I made a reservation for a conference. The blocked room rate they did not honor so i cancelled my reservation the very next day. I booked with another hotel that did honor the blocked rate for the conference. At the end of my conference, i noticed that the Hilton Palm Beach PBI charged me for (1) day. I tried to explain the situation to them and they refused to listen. Criminals. I didn't even stay there. Why you had my business cc information still is beyond me. Ended up disputing the charge and of course i got the credit. Have you visited this hotel. It is old and run down. Customer service is not so great and they had bugs. My coworker stayed there for the conference and she wished she did not. The hotel is a Hilton for Christ sake and it does not reflect the Hiltons i stayed in. Old Carpet, yuck. Who has carpet nowadays? Old drapery. Rooms run down and facility as well. My friend who stayed there invited me over to play pool. They didn't even have enough pool balls to play a game, smh. Never, ever, never will i stay there and then got a nerve to charge a high cost for breakfast, smh. You can do better Hilton. For the manager Will, f. off for not giving me my money back, you criminal. Got my money back anyway and you earned a bad reputation on top of that. I work for the state so we won't be using your hotel for the conference. I will make sure of that. Chow, lolololololol

Room was okay, but bath tub needs updating. Very beautiful property with a nice pool area. It is also very cool that there is an area outside to play pool and foosball. Service has been great. Nelsy was a kind and attentive server, and breakfast was delicious.

High school reunion. Only negative comment would be they need to pay more attention to details. Had tea bags set out on buffet but no hot water available. Same thing at dinner tables. Never asked if we wanted tea, just left carafe of coffee and moved on. Also bar set up in ballroom but had to ask if a bartender would be opening it. Food was good.

Thanks for the upgrade as a Lifetime Diamond member. Got nothing, not even the basic Diamond/Gold complimentary upgrade. Hotel was nowhere near full and cannot believe they even made the effort to recognize my status, will be noted. This hotel is dated and in need of a renovation to the rooms.

Erick is very helpful, warm-hearted, and excellent person. Whenever we needed help, he assisted us with both transportation and city recommendations.|We didn’t have any problems with the hotel also, and the staff in the breakfast area were very attentive and kind. They approached minor issues with a solution-oriented attitude and ensured we weren’t inconvenienced. If I come again, I would choose this place again. We didn’t have any problems with the hotel, and the staff in the breakfast area were very attentive and kind. This hotel is disgusting. Doesn't reflect the Hilton brand usual quality and level of service. I would not recommend. Pool section is scattered with used food containers, empty cans and alcohol glasses, garbage cans are not emptied, you can also find plastic trash inside the pool. Entertainement section is also scatteret with broken equipment and trash. And how about the housekeeping knocking agressivelly on doors at 9am, before checkout time, even if the privacy label is on your door ? This hotel looks like more a cheap resort during spring break than a Hilton establishment. Would absolutely not recommend. Stay away from it...

Do not recommend staying here. My husband stayed here for over 10 days on business. He was coughing, had a headache, sore throat, etc., the entire time. He was fine when he checked in, and mysteriously got better about 24 hours after leaving. The clothes in his suitcase STANK. There were odors of mold/mildew and very strong cleaning chemicals, maybe a citrus room deodorizer. When I opened the suitcase several days afterwards, I got sick in about 5 minutes - headache, runny nose, and lots of sneezing. Try and tell me that was a coincidence. Diamond member that travels several times a month for business. This was the first and last time staying at this hotel. The hotel stinks, literally.

Google
I would recommend avoiding this hotel unless you’re prepared for some challenges. The carpets are in need of serious cleaning, and the mattresses are quite worn, which could lead to discomfort. There’s also a strong odor throughout the hotel, which is either from the lingering smells or the overpowering room fresheners in the lobby. Additionally, the bathroom fan is very noisy. The lighting abysmal. You may also find the attitude at the front desk less than welcoming when addressing concerns about your room, which feels more like a set for a horror movie than a Hilton. In addition, it was told that the few renovated rooms the hotel offers and the room I was in are sold for the same rate. Shame on you Hilton. I thought I was in good hands.

Yelp
This hotel is undeniably trendy and makes a strong first impression. The lobby is absolutely stunning, with sleek marble finishes, bright lighting, a convenient coffee and pastry station, and a lively bar area. The overall ambiance is both modern and inviting. The staff were consistently attentive, pleasant, and professional, adding to the overall positive experience. The rooms were equally impressive, with furnishings and fixtures that felt a step above the typical Hilton standard. Everything was well-maintained and stylish. On the downside, the water pressure could have been stronger, and the lack of USB ports for charging devices was a minor inconvenience. That said, the rooms were well-lit, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully designed, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. If you're looking for a hotel that combines style, comfort, and excellent service, this is a great choice.

