This is the best resort we have ever visited. Really great ocean views. The food quality is good. Better than Grand Palladium. Kids club activities were fun. My son had a lot of fun. One suggestion is that the water park floor is so rough we have to wear water shoes to avoid painful feet.It seemed there was a lack of staffing, making it difficult to find a server at the pool. We found it easier to walk to the bar to place our own orders.

Just returned from a week-long stay and wanted to share an honest review of our experience. The Good: *The staff were fantastic—especially with kids! They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our little ones feel welcome. *The ice is made from filtered, safe water, which was reassuring. *The food was fresh and tasty—we had no issues at all. *Our room was clean, and the pools were well-maintained with amazing views. *Transportation to the resort was seamless since we booked through the resort. Areas for Improvement: *Colder Beverages: Drinks could definitely be served colder, especially in the heat. *Shuttle Service: The shuttle system needs improvement. We often found ourselves walking because the shuttles never seemed to go in the direction we needed. *Beach Walkway Cleanup: The walkway from beach to casa 4-6 is littered with plastic debris from the ocean, which takes away from the otherwise beautiful scenery. A cleanup effort would make a huge difference. *Service Speed: While the staff were friendly, there were times when service was slow, and it took a while to get drinks or food orders. Overall, we had a great stay, and with a few tweaks, this place could be even better! Would definitely consider returning.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort, and overall, I’d rate my experience a generous 4 stars. The resort itself is stunning, with well-kept grounds and beautifully maintained facilities, but there were some service and dining drawbacks that keep it from being a true 5-star experience. ⭐ Room & Cleanliness – 5 Stars The accommodations were excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, ensuring everything was refreshed daily. No complaints here—this was definitely a highlight of the stay. ⭐ Resort Facilities – 5 Stars The property itself is breathtaking. From the pristine grounds to the well-maintained restrooms and public spaces, Hilton Tulum takes great care of its facilities. Everything felt upscale and thoughtfully designed, making for a visually stunning and relaxing environment. ⭐ Food – 3 Stars This was the most inconsistent aspect of the trip. While some meals were enjoyable, the overall quality of the food ranged from mediocre to good. If you're a foodie or seeking a culinary adventure, this resort may not meet your expectations. ⭐ Service – 3 Stars Service was hit or miss. The check-in process was exceptionally long and cumbersome, which set a frustrating tone at the start. Once checked in, we had to wait again for the concierge to arrange dinner reservations for our stay—a process that could have been streamlined. The grounds and housekeeping staff were the friendliest, always greeting guests warmly. However, the restaurant and bar staff had several missed opportunities to elevate the experience with a simple smile or a more engaging attitude. One major frustration was at the pool areas in the afternoon, where used towels and empty drink glasses were left scattered on lounge chairs, making it difficult to find an available seat. Most chairs were occupied by towels rather than actual guests, which could have been better managed. ⭐ Pro Tip: Use the QR Code! A significant missed opportunity was the resort’s QR code system, which provides access to restaurant menus, room service options, activity schedules, and more. We only learned about it on our last day—something that should have been shared at check-in to improve our experience from the start. Final Thoughts Would I stay here again? Yes, but I would likely try other resorts first. The Hilton Tulum has a lot going for it—luxurious accommodations, beautiful surroundings, and solid housekeeping—but the service inconsistencies and average food make it fall short of a perfect stay. If you're looking for an ultra-luxurious, food-focused experience, this may not be the best choice. However, if you prioritize great rooms and a beautiful resort setting, it's worth considering.

This is a review of the check-in process as Hilton Diamond Members. We just checked in last night. Got here at 6 pm and waited over an hour and a half to check in and get dinner reservations only to find out that our only option was the buffet. We finally got to our room at 7.45. The fastest part of this was getting our bags and our ride on the golf cart to our room. The valet staff, Isaiah & and Gustavo, were lovely; friendly, helpful, and informative. The front desk staff (check in and concierge) were clearly overworked, tired, and understaffed. There didn't seem to be any systems in place to help the staff or the customers. Each check-in was taking 15 to 20 minutes. ● Some possible options: send a link with check and dinner reservations info ahead of time so that those who can, can do it themselves ahead of time. ● Have a quick check-in option for Diamond Members who don't need a 10-minute explanation of how hotels work. We are still on property and, unfortunately, have found mildew in the bathroom and the main buffet to be bland at best. As you can see from most of my reviews, I lean positive and always find something to appreciate. I am finding this hard here but will keep looking for the silver lining.

Loved it!! The staff were so welcoming attentive. I was upgraded to a suite which was huge and very clean, I believe room service came by everyday. The view was amazing and being able to hear the waves splash ashore. I loved the food I feel the options and proportions are better than other resorts I’ve stayed at. They also had entertainment at night on site to keep everyone occupied. The check in check out process was simple and easy. I definitely plan on coming back. Thank you for an amazing time! Oh and the spa, I can say the experience was a 10/10. The shower in the jungle loved loved it. So relaxing and I felt very grounded after.

Our vacation to this resort was absolutely the most incredible we've ever experienced. It is a beautiful, well-maintained hotel with helpful, kind, on-point staff and gorgeous rooms that overlook the stunning beach and ocean. Highlights: - Clean, beautiful rooms - Helpful, friendly staff who wait on you hand and foot - Room service completed before 1 p.m. each day - Incredible, delicious breakfast buffet before 11 a.m. each day - Large, clean fitness center with plenty of equipment, towels, and water - Decent food (not the best ever, but it was good quality for being an all-inclusive resort): Our favorite restaurant was the steakhouse. - Wait staff at restaurants is SO attentive and polite - Well-stocked bar with plenty of fun cocktails to choose from Suggestions: - Make all your restaurant reservations either on their app/website or with the concierge on Day One to ensure you can try them all out - Be aware that the "Casas" can be a bit of a walk to get to the main building -- wasn't a problem for us, but I can see it being challenging for someone who has limited mobility -- they do run golf carts every 10-20 minutes - They do have up-charges for better wine and other items - The gift shop is RIDICULOUSLY over-priced, so be sure you pack everything you need. Again, we absolutely loved this place and will 100% go back next time we visit Tulum.

I never write reviews but I have chosen to do so on this one. Do not stay here if you want to get what you pay for. They have a horrible front desk staff and are not helpful at all. My wife and I came here for a 6 night stay. The specific room we booked we were told is no longer available even though we paid for it in full. Instead they offered an alternative, we didn’t want the alternative but we had no other choice as they said they were fully booked. The room we received was not an upgrade. It was a room with two beds with a view of the children's water park. It was noisy and we couldn't ever get comfortable. Not to mention the room was also filthy. This was very disappointing for us as we hoped for a relaxing trip. On the third day I was walking and slipped down the stairs due to it being wet everywhere. There was no signs anywhere that said this and I sprained my ankle very bad. The hotel doctor could barely speak english and was not helpful at all. He said it could be fractured or sprained. He then suggested that we ice it and wrap it up. Given he is a doctor i expected him to have these supplies but he did not have anything and instead I walked out with nothing. It was a truly terrible experience and ruined my whole trip. This hotel is trouble and I do not recommend anybody spending their hard earned money to vacation here. Do not stay here if you want a bad experience like i did. I never write reviews ever but this place was so bad that I had to. Very poor from them.

An exceptional experience! The facilities are stunning—modern, beautifully designed, and well-maintained. The breathtaking ocean and nature views create a great atmosphere. The food and drinks are top-quality with plenty of choices. I highly recommend renting a car, as there are numerous incredible places to explore in the area, and the drive to the airport is smooth and convenient.
