This place was a solutely amazing!! I'm not from around here and my friend told me this was a place that she wanted to try. We ended up coming pretty soon after they opened so there really wasn't any kind of wait. There were a fair amount of menu options which was so nice. I'll go over all 3 categories of food, service, and atmosphere. Food: the food was amazing. I personally got their special which was the demon bowl? I'm forgetting t he name of it but it was a massive amount of food for one person. You can easily split it between 2-3 people if you really wanted to. My friend and her daughter got the ahi poke bowl and teriyaki chicken. I've eaten at a lot of food places before and I will say this is at the top. Im planning on moving out here and this is definitely going to be my go to Hawaiian place. Service: the service was stupendous. I never asked for the name of the lady that seevecld us but she was extremely sweet and kind. She said that since it was our first time there the drinks were on the house (can't guarantee this will be done with all first timers) we all picked a different juice and it was all so good. Great conversation with her and it was a very pleasant experience. Atmosphere: there is an area right next to the truck that you can sit down and eat your food. There was no overhang so it was open air which was extremely nice. I really enjoyed it because there wasn't a lot of people there. Like I said we went very soon after opening so the rush/crowd definitely wasn't here yet but overall the atmosphere was extremely pleasant. Highly recommend going here. Overall this was an extremely pleasant experience. To food was absolut fire, service was incredible and atmosphere was extremely enjoyable. If you want good Hawaiian food this is the place to be. You e definitely get your money's worth lol.

Google
Huge portions and amazing food! The meat jun was delicious and I like how they use skin-on thighs for the mochiko chicken. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for delicious Hawaiian food. I was also amazed how fast this cart cranks out food with just one person working and they are still friendly and welcoming.

Google
Ok.. so I just ate here for the first time and im kicking myself for not making it happen sooner. First of all, the food is delicious! Second, it was really quick to get my order. And 3rd the person working there was super cool. There's a few things I need to say: 1.If more food places on the west side of the river were like Hina's, nobody would drive to Portland east side for food. 2. Hina's puts the MAC in SMACKDOWN, because out of all the Hawaiian food joints in town, Hina's mac salad actually has flavor, and a decent ingredient list- I saw egg and finely diced carrot in there. Everywhere else is a huge disappointment in this department. 3. I honestly don't want to ever go to a Roxys again now that I know Hina's is here. 4. The food portion was absolutely out of control and that is 100% the way to go Hina's island grindz is top dog for Hawaiian in portland metro. Like the terminator, ill be back 🤙🏼

Google
Great food, friendly staff (if you aren't preoccupied on your phone), and great food. I grabbed the garlic shrimp/hurikane chicken combo. Great food with generous portions, my photos do not do it justice. Be prepared for a wait, and don't be on your phone at the front of the line. I will be back again for a different meat selection, might bring a friend and go Kanaka Nui.

Google
Hands down the best Hawaiian food in Oregon. I thought I had lost them forever, but they just moved to the other side of the parking lot they were in. There's a little bit of a wait because of how delicious the food is, but it's worth every minute. I recommend showing up as early as you can, because this place is so good, they end up selling out of things before they close for the limited time they're open. If you like Hawaiian food, get down to Hina's! Best Mac, best Kahlua pork, best handmade teriyaki sauce!

HINAS IS THE REAL DEAL! Growing up on Oahu, I'm not easily impressed with most of the island foods option on the mainland. HINA'S absolutely blew me away with the incredible flavors, polynesian size portions, authentic Mac salad - everything was cooked to perfection. Hina is kind, welcoming and she just seems super cool. I timed my visit with intention, and recommend you do the same - she sells out fast! I don't know how she does it, taking orders, cooking, plating and calling out customers when their food is ready. Hina's variety of dishes is impressive and I will definitely be a returning customer for as long as I can. The hurricane chicken and Korean fried chicken plates were truly magnificent. Thank you Hina! See you again soon!

Google
🚨LOCAL GEM ALERT 🚨 This is one of those must try places. Just a little outside of Portland but worth the detour. Portions are huge, enough to feed two+ so don't fret the prices. Be aware they are only open 2 hours a day! Must try the chicken chicharron!

Dan

Google
This fakamean!!! The grindz here are ono to the max. The amount of food that comes on a plate will satisfy most any hankering you have. The chicken is crispy, flavorful and juicy, the poke melts in the mouth and the mac is on point. We got there early to get some of their limited kalbi and it was worth it! And to top it off the owner is a badass. If you order the death row be prepared for nap time... 😂!!! Love this spot can't wait to try the fyiah crackah shrimp!!! Highly recommend this joint. 10/10. Take care of ohana, tip em' good, shootz.