Yelp
This place is absolutely exquisite from the marbles floors to the tropical plants landscaping the pool. It is a step up from other hotels in the area. The way they trap visitors is by having a resort fee for 35.00. This covers 15.00 credit at the bar - just to get you through the door. A couple of waters and discounts at their spa. It is all running up your bill. It is a hidden charge added for each night. I suppose a resort fee is not going to break anyone going to PBI. Everybody is here to please. The rooms are clean and the staff is attentive. I will definitely return.

Yelp
Oh noooooooo. No, no, no, no, and no. Let me start this review putting things into perspective so it is fair. So, before I reached here, I was stuck at Miami International (my LEAST favorite airport and my least favorite city, like just ridiculously inconvenient and expensive for no reason) for over 8 hours, on my feet, waiting in line to be rebooked after my flight got canceled. I'm sure the whole global black out affected everything but I don't think they canceled it for weather even though they said they did, so I didn't even get vouchers. So, just know when I got here I was in pain, hungry, thirsty, exhausted and sad. There's no sugar coating it. I was a miserable baby who wanted to be home. So, after I got rebooked, I started calling around to hotels because I wasn't going until the next day and I did not want to sleep there. I was by myself, cold, with both cash and my passport on me and felt vulnerable. I called to close by hotels and they were either booked or unreasonably expensive. I called this place and thier registration representative got me a room here. First, they told me I could check in when I got there (4:30 - 5:00 am) instead of the regular check-in time of 4 PM, they quoted me a price, and said that they would send a shuttle to the airport to pick me up- which I thought was weird because they were an hour away. Let me get it out the way that they definitely do not send a shuttle to Miami International. I think the lady was just trying to get the sale and was saying just anything. I wasn't upset about this, I just took an Uber, which was understandably expensive. So, when I arrived, looking like what the cat drug in, I was met by the Male manager that has a Caribbean accent. I know what his name is, but I will leave it alone. He was very dismissive. unfriendly, and flippant. He ended up charging an early check-in fee even though I told him that I was told by whoever does thier booking that I could check-in early without fees. I mean, I paid for the day! I have an Uncle who works in hotel management and he definitely has cart blanche on who he charges more to or waiving a fee. I wanted to tell this guy about all that I been through but I didn't because he looked like he obviously didn't care. I paid the fee because I was so tired and in pain. I just wanted to sleep. He acted as if he had multiple clients in back of me but I was the only one in the Hotel. The hotel prices differed than that from their very own booking agency which is bad practice. The manager practically tossed my key at me then walked in the back. The next day I came out to get some toiletries that I had delivered to the hotel in the lobby. They didn't even call to let me know my order was delivered and where it was. I just came to the lobby and figured it out. Just like thier manager, the day shift ignored me when I came down, no acknowledge and I refused to ask them anything because they all looked grumpy and miserable. Wow. My very very part about thus stay was leaving I will never come here again.

Yelp
Nice hotel with decent rooms...I did struggle to sleep good but that is usually the case. Nice location near airport. Convenient location. Had dinner in the Tony Romas one evening and ribs were good. Best part was breakfast- nice they had someone making omelettes. Service at breakfast was good.

Yelp
No one at the check in desk for a while when we arrived, tv remote was dead, stains on the carpet

Yelp
Pending reviewReviewed Second Chance blown in the most unbelievable way. I love Hilton , I am a Diamond Member. I had a very bad time last summer but the GM reached out, sent some points and asked for a second chance. This time the front desk was very nice and the room was great. The pool was the reason I came back but this is where it took a turn for the worse. My friend that was traveling with me was hit in the face and arms by an outside Umbrella that flew from a nearby table. This could have been totally avoidable. The hotel seemed to be taking professional pics at the tables and had to open an umbrella on an unreadably windy day. The bartender was heard saying that they shouldn't open that umbrella because it tends to fly away in the wind. Sure enough it did fly onto my friends face. Offered her a drink from the bar and what amounts to a free breakfast. I left a message for the GM while I was still at the hotel, She hasn't reached out. Maybe this review will find her

Yelp
Can't really say too much about this place since I only stayed for one night for business. It's a corporate Hilton Hotel that looks pretty plain from the front but has a nice pool area in the back. There are meeting rooms for events. It's close to the airport and you can often hear planes taking off and landing. There isn't a whole lot in the immediate area so you'll have to do a quick drive to look for more dining and shopping options. Sleep quality was fine even though I drew my curtains since they palm trees were lit up at night. There is a restaurants on site but I skipped it since other Yelpers didn't seem to like it much.

