredevils.

Good hotel for a quick airport stay! Clean good sized rooms all with a GREAT STAFF! ||I stay here regularly, they offer a quick easy shuttle. Checking in on the Hilton App and using the digital key option is efficient. In less then 30|minutes of walking off the airplane I’m walking right into my room without hassle.