Yelp
1000% recommend checking out Hina's! The food is exceptional with a generous portion size! They can sell out quickly so if you want to secure a meal make sure you go as close to open as you can. You may have to wait in line, but they keep it moving and any wait is very much worth it. The service is always very friendly, even during a rush! There are some tables outside near the cart and some inside with heaters during the colder months. The poké also travels well so you can certainly take it to go. I've been a couple times and have tried the Korean fried chicken and the poké, both absolutely delicious. In all honesty, my mouth is watering while I write this review.

Yelp
An authentic Hawaiian culinary experience awaits you at Hinas Island Grindz and Catering! The food here is simply exceptional. From the beef teriyaki I've savored a dozen times, to the katsu and Kalua pig my wife adores, every dish is consistently perfect. Recently, I ventured beyond my usual order and tried the Hurrikane chicken. The aroma alone was enough to tantalize any food lover. But the flavor? It was nothing short of spectacular! Imagine huge chunks of chicken, lightly battered and fried to crispy, juicy perfection. Each bite exploded with the taste of Hinas' sweet ginger soy sauce, a kick of spicy sriracha mayo, and a dusting of furikake. This masterpiece was served atop a generous bed of white rice, accompanied by the quintessential Hawaiian Mac salad. It was simply remarkable, a marvel I can't believe I hadn't tried sooner. Adding to the overall experience is her awesome and amazingly fast service. She is attentive and efficient, ensuring an awesome experience. For anyone seeking a taste of Hawaii, look no further. It is a food cart so be prepared to sit outside or in the "Garage" area which is really nice BTW. I'll end with this- Hinas Island Grindz and Catering offers an authentic Hawaiian dining experience that's worth every single star.

Yelp
I finally got to try this Hawaiian comfort food spot, and it exceeded my expectations. The food cart offers both outdoor and indoor seating with excellent service and a quick turnaround. The portions were massive but it was so flavorful I just kept eating. I opted for the Korean fried chicken, which was incredibly juicy with a flavorful breading. The accompanying mac and rice were equally satisfying. The prices felt reasonable, and I'm eager to return and explore more items on the menu. Overall, a delightful experience that I'll definitely repeat.

Yelp
the food here is sooooo good and the portions are huge! i love their hurricane chicken but everything on the menu is delicious. the chicken is crispy on the outside but juicy on the inside, and super flavorful. they also have some of the best mac salad i've ever had. the owners are really friendly as well. they tend to sell out so it's wise to go on the earlier side if you can!
google avatar

Yelp
I've noticed most island food carts/restaurants have a commonality: friendly service and large portions. No exception here. The Hurricane and Korean chicken are their top sellers, I enjoyed the former. And while I finished the Chicharron chicken, I didn't love it. The Mac salad had too much mayo, but that's probably how purists prefer it. Although the flavor is in the chciken, I wish they had some sort of vinegar/soy-based dipping sauce. The one entree price is fair, but do yourself a favor and pay a little extra for the two item platter, now that's good value. Even if you can't finish it, share or save it for later. There's an ample seating area. A lot of riff raff in the area, but along with the weed dispensary it's all part of the overall vibe.

Yelp
This food cart has some of the best Hawaiian food I've ever had! The food gives Roxy's and Aloha Grill in Tualatin a run for their money. The chicharron and Korean chicken were spot-on, crispy, juicy, and some of the best Mac salad I think I've ever tasted. I can't wait to try more entrées! The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because of the hours (11:00 am-3:00 pm) and the fact that the cart isn't open on Saturday or Sunday. I'm not sure how long this food cart has been open, and I know how expensive operating a food cart can be and how catering can get busy, too, which is why they would need to reduce the hours to prepare large orders. If that's the case, maybe try and increase the labor, hire more staff, and keep the place open at least until 7:00 PM. But if the business is new, I completely understand cutting back on labor, because of how expensive it can be. Besides that, this place is phenomenal, and I'm coming back. Great vibes and great food!

Yelp
Parking is first come first serve, lots of outdoor seating. It Has shade and very roomy, great ambiance. The owners are amazing people, they are genuine and will really make sure you love your food. Service is A-1. Meat jun: 5/5 Hurricane chicken: 5/5 Mac salad: 5/5 You can ask for more dry rice or moist rice, both are amazing and blends so well with the flavor. The chicken are also not oily! Huge huge bonus. Went on a Hawaiian food tour in PDX area and tried 7 locations and this is Easily the best Hawaiian style food in PDX. And honestly very comparable to the main island. Only con here is that they close so early :(
google avatar

Nancy O.

Yelp
I am always ono for Hina's!! The meat jun with the sauce is my go-to- it is P E R F E C T I O N. Chicken chicharron is also incredible. Hands down, one of the best plate lunches in the Portland area.
google avatar

Don L.

