I recently stayed at Hilton Singapore Orchard and had a wonderful experience! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. From the concierge to check-in and housekeeping, every staff member I encountered was friendly and professional. One of the highlights of my stay was the Executive Lounge. We had our breakfast there daily, and the service was exceptional. A special mention to Jimmy, he was incredibly attentive and ensured we were well taken care of throughout. I highly recommend staying at Hilton Singapore Orchard. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We stayed at Hilton Orchard Singapore for a week and really enjoyed it. The location is very convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had many tasty choices. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fabulous hotel with great staff and excellent service. The hotel is very well located close to everything at Orchard region with a shopping centre located in the same building, with stores and other restaurants. I really loved my days here. 30 minutes driving to the airport. Breakfast was the best ever with great options of food from different regions. They have their only home grown salad. Didn't have time to use the gym but the swimming pool is really handy for the warmer days (very common in Singapore). Used the room service one day and it was perfect. Great hotel!!! Recommended!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room is clean and spacious and newly renovated. All the staffs we encountered were friendly and prompt to assist us. Even though we got a room just beside the lift lobby, it was quiet throughout the night which I really appreciate as I’m a light sleeper. Blackout curtain in the room was really a plus for me too. Location wise, nothing to complain as it’s middle of Orchard road with supermarkets at paragon, and 111 Somerset.

It’s rare to encounter a hotel where staff across all areas consistently go out of their way to make your stay seamless. The facilities are equally impressive. The pool is a tranquil escape from the Orchard Road bustle, and the gym is one of the best-equipped I’ve seen in a hotel—modern machines, free weights, and an immaculate setup make it perfect for any level of workout. Breakfast deserves a special mention. The selection was vast, incredibly fresh, and consistently served hot—whether you’re after Western classics, Asian specialties, or healthy options, everything was available and done exceptionally well. It’s clear a lot of thought and care goes into the culinary experience here. Location-wise, you simply can’t beat it. Right in the heart of Orchard Road, you’re steps away from world-class shopping, dining, and transport options. I’ve stayed at several luxury hotels in Singapore, including some that lean heavily on brand prestige. Hilton Singapore Orchard outshines them all in terms of service, experience, and value. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays—you won’t be disappointed.

Superb establishment. Best Hilton I've stayed in with really nice and very clean rooms. The breakfast and dinner buffet was off the chain worth the expense. The variety of food options were phenomenal including the cocktails and desserts at the Ginger Lily establishment on floor 5. The local ftont desk staff and concierge was very attentive and were extremely knowledgeable and super helpful for suggesting local eateries including hawker food courts nearby and off the beaten path sites that were not a part of the Orchard Road or Mandarin Mall scene. They were creative with the towel displays and remembered our names. I am a world traveller and I was beyond impressed.

We spent two nights in a family room at the Hilton Singapore Orchard. It was a very nice hotel, convenient if you planned on shopping on Orchard Road, but not quite as convenient to most of the touristy areas of the city.||The family room was quite nice. It consisted of two connected rooms, one with a king bed and one with two double beds. Each room had its own bathroom (full bath with separate tub). There were two separate doors to the hallway, so we had 4 keys total. Each room had a small sitting area, so we could eat snacks or a quick breakfast in the room (I did not opt for the hotel buffet option but instead went to get toast or snacks from local stores to bring back to the room). I liked the family room option better than most suite set ups in similarly priced hotels as the beds for the kids were more comfortable than most sofabeds or rollaways, and it is always nice not having to share a bathroom with kids.||The location was pretty good. It was only two blocks to the nearest MRT station, and there were several malls in the area with food courts and restaurants. The hotel itself has a mall on the bottom 4 floors including some higher end restaurants and decent brands like Michael Kors and Tumi. There's a 7-11 and McDonalds and Starbucks within a block, or two blocks away you could get kaya toast or go to a food court for any number of fast casual options. Because of the location, it was pretty easy to get a Grab or taxi to go to other parts of the city or airport.||Staff is very competent and helpful. Our outgoing flight was not until 11:30PM, so we were able to leave our bags with the concierge while we did a last day of sightseeing. Picking up the bags was quick, and the concierge offered to call us a cab to go to the airport (I opted to order up my own Grab).||That being said, when I next come to Singapore, assuming it's as a tourist, I'd probably opt to stay closer to the most touristy areas like the MBS area or even Chinatown. We aren't big shoppers (and there are plenty of fancy shops in the Marina Bay Sands), so we ended up spending a lot of time in Grab cars and away from the hotel. If we were staying closer to those attractions, we might have been able to rest in between sites and/or enjoy the hotel more.

