We were surprised at how old the hotel was. However, this was hugely compensated by your staff's hospitality and professionalism. Besides being professional, Kenny was extremely patient with the grouchy me, during check-in. It would be good if the room has things ready for 3 instead of 2 since my booking says that it is a room for 3 guests. Chambermaids were friendly and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised when your staff wanted to decorate the room for my son's birthday. That was a very sweet gesture. Most hotels made do with a cake only. It is brilliant to have 2 toilet rolls instead of 1. This minus the hassle of having to keep asking for one more roll. The breakfast was yummy. Your restaurant was very busy everyday but this did not compromise your staff's service and the food. Meals were served promptly and hot. The serving crew served with a genuine friendly smile all the time.

The hotel was nice . It was clan and spacious. I like how the room were cleaned and sealed before we use it. Just one thing though, it would be nice if the swimming pool is bigger. But it wasn't crowded when we are using it. So it's fine.

Very attentive service and we were happy with the quality of food. I only mentioned that it was my husband's birthday when I made the reservation, but I did not request for a birthday surprise. To my delight, they brought out a slice of cake towards the end to surprise my husband. That was very thoughtful and definitely a nice touch to end the meal. Thanks for the very positive experience! We will definitely be back.

- Superb location, right beside the Orchard strip. - Service was impeccable. They have a well designed app that does almost anything for you, such as room selection, area access and room service. All staff we encountered were cheerful and polite. - Room was clean and tastefully designed. - Gym is surprisingly big and well-equipped, unlike most hotel gyms. Apart from free weights you can find almost anything else. - Only reason why I can't give 5 stars is because, for a 5* hotel, the rooms are a tad old. Couldn't help but to notice signs of aging at the edges and corners of the room. This is to be expected for a hotel as old as Hilton, but a point is deducted here nonetheless.

Lovely hotel, well maintained and very clean. Staff were very friendly and service is excellent. The hall is spacious and there is a row of shops if you want to do some immediate shopping. There is also a bakery and restaurant in the vicinity of the lobby area. The cake shop is amazing, it has so many beautiful cakes on display in the cabinets that it just entice you to just go and buy and have dinner immediately. The room is clean and spacious. All items are disinfected and sealed for your comfort. The room is bright and comfortable. Definitely will be one hotel, I will return to stay. It is also right in the middle of Orchard road shipping belt. Definitely a shipping paradise!

The overall environment was good, but unfortunately the service was not up to standard. Even if I had booked a room and waited at the counter for nearly an hour, I didn't receive notice even if the room was ready until I asked the counter again. Breakfast time, the waiting time for food orders was too long, even the coffee was cold, and the food had not been served. After that, the waiter even said that he had missed our order. I've stayed in so many hotels. This is the worst time I feel.

Wonderful stay with them over the weekend. Service are top notch and rooms are clean. Ion and the 313 are just a bus stop away. Although Breakfast choices are limited, the food are delicious and they even allowed you to take away to eat at the comfort of your room. Swimming pool is nice and water is warm even on a cool windy day.

Physical building and hardware are a little oldish as the hotel has been around for many years. Swimming pool is a little small too. But rooms are maintained okay and the service is still excellent and worth a mention. Staff members are professional and friendly, able to go the extra miles to service their guests. Still recommended to stay as the overall experience is pretty good.