Yelp
I have been meaning to try this place for some time. I should not have waited as long as I did because I've been missing out on some great food! The portions are huge. I got poke with Hurricane Chicken and both were amazing! The Mac Salad was perfect too! I will definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for some great food!

Yelp
Thank you for being open today right before the next storm! Warm hospitality and good food is always appreciated! Mahalo nui loa!

Kayleena D.

Yelp
Catering! We ordered for an office lunch. Everyone loved it! I got in touch via email, which was very easy, responsive and helpful. We bought for about 50 people. We got a whole pan of rice, three 1/2 pans of meat (hurricane chicken, teriyaki chicken and Katsu chicken), one 1/2 pan of veggies, and one 1/2 pan of Mac salad, with some extra sauces. Next time we will definitely get one more 1/2 pan of meat, and do a full pan of vegetables. The people were lovely and helped me load it in the car. Very gracious, generous and pleasant to work with through ordering as well. I'm sure we will order from here again!
google avatar

Brian M.

Yelp
We came here for the Maui fundraiser. They ran out of the chicken for the day so we had the chili which was supper yummy. Normally Mac salad gives me a stomach ache but not this one. Tasted great. We'll be back for what was great food and friendly service .
google avatar

Jan H.

Yelp
This was great. I can only comment on the chili because that's all I got, but it's really good. Better than Zippy's! They add bacon and the flavor is smoky and savory. I'll definitely be getting it again.
google avatar

Kruse L.

Yelp
Absolutely fire, I will be back! I ordered the special of the day which was the Spicy Ahi Poke, also had to try the Korean BBQ chicken, and a combo plate of Garlic Chicken + Hurricane chicken. Portions are great, service was fantastic and the food was out pretty quick. Highly recommend if you're looking for Hawaiian food for lunch on the west side of town!

Yelp
How I heard of this place: On 29 May 2021, while visiting our friends from the Pacific Islands, they introduced us to this new place they'd heard of. As is our traditioni when visiting them, we ordered the Hawaiian fare and took it home to share with the family. Type of cuisine: Island fare served with true Aloha spirit! Ambiance: A food truck set in a strip mall with other neighboring food vendors. Bright red in color and full of sold out menu items. What I ordered: Reyn's Hurricane Chicken ($10), Chicharron Chicken ($9), Teriyaki & Beef Chicken ($10 each), each served with two rounded scoops of rice and one round of mac salad. What I loved: All of it. There wasn't one thing that went uneaten, despite satisfied bellies. We loved the novelty of the Hurricane Chicken, the sweetness of the housemade teriyaki sauce, and the crispness of the Chicharron. The mac salad was loaded with mayonnaise, but somehow that didn't distract us. Why I loved it: The owners and operators were friendly, kind and warm, their spirit of aloha emanating from every corner of the truck to every ounce of the food they served. Cost: Low ($9-$10 per entree)

Chris R.

Yelp
The service is great. The owners of the food truck are always polite and very welcoming when you walk up to order, and the food always comes out hot and at a reasonable time. I've been here multiple times and the very first time I went here I fell in love with the Mac salad. It was the right amount of sweetness. But ever since I have been going there is no consistency with it, and I have started subbing it out for more rice instead. Some days sweet, bland, or way too salty. So just know it won't ever taste the same each time you go. The hurrikane chicken is very tough and not crunchy at all. They overcook it. The best dishes on their menu is the Teriyaki chicken (regular or spicy) and the Kalua pig which has a nice Smokey flavor and is always very tender.
google avatar

Raisa L.

Yelp
Shout out to Kris and Blake who deserve so much credit for their amazing ono grindz!! Every single item we have tried (trust me we have tried almost the whole menu) is packed with robust flavors that make your tastebuds dance with each bite!! Garlic fried chicken is a must whenever they have the special and we love getting it spicy as the flavor gets even more amazing. They have every protein down to a science. My personal favorite is their spicy teriyaki because it's unlike any other I've ever had (my mouth is salivating while writing this even though I ate it a couple of hours ago lol) I always get mixed plates because I love trying different specials of theirs. They are insanely generous with the portions, you'll have multiple meals! We continue to go back as it's so conveniently located near our house, there's a nice seating area with an indoor space as well. Favorite food pod in all of PDX hands down
google avatar

Theresa C.

Yelp
This has become a family favorite. It's honestly so good. There are many Hawaiian options in the SW area. Hina's honestly stands out. You can text your orders, and they respond quickly. Unless you like waiting in line to order at the food cart, then do that. Their portions are worth the money. They have a rotating menu of specials which I'm working on trying. Support a family owned business, their food is ono.