Formally known as mandarin orchard. After extensive renovation, opened as Hilton orchard in 2022. Very large hotel but thanks to the design of the interior, you don't feel that crowded. The staff contacted me via SMS a few days before my arrival ensuring smooth and comfortable stay. I arrived late at night and they prepared camomile tea at check in to help me get settled. Breakfast buffet was huge. They are open from 6:30am and perfectly early for someone with jet lag. I ended up eating so much as they were good. Staff was kind and alternative. Since I liked my tea, she gave me additional tea bag to go to enjoy later. Conveniently located in the central city, perfect for sightseeing and business. It was about 20-30 minutes by taxi from the airport.

My husband and I were lucky enough to spend a week of our honeymoon here during our time in Singapore. Our trip started on a rocky note due some issues with the reservation, but the team quickly turned it around. Along with our honeymoon we were also celebrating my husband's birthday. The Hilton staff went above and beyond to ensure each moment was highlighted its own special way. As a Diamond member, I'm entitled to perks which differ at every hotel. I can say perks here were great - from happy hour 5 to 7, to the anything bust basic buffet breakfast at two restaurants, afternoon tea, along with exclusive access to the executive lounge throughout the day. While every member of the Hilton staff contributed to helping make our stay perfect, special shout outs go to Hannah Tan, Lena, and Eisha for their dedication and 5 star service day in and day out! Thank you, Hilton Orchard Singapore, for making this an experience we won't forget. thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the Hilton family.

The Hilton Orchard in Singapore is a good 20 km ride from the Changi Airport. I stayed in a room with a king size bed that was extremely comfortable. The bedding and pillows were crisp and sleep inducing. The room comes with disposable slippers and bath wardrobes. They seem to have thought of everything. There were tooth brushes and toothpaste, Q tips, cotton pads to clean the face, a nail file and a shower cap. There are 3 main restaurants here. Estate is a buffet eatery, Ginger Lily for cake, snacks, afternoon tea and Osteria Mozza (yes, Nancy Silverton's epynomous restaurant, like the one in Los Angeles). Service is brisk, attentive, prompt and professional. I am told that the hotel is a 10 minute walk from bustling nightlife that goes on till 6 am. Definitely, another reason to come back here, on my next visit to Singapore.

Hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Yes I stayed at the marina bay sands but the customer service here is amazing. Especially the counter you check in/out of. I'll be coming back mainly for the service. The food here is amazing too. Only problem I had with my stay was the weather. Thank you for everything.

Very bad customer service at front desk especially Mae and the manager. Location is good but hospitality is lacking

I am slightly biased as I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member, but I do have to say it is one of the best Hilton brand hotels I have been to in all my travels! The restaurants are top notch. It's right across the street from some shopping centers with average and high end stores who also have some amazing food! The quality of service I received as a Diamond member was also unparalleled to past experiences. They honestly did make me feel valued for all business I have done with them through the years. Part of me wants to check out the other two Hilton hotels in Singapore, but am conflicted to just want to come back here! Either way, don't worry it's a safe bet!!

Been coming to Singapore from the US for 30+ years for work. Tried many of the hotels and I like Hilton Orchard. I'm a Hilton Diamond member so the upgrades are nice and the access to the Executive lounge a plus. Will be back

Very upscale hotel. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is located in a great location close to multiple malls.