Yelp
I am merely judging this hotel by their large conference room. The lobby is clean and that is a big plus I went here for a luncheon with over 100 people. I thought the room was a great space except that when someone is speaking at the from it is difficult to hear them at the back of the room! The employees were very friendly and helpful (like when I asked for more coffee twice!) and they served the food quickly (chicken with string beans and potatoes, side salad and chocolate mouse with strawberries and whipped cream). Ample parking. Easy to get to near the airport so centrally located.

Yelp
This hotel is good in amenities while the rooms could use some major renovations/upgrades. This review will be separated between the good and bad. Good: The hotel is super convenient to the PBI airport and has plenty of free parking! They also have a shuttle bus that can either take you to and from the airport, or to downtown! The restaurant at the hotel is pretty decent. They have good food here. My review for this restaurant is separate, so check out the review I've written for that location! They're called Tony Roma's. The outdoor pool is immaculate. So well designed and large, and they even have a bar out by the pool to get drinks and snacks! The fitness center is enormous and filled with tons of good cardio and weight equipment. They even have a Peloton bike! Unfortunately, to access the fitness center, you have to go through the outside. I also like that this hotel does a manager's happy hour from 5-6pm where they give you free wine and appetizers just for staying there! Now the bad: The rooms are massively outdated. The furniture is old, and the TV is not even a flat screen! It's a very small TV on the side of the room. The bathroom shower is poorly designed. The shower head is directly above the knob to turn it on, and as soon as you slightly turn the shower on, the force of 1000 water hoses rains down on you. It's extremely inconvenient to turn on the shower to warm up without being pelted by water. The hotel messed up the points/nights stayed towards status. We stayed here 3 nights but the hotel never properly uploaded the receipt to receive points. They also claimed on our receipt that our stay was shortened to 2 days instead of 3 days. We had to call Hilton Customer service to properly get points and nights properly added to our accounts. Overall, it's a good hotel for amenities other than the room itself. Be cognizant that you review your hotel bill in full!

Yelp
I travel a good bit for my job and I stay exclusively in Hilton Properties; with the occasional exception of a Marriott or Holiday Inn property. I've never reviewed a hotel before and some have been worse than others, but this one takes the cake. I was in West Palm Beach for a conference and unfortunately could not stay at my normal haunts in WPB so I booked a room at Hilton West Palm Beach Airport. The hotel was easy enough to find a getting to and from the conference venue at the Palm Beach Convention Center was not bad at all. I checked in and must to my surprise my room did not have a refrigerator only a wine cooler. I inquired about a refrigerator at the front desk and was told that they had a couple but send engineering to my room. I asked why only a cooler and what if I had medication I needed to keep at a certain temperature. The desk person replied "we have a cooler with an ice pack and you can store it here at the desk". Wait! What!? I need to store my medication at the front desk? I looked around but Allen Funt, Ashton Kutcher or Chance The Rapper did not come running out. A nice gentleman from engineering came up and said he would look for a refrigerator. I asked twice and never received one. Lamp Shades are cracked and old, rust on door frames, the full length mirror is just hanging on the wall and moves with the slightest bump. The room was cold, I mean unreasonable cold. I raised the temp but still Very Cold! The room has two sinks, one inside the bathroom and one just outside the bathroom but it does not have a microwave or a refrigerator as I've already mentioned. Why the two sinks and no other amenities? As someone who's worked in hospitality for over thirty years, I understand the concept of "Captive Audience" but to only offer Tony Roma's crappy sickeningly sweet version of BBQ is sad. They don't even offer a dry rub for the ribs. BBQ Sauce is a condiment and shouldn't be the primary flavor. This property doesn't even have a way to purchase any snacks or drinks after 5PM. Of all the Hilton Properties I've stayed, this is the first one without a pantry. Unlike other Hilton Properties this one does not offer coffee. Well, that's not exactly correct, they offer it between 4:30AM and 6:30AM. Other than that you must purchase from the mini Starbucks (in name only) or pay twenty one bucks for the lackluster breakfast buffet. And as a Hilton Honors Member, it's not included. Growing up in the 80s there was a common trope on TV about the seedy hotel by/near the airport. I never thought I would stay in one of those hotels by the airport. But then again, I also thought I would get married to the Redhead cheerleader from Lucas. The best part of my stay was the staff. From the front desk and bellmen to the mini Starbucks, The Bat and all those behind the scenes, I can see they are very hardworking and dedicated people. They are the reason for the two stars. I hope to never need to stay here again.

