This woman-owned cafe is only open Thursday and Friday 4-8 PM.
Beef momos 4/5: The filling is like a cilantro-flavored meatball. There is a surprising amount of juice inside the dumpling, but it is hard to actually consume it unless you eat the whole thing in one bite. The cilantro sauce it comes in is delicious, but it doesn't really stick to the dumpling, so I just ate it afterwards like a soup.
Chow mein with chicken 5/5: I actually enjoyed this more than the dumplings! Nice, bouncy noodles with good flavor. The chicken is flavorful, tender, and not dry. It appeared to be cooked/browned separately, which is not a bad thing. $4 seems a bit steep to add chicken, but I would recommend adding it.
I usually prefer dining in partly to decrease packaging waste. Unfortunately, everything here, including cups and chopsticks, is disposable except for the fries baskets the momos and hand pies are served in.
Seating is limited and the food takes about 20 minutes, so it can fill up inside.
