Top class impeccable service all over. I stayed here for about a week. Beautiful hotel, great location, amazing staff! One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Best executive lounge - trust me, I have stayed at several. From the breakfast, to afternoon tea to evening lounge. Great selection of food. Shout to the following amazing staff I met - Mr Jimmy - always brought me my green tea and glass of water. Ms Lily - making my omelette. She remembered my preference Chef Williams - amazing guy and for saving me the best scones I ever had Jul & Kumar - assisting with finding cabs for me. I didn’t have time to check out on-site restaurants. Folks manning the Text for Honor Members - daily checking in to find out how my stay was going and if I needed anything I wanted to get a massage but the facility didn’t have one on site. But got several recommendations. Definitely coming back. Thanks to all. Top notch several and keep up the excellent work

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Singapore Orchard Hotel, and it was truly one of the best Hilton experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service were exceptional. The staff took such great care of me, my husband, and our 7-year-old daughter, making us feel right at home. The location is absolutely perfect, situated conveniently for exploring the vibrant surroundings. The food at the hotel was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options that satisfied all our tastes. Every aspect of our stay was handled with the utmost care and attention to detail, making our visit memorable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Hilton Singapore Orchard Hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in Singapore. We will definitely be returning on our next trip!

Hilton is a renowned hotel brand for its top tier luxury, and that is why we chose to stay at Hilton Singapore Orchard during our trip in Singapore. The location of the hotel is very convenient wherein it is near malls, the train station and a bus stand. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were welcomed with an atmosphere of elegance. Our room was pretty spacious and has a sleek design. The plush bedding, exquisite furnishings and state-of-the-art technology ensured us of a truly indulgent experience. With regard to the service provided by the staff, it was indeed excellent when it comes to room service, housekeeping and concierge. However, the speed of delivering requested amenities may need some improvement. Overall, our experience at this 5-star hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. From the lavish surroundings to the quality service, every aspect met our expectations. Although we were not able to maximize our stay in using the facilities such as the swimming pool and even the restaurant due to our busy itinerary, we will definitely make sure to try them on our next stay.

This is a second time staying at this hotel for staycation. And this time round, the experiences are extraordinary. Especially, upon reaching the lobby reception, Sean the front desk executive has shown us that Hilton Singapore warmly welcome our visit. Brandon provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining, making my stay even more special. Overall, my stay at the Hilton Singapore Orchard was wonderful, thanks in large part to the incredible staff. Our 2 nights stay was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and perfectly situated between Somerset and Orchard MRT stations. We were touched by the small cake they gave us to celebrate our wedding anniversary. However, while the online check in via the app was convenient, having to visit the front desk for the digital key felt unnecessary. Overall, a great experience and we'd gladly return 🤩

We recently organized a 3-day executive leadership workshop at Hilton Orchard Singapore from July 8 to 10, and I wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude to Shirley and Jeremy, who were assigned to the Tembusa Meeting Room, for their exemplary services. Both of them took great care of our meeting group of about 22 participants throughout the three days. Their attentiveness to our needs, including remembering our names and drink preferences, was truly impressive and greatly appreciated. Having worked in the hotel industry myself since the 1990s, I can confidently say that Hilton Orchard Singapore has set a high innovation bar by hiring (especially senior and retired) employees who are not only fluent in English but also possess a remarkable customer-centric mindset. I am personally amazed by the great service and positive outlook of their employees. Congratulations, Hilton Orchard Singapore, on setting the bar high in the hospitality industry. Your team's dedication and excellence have certainly made a lasting impression on us!

I stayed for 4 nights last week and it was an amazing experience. The staff were attentive and service was great. The room cleaning staff were very fast and efficient in cleaning the room every morning. The breakfast was definitely the best among all the Hilton that I have stayed around the world. The spread was unbelievable and the different types of eggs available that are prepared in advance shows the thought process being given to the needs of the guests. We don’t have to queue to get the kind of eggs we want. As a diamond member they have also upgraded me to a twin bed executive room per my request even though I have booked a normal king room. The hotel is also very centrally located along Orchard road, and the free parking policy makes it so much easier to travel in/out of the hotel for meetings. Overall an excellent experience and definitely one of the best Hilton that I have been to. Two thumbs up!!

Formally known as mandarin orchard. After extensive renovation, opened as Hilton orchard in 2022. Very large hotel but thanks to the design of the interior, you don't feel that crowded. The staff contacted me via SMS a few days before my arrival ensuring smooth and comfortable stay. I arrived late at night and they prepared camomile tea at check in to help me get settled. Breakfast buffet was huge. They are open from 6:30am and perfectly early for someone with jet lag. I ended up eating so much as they were good. Staff was kind and alternative. Since I liked my tea, she gave me additional tea bag to go to enjoy later. Conveniently located in the central city, perfect for sightseeing and business. It was about 20-30 minutes by taxi from the airport.

My husband and I were lucky enough to spend a week of our honeymoon here during our time in Singapore. Our trip started on a rocky note due some issues with the reservation, but the team quickly turned it around. Along with our honeymoon we were also celebrating my husband's birthday. The Hilton staff went above and beyond to ensure each moment was highlighted its own special way. As a Diamond member, I'm entitled to perks which differ at every hotel. I can say perks here were great - from happy hour 5 to 7, to the anything bust basic buffet breakfast at two restaurants, afternoon tea, along with exclusive access to the executive lounge throughout the day. While every member of the Hilton staff contributed to helping make our stay perfect, special shout outs go to Hannah Tan, Lena, and Eisha for their dedication and 5 star service day in and day out! Thank you, Hilton Orchard Singapore, for making this an experience we won't forget. thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the Hilton family.

The Hilton Orchard in Singapore is a good 20 km ride from the Changi Airport. I stayed in a room with a king size bed that was extremely comfortable. The bedding and pillows were crisp and sleep inducing. The room comes with disposable slippers and bath wardrobes. They seem to have thought of everything. There were tooth brushes and toothpaste, Q tips, cotton pads to clean the face, a nail file and a shower cap. There are 3 main restaurants here. Estate is a buffet eatery, Ginger Lily for cake, snacks, afternoon tea and Osteria Mozza (yes, Nancy Silverton's epynomous restaurant, like the one in Los Angeles). Service is brisk, attentive, prompt and professional. I am told that the hotel is a 10 minute walk from bustling nightlife that goes on till 6 am. Definitely, another reason to come back here, on my next visit to Singapore.

Hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Yes I stayed at the marina bay sands but the customer service here is amazing. Especially the counter you check in/out of. I'll be coming back mainly for the service. The food here is amazing too. Only problem I had with my stay was the weather. Thank you for everything.

I am slightly biased as I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member, but I do have to say it is one of the best Hilton brand hotels I have been to in all my travels! The restaurants are top notch. It's right across the street from some shopping centers with average and high end stores who also have some amazing food! The quality of service I received as a Diamond member was also unparalleled to past experiences. They honestly did make me feel valued for all business I have done with them through the years. Part of me wants to check out the other two Hilton hotels in Singapore, but am conflicted to just want to come back here! Either way, don't worry it's a safe bet!!

Been coming to Singapore from the US for 30+ years for work. Tried many of the hotels and I like Hilton Orchard. I'm a Hilton Diamond member so the upgrades are nice and the access to the Executive lounge a plus. Will be back

Very upscale hotel. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is located in a great location close to multiple malls.