Yelp
Booked a day bed for 100 dollars through Resortpass...Never again will I visit this hotel. It was supposed to be a reserved day bed. Once we got out to the pool area, someone had already been sitting in it, soaking wet from the pool so we couldn't even enjoy the day bed. Also, it's made of poor quality materials, thin and saggy cushions. The bar area is super tiny and the drinks are weak and expensive. Stick to the beer. The pool itself is of a decent size and clean. You wont have much time to get tan because of the way the building is situated, it blocks the sun. The food SUCKS. We were told the fish sandwich and fish tacos are delicious so we ordered them. The fish sandwich had a very thin, over fried and fishy tasting piece of white fish which was the small, tail end of the fish. No tarter sauce and a very dry bun. The fish tacos were so/so and had very little pieces of Mahi Mahi. For the prices this place charges they really need to UP their food game. Multiple families came on boats from the lake area, docked their boats, use the pool and chairs for free. Yet I paid 100+. WOW. The hotel also has no smoking signs everywhere yet people are smoking everywhere you look. Unreal. Save your money and go somewhere else. Huge disappointment.

Alyssa B.

Yelp
The best thing about this place is outside!! The pool, dock area and tiki bar are wonderful. Everything is always clean and everyone has always been welcoming. Philip and the rest of the bar staff are open, engaging and fun to just hang out with. There's 2 televisions and they'll put anything you want on - came to watch some of the World Cup games here and had a blast. You can order any food from the restaurant and it comes out pretty quickly. For fellow vegans - there's a portabella mushroom sandwich that is pretty good, just order sans cheese and Mayo/aioli.

Misty R.

Yelp
Nice place to stay. I was impressed. Free airport shuttle, which is a plus. Restaurant on site, food was good. Snack shop in the lobby, which offers a variety of items. Nice relaxing area behind the hotel with a pool, jacuzzi, and dock to waterway. Big clean room and comfortable bed. I highly recommend staying here. No complaints.

Kat N.

Yelp
The beds are comfortable, coffee maker available in the room, mini fridge. Bathroom needs upgrading...tub and shower. Air-conditioner makes a loud rumbling sound. Convent to the airport. Transportation provided by hotel.

Serina K.

Yelp
My husband and I stayed for a week and I was a little disheartened to see the same people working the coffee shop. They were wonderful don't get me wrong. I had to make sure I had the right Jessica or was it Jesika-- she had red hair. She kept a smile up the entire interaction we had with her. Even when she informed us she would be open an extra hour that night. We see her often there and we hope she's being compensated well for staying so long. We dined at Tony Romas which was very pleasant as well! The food was great and we had a nice time. The music was a bit stale but we hope that changes! The new renovations are nice as well!

Dee B.

Yelp
Friendly staff, big rooms, great pool, and decent gym. Very close to the airport for convenience.

Kim M.

Yelp
Staff not helpful! Hotel provides a coffee maker however, not one bottle of water to make coffee. This is a 'HILTON'!! Bring your own water!

Darla F.

Yelp
Big need for updated rooms! No microwave, no USB ports... Decor is U.G.L.Y. Stuck in the 1980s. Staff seems like they just don't care. We expected more from a W Palm Beach airport hotel.

Shallie D.

Yelp
Omg-ness! Where do we start!! This hotel property is nicely situated on a small lake, dated pool. The bar staff Joule inside bar at Tony Romas amazing! Pool bar staff well let's say they need help there! They are understaffed! That was their excuse I watched them doing nothing and socializing, with each other! Okay the not so good! Hotel rooms need deep deep cleaning! All public bathrooms need deep cleaning. Every toilet seat that I experienced was sliding around mud like on a slip and slide, kinda weird! We ordered things for our room before our stay, at check in they insured we would have them. But no such luck. They front desk for the most part is kind and responsive to your face, however there is break down of communication with the other departments and even on day 3 of our stay we still haven't gotten basic items we asked for! The room upon check in was not fully clean, I'll save the unsanitary detail for the end! We raised the concern with management but they stated all housekeepers leave at 3pm. We reminded them that we've been asking since early in the day, again more excuses. I think If Hilton as brand came an audited this property they would find that this hotel needs a lot to keep what the flag needs. Anyway simple things this hotel lacks, no ability to charge drinks to the room in ballroom. Lack of clean towels that don't have bird poop on them at the pool. Issues getting supplies for the room. Toilet paper, towels, extra pillows! Last but not least they have big bug problem, I know it's Fl but the bugs in the rooms are roaches and silver fish. Most of the bathrooms have rust in various places, door frames as this can be dangerous to guests due to Tetanus. I think this hotel has a lot of potential but they need to audit room by room and look at the details. For what they charge and being a Hilton you expect a certain level of cleanliness, hospitality and hotel who is on point. This hotel probably needs a massive overhaul, they are riding on their location for sure!

Ang R.

Yelp
Great hotel. Nice bar, solid restaurant, good coffee bar, and great service. My room was clean and comfortable. I could've stayed longer!

Marie F.

Yelp
All in one hotel. Everything you need can be fulfilled in a matter of a few steps. Rental car company located inside along with free airport shuttle. Swimming pool, Non-smoking rooms, Fitness center, Tony Roma's Restaurant, Tiki Bar, and Business center. Have attended several events before but to finally have a stay here was even better. Swimming pool: Pool and deck area are kept in great condition. Water people on jet ski whirl past as you enjoy lunch on a good day. Breakfast Buffet: Hot breakfast items to include great omelettes. Fitness center: Pretty basic, light free weights, and treadmills. Tiki Bar: A+ service from the bartenders! Business center great for small meetings. Wouldn't put more than 10 people comfortable into the room. Staff fully capable of aiding in whatever technical issues that may come up. Non-smoking rooms: The room are kinda dated. They definitely show their age but still in great condition. Room was clean and fresh though a little nosy. They are pretty close to train tracks. The ladies that clean the room are out of this world awesome. The king bed just swallowed me whole. They were just so incredibly comfortable. Pulling myself away was hard. Tony Roma's Restaurant: Great food, awesome staff, but food takes forever. This is my only area of annoyance. If you are on vacation and have the time - no problem. But if you are having a training session nearby and go for food with under 90 minutes - just don't. A great hotel for a great price. I'm a fan.

Yelp
The lobby is very clean and updated, misleading you to believe that the hotel will be nice. The room was old and the extra deadbolt on my door was loose. The water reservoir on my coffee maker was full of some brown gunk. I don't think it was coffee since it's the WATER reservoir, coffee doesn't go in there. I brewed 15 cups of hot water and brown specks were still coming out. I also scrubbed inside the reservoir with tissue but could not get it clean. At 6:30pm, I went to the front desk in person and explained how I tried very hard to not have to request a new coffee maker but I just couldn't get it clean and I have to wake up at 3:30am so can I please have a new coffee maker delivered to my room. The girl at the front desk was visibly annoyed at my request, and told me that there would be coffee in the lobby in the morning (which starts at 4:30). I explained again that I have to wake up at 3:30, and no coffee would be available at that time. She rolled her eyes and told me she would have one delivered. At 7pm they delivered a clean coffee maker to my room. I tried 3 different outlets, reset them and everything, it wouldn't turn on. These outlets charged my phone perfectly fine. I called downstairs at 7:05pm and asked for another new coffee maker since this one didn't turn on, and I said "can you please bring it quickly because I'm trying to go to bed since I have to wake up at 3:30am?" They didn't bring one until 8:15pm, over an hour after I called. I had a very reasonable request to want a clean and working coffee maker in my room when I had to get up in the middle of the night basically and the staff was rude about it, making me feel like a burden for asking them to fulfill basic job duties. Oh, and the mini fridge froze my food.

Wendy N.

Yelp
I had a somewhat unusual but very pleasant three nights here due to the amazing care from the staff. Unfortunately, I fell ill my first night (had been traveling a couple days so likely nothing related to the hotel!) and could not even leave my room until I checked out a few days later. Everyone was so helpful and understanding. I mostly communicated with Angela from the front desk, through the app when I needed anything from Housekeeping, or a delivery coming. Also, Betty N checked on me daily by phone and brought me a few things from the restaurant/bar. It seems like a beautiful property, and the airport doesn't operate 24/7 so it was pretty peaceful. I hope to go back under better circumstances one day.

Yelp
*First time visiting Florida* here. I was super excited about visiting West Palm Beach. I mean who doesn't want to get away from the cold weather for some warmth?! I was a bit skeptical about the hotel (reviews and photos) but the amenities seemed pretty legit and I wanted to give this place . Customer Service: When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by everyone and the check-in process was quick and easy. Overall, the service was good but there was a communication issue with the front desk regarding the shuttle times/reservation (and I noticed a change in some of their demeanors after that) and I had mentioned to someone that the tub and sink were clogged up but nothing was done although I was told it would be. Hotel: The hotel building wasn't the most fanciest but I thought the landscaping made it more appealing. As for parking, there is free parking and they offer valet services. There's also a car rental service next door. The hotel is super convenient as it's close to the airport and main highway. I did enjoy the amenities such as the swimming pool, hot tub and places to grab food. There was a restaurant called Tony Roma, breakfast area (I think called Verona) and a Tiki Bar onsite. They have a complimentary happy hour every day from 5:30-6:30pm in which they also serve wine and appetizers such as ribs and buffalo bites. Yummers. As for the room, the bed was super comfy and I loved the view from my window! However, that did not outshine the bad. The room was very outdated and had poor ventilation and didn't seem as clean. I always felt like the room was stuffy and had an odor even after the room was cleaned. I had to keep the temp at 67-68 just for some air to flow through the room. I was at a point where I considered keeping my door opened...but no.. I look forward to visiting this city again but I can't say that I would stay here again.

Rich T.

Yelp
I've thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property except when I'm forced to order breakfast at the SorryBucks (r ours) in the lobby. Here's what happened today, I order coffee Counter Person: "The SorryBucks coffee machine isn't working" [ my thought: who's surprised it's been sounding like a vintage washing machine for a least a week.] Counter Person: The day's old sludge is on the counter. Water is all that is needed, I'll brew a bit in my room thinks I, grabbing 2 bottles of water. Counter Person: Hilton Diamond's are entitled to just two bottles of water on check-in and additional bottles are $4.00 each. As a guest of this property for nearly 13 days, I walked away wondering how long a man can survive with just 24 ounces of H20.

Not friendly , it seems that all workers hate working there. They have 2 large black vans for airport pick ups and rides to the square You could not trust timing or the bus pick up's from square. I blame mismanagement 100% not the drivers. You can trust rides to Airport ( Thank God) Lol good luck!

Yelp
First thing first: This was my first time staying here and I was excited to stay here because they have a Tony Romas at this hotel. I grew up loving Tony Romas and was sad when they close many of their locations so I was happy to know that this hotel have their restaurant and was eager to try the food. Parking: Parking is free! And they are plenty of parking spaces for days so parking was no issues at all. Customer service: I communicated with Farah by phone and she was rude and had a strong accent it was very hard to understand. She sounded like she didn't care to help me and didn't attempt to try. When I asked her questions it seem like she had a attitude when responding. I was highly disappointed before checking in because the customer service sucks. Usually my credit card gets charged when I arrive but this hotel charged me a day before I guess they were desperate for guest since the hotel was only about 65% filled. I would've canceled my reservation because of how I was treated but since they charged my card I stuck with it. Appearance: Hotel lobby is very nice and well kept up. Nice guest seatings. Besides Tony Roma they had another restaurant in the lobby right next too it. They have an outdoor pool and hot tub. As well as a Tiki Bar outside near the pool that is ran by Tong Romas. The pool needed some cleaning because while I was swimming there was a lot of trash in the pool. My room was decent but I had a great view of the pool and the river outside. Bathroom towels were dirty and I was highly disappointed and disgusted! Two towels I had found were fifthly and not cleaned at all! I also notice that many people come here on the weekend just to get in the pool but are not guest at the hotel. Many people come off boats and jet skis and dock and enjoy a drink at the Tiki Bar. This hotel is very low key. It was interesting to see all the planes go by while relaxing at the pool. This is an airport hotel so its very close to PBI

Yelp
this place is amazing!!!! front desk Scott Cotton went above and beyond to help me out of a situation that involved me and my job. he didn't even think twice or hesitate on helping me with a much needed task. and the other staff was just as amazing and patient and very helpful with me

Yelp
Love this hotel, every year for the last 3yrs I have stayed here for a weekend and the amazing staff still remembers me and my children. The view is amazing and so relaxing outside, I absolutely love it. The shuttle drivers are great at picking you up and dropping you off at the airport or City Place...ONLY! But the Forte driver for $5, $10, or $15 will take you most places so you don't have to wait for Uber or Lyft. The restaurants are a bit pricey for tour meals, but hey its Fl and the food is quite delicious.

Yelp
Have to stay here for business. Beyond the restaurant bartenders who have been there for years and are awesome people-- this hotel is horrible. Bring your own water, because they have none- even if you're a Hilton member. No breakfast or even coffee in the lobby. The front desk staff is incompetent. Have been checked into rooms that weren't cleaned (beds unmade) or battery dead in the door. The rooms are always dirty, sheets stained, hair everywhere, dust. The furniture is old and broken. It will always be loud, because it's under an airport but they also have a connecting venue for large parties, and another for conferences. They will not honor Hilton member benefits for points, rewards etc. hotel staff have given several excuses to not add you..

Yelp
Customer service is absolutely awful! I am a diamond member and have never had such an awful experience.

Yelp
When it comes to customer service it was awesome. However, we check in early and wanted to enjoy the outside next to the lake. However, the atmosphere was rather disheartening. There was people eating pizza in the pool with their children. Food was being dropped into the pool. Then the 4 guys smoking pot on the dock. The breeze blew the lovely smell of weed into the area where everyone was hanging out. The outside was was completely trashy and I believe they need a few rules.

Yelp
Found roaches in my room on the 2nd floor. Told management and they put us in another room. Doors don't close or open easy. Iron didn't work. The entire place all rooms are very very outdated. Toilets don't always flush. The bathroom vent doesn't work. The pictures are enhanced and inaccurate.

Yelp
I am writing to bring to your attention an unsatisfactory experience I recently had during my stay at this hotel. I am disappointed to report that my stay did not meet the standards I expected from your reputable establishment. The receptionist named "Jhon" working on November 21/2023 on the night shift did not meet the customer service criteria as it should, by treating Hilton's customers without respect and kindness. This incident with Mr. Jhon affected the quality of my stay, he made me feel like a liar, and with no respect, he said: "I can't give you the receipt until you leave, this is how all the hotel works if you don't know or you have never been in a hotel" In addition, November 22nd, I told him that our breakfast was included and he said: "no multiple times without looking at my receipt, then I had to show him that it was. I believe that such occurrences are not reflective of the high standards that Hilton Hotel is known for. This is not my first time in Hilton Hotels, but it will be my last if they continue having this employee behavior that is not keeping the business ethics and standards.

Yelp
I tried to check in very late on a confirmed reservation for two nights on a parlor suite that I booked and had a confirmation on. Only to discover when i went to the room that I was instead put in a standard king bed room. When I returned to the desk, I was told the daytime manager had unlocked my confirmed parlor suite room and gave it to someone else, then stuck me in a small room I didn't book. I had a confirmation for two nights for a parlor suite and the day manager unblocked my room and gave it to someone else. They also never contacted me to let me know either. I have been in hotel industry for almost 40 years and never saw anyone unblock a confirmed reservation to give it to someone else. Very poor management decision. I needed the larger room because i was having business meetings in the room so I had no choice but to find another hotel nearby that could accommodate me which I did at Residence Inn. At the very minimum, a quality service hotel would have contacted another similar hotel for me in the area and found me a suite that was similar and paid for at least the first night. They did none of that. That day front desk manager who unblocked my confirmed reservation and gave to someone else should be reprimanded.

Yelp
The hotel may be ok but the car rental place inside is a joke and should not be associated with hilton

Yelp
I observed flight crews checking in & out, so I knew that this Hotel was quiet as well as comfortable. However, it was overpriced as compared to other West Palm Beach Hotels. My King Room on the Top (10th) Floor needs a thorough deep cleaning. I dropped an earring-back on the fake-hardwood floor & had to use my iPhone flashlight to look for it (never found it). Edges/Cracks need to be sanitized & crud brushed up. Baseboards & other surfaces need to be "Q-Tip Clean" (Home Stagers' Motto that I adhere to as a Stager). Shuttle Driver informed me he does NOT go to CityPlace, only to the Airport. Hotel was short-staffed each day in this area ~ he was juggling Driving with Bellhop Duties, impossible to do in a timely manner. The 3rd *** is for Manager Tony, who was helpful & accommodating.

Yelp
room is outdated 70/80ish. The room safe didnt work. An engineer hadto come & give it juice. upon returning from tgif evening our room keys didnt open. had to have card keys reprogrammed & employee follow us. Only his master key opened the room. Saturday pool visit was ok. The pool was empty & eater was refreshing. We had to ask front desk for pool towels. They sent an emplyee to open towel dispence building & give us towels. while relaxing I went to my room & again room card keys did not work. Had an employee open with her master key. I will have to ask front desk to reprogram cards again. I do not recommend this hotel with so many other broward & dade county have to offer. Its a very sad Hilton. I will not be returning

Yelp
The hotel lobby looks great but the room itself isn't. Which is a bummer. The bathroom is pretty gross. Rusty door and dirty stained tiles. Towels are not as clean as you'd expect. It's got this wet feeling to it which I assumed it's humidity, but that doesn't make much sense since the tissue papers are not effected by the humidity. My room had a nice view of the pool though. There's no installation whatsoever so you can hear everything. Your neighbors water going on and off. People walking in the hallway. Everything! And their WiFi! Doesn't work. Could not get it to work despite trying everything. Including calling the front desk numerous times. Nobody's answering the phone so that's not very helpful. Trying to spell my name all uppercase, all lowercase, mixing uper and lower case. This is so frustrating.

Yelp
I only stay in 160 hotels a year, so I have been around the block. I know bad when I see it. Hilton Diamond and Marriott Titanium. Nice staff at the front desk. Terrible, gross, disgusting room that smells like a old gym bag. Not a exaggeration. The carpet is wet and sticky and falling aeverything has rust on it, the air conditioning stinks (like actually smells bad), the bathroom has old plugs and switches that are falling apart along with the vent fan. All the water fixtures are corroding. This has the quality of a 20 year old motel 6. The sheets and bed are clean, which is the only reason I'm leaving in the morning and not immediately (it's currently 1AM)

Yelp
Hotel seems nice and so does the room, but the staff has a bit of an attitude, not particularly helpful or competent.

Mimi H.

Yelp
This hotel doesn't offer heat through its air conditioning system. Only cold air is provided! So even when the temperature is in 40s or 50s in winter nights no heat is provided. I called the front desk and their answer was "we don't have heat This is Florida" absolutely ridiculous! Froze all night!

Sheri B.

Yelp
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone I know. The hotel was dirty and the gym did smell. There were bugs in my bathroom. Staff did not handle hotel room problems properly. Management totally ignored my phone calls and obviously does not care about their guests!!! Upon check out their response was; "Sorry you encountered problems with your stay. We will add points to your Hilton rewards for your troubles"

Rajan M.

Yelp
Diamond members stay away! The General Manager, Angela, does not care about her guests. I was so disappointed by the General Manager. I stayed at the hotel for three days, checking out this morning, shaking my head in disgust. On the first day I went to the restaurant in the lobby for breakfast and was so disappointed that I ate nothing and walked out telling the hostess as to why. The potatoes were clearly fried few times as they were soaked in oil, the croissant was hard and cold and the coffee was luke warm at best. There wasn't much more in the selection to eat. Needless to say I never ate at the hotel again. Now the General Manager! I immediately left a message at the front desk for her to call me and never heard from her. That evening I left a voice mail message for her and never heard back. The next morning I called the front desk leaving another message and guess what, never heard back. This is unacceptable and very arrogant of this person. She is in the wrong line of work. My fellow diamond members, please look for other accommodations and do NOT stay at this hotel. The only reason I am giving a second star is because the staff is really nice, however major issues with management and food quality. I can assure you the food inspector would fail this restaurant. How they claim to call themselves a 'Hilton' I will never know...

Yelp
Upon our arrival we were greeted by someone at the door and then both Mariann and Keanua greeted us at the registration desk. They were both extremely helpful and friendly. The room was great-very clean and spacious. I was worried about the plane traffic and the interstate traffic noise but it was minimal. You could definitely hear it but it was ok.

Christyn H.

Yelp
I shouldn't have to settle for a dirty room just because I have an extremely short stay and I don't want to keep switching rooms. This room was gross. And housekeeping couldn't understand that if there is hair on the sheets the pillowcases need to be changed too! Smh! Don't stay here if you want a cle

Yelp
I stayed at the Hilton Palm Beach Airport hotel for three nights while I was in town for work. The room was nice and my bed was comfortable. The hotel provided wine and small stacks in the evening and had two nice restaurants (Tony Roma's and the Veranda) inside the hotel. The gym was nicer than most hotels I stay at but could only be accessed after walking outside by the pool and air conditioning was not on. My biggest complain would be the "complimentary" WiFi. The hotel offers upgraded WiFi for an additional cost. The "complimentary" WiFi was so bad that most of my apps didn't work when I was connected. It's become standard for businesses (even fast food places like McDonald's) to offer their guests free WiFi. I won't be staying in this hotel or any other that charges for WiFi in the future.

Yelp
Greetings. Just finished a nice stay at the HWPB airport hotel. Some superstar employees who truly made our visit memorable were Melvin at the front desk who squared us away from the start. Mishel and Don at the tiki bar were wonderful and truly shared their wisdom and wonderful cocktails with us. The guys at the weekend breakfast buffet started our day off right - Paul and Tony! Thanks to you guys for making our stay very enjoyable. Thanks