E B.

Yelp
Oh My My My . . . Traveling with Fam up I-5 and think hmmmm Hawaiian sounds good. This Place is a MUST. Absolute Great Food with Very Generous Portions. Not cheap but worth every penny!!!! I'm able to get two meals out of one food plate. Highly recommended

Walter K.

Yelp
My braddah Mike told me about Hinas so today we decided to go for lunch break at work. I've been looking for a spot that tasted like home and I wasn't disappointed. Talk about broke da mouth grinds! Let's just say we never get any work done after our plate was finished... Kanak Attackk!!
google avatar

Michael T.

Yelp
This business is a game changer! I had a co-worker who is a big Hawaiian food enthusiast who recommended Hina's over a more well known chain in the area. She was absolutely right! Had a different co-worker go here yesterday and he gave me a piece of chicken to try and it was so good I knew I had to go the very next day. I went there this morning, just before they opened. Within 5 minutes of opening they had my order ready (HurriKane Chicken Plate with my request of just rice as the side). If you like a platter so big that the lid can't even fully shut, then this should be a favorite for you. If you want delicious chicken, then this is the spot! Great and friendly customer service!
google avatar

Kyle C.

Yelp
Best island food I've had outside of the islands. I wish this cart was a restaurant so I could go more often. The teriyaki beef was onpoint. If you compare apples to apples with other places, this beef is tasteful and juicy, compared to other island food places in the surrounding area.
google avatar

Edward M.

Yelp
Definitely my favorite go to Hawaiian food spot in the Portland area. I usually get the Chicharone Chicken aka "Crack Chicken." But this time I got the Garlic Chicken. Food was on point!! Excellent, crispy garlic flavor! Mac Salad is also very good. Huge portions too!! Enough for 2 people. This place never disappoints and I always get great customer service.
google avatar

Patrick W.

Yelp
When you meet friends on the golf course that share they are originally from Kauai, and tell you to go try Hina's because it reminds them of "home", and then you try it, and you have that "Ratatouille moment" that brings back memories of your vacation time in Kauai years ago... you can't help but jump on Yelp and tell everyone else. Goji jun is delicious, but the staff's recommendation of the hurricane chicken was what I enjoyed the most. Crispy, with the right amount of sauce and kick gives you the satisfaction of comfort food done right. Their rice and mac are on the softer side today for me, it was delicious, but I didn't expect sushi level soft. If you're a Hawaiian cuisine fan, there's incredibly multiple choices in PDX, Hina's is one you have to try and decide for yourself if you'll be a regular, I did, I will be.
google avatar

Yelp
When: Tues. Oct 11th, 11:00 am, 2 Adults Hidden Hawaiian Comfort Food Truck Gem, along the busy 99W corridor in Tigard...2nd time visiting here in about a month, since we found this place back in September...And we will definitely be back soon... The big reason we returned is that Hina's is one of the few Hawaiian Comfort Food eateries, in Oregon, that makes Meat Jun or Goji Jun...Simply, this basic dish consist of marinated thinly sliced Beef dipped in Egg battered, then pan fried...Its a Korean dish made popular in Hawaii and most Hawaiians will have this dish on their table for family potlucks or game day tailgates...whether its homemade or bought from the local eateries... Hina's Meat Jun definitely satisfies our Hawaiian food craving and hits the spot for its authenticity, in tasting like Meat Jun from Hawaii. As my wife told the Ohana preparing and cooking this delicious food, "we will drive up from Salem, to get our Meat Jun fix here"...
google avatar

John C.

Yelp
Tigard OR. Where Hi-Hat used to be. One of a few food trucks there but very busy. Wishing I took a picture of my food but I was hungry and just dug in. Garlic chicken and Chicharon chicken was what I had and it was amazing. I couldn't stop eating it, it was so good. I had Hawaiian the day before at Roxy's and this was much better. Seating may be a little sparse but they box all of it to go and you can eat In your car. Definitely stopping here every time I'm passing through although I hear they sell out everyday so get to them earlier and not later in the day.
google avatar

Bryce M.

Yelp
Luckily I frequent HWY 217. Friendly owner/employees and big portions. I haven't tried much variety, I normally get the spicy Korean chicken but with the sauce on the side now because I don't like my rice smothered in it. The short ribs were freaking perfect too. For me GrindWitTryz barely edges out Hina's but that really isn't knocking them. Those are my top 2 Hawaiian food places in/around Portland and I always recommend them both.
google avatar

Scott H.

Yelp
I got the garlic fried chicken today from their new location in Tigard. I don't know what magical cut of chicken this is but I've been eating chicken all wrong. Every piece has this amazing chicken pork rind thing attached to it. No like seriously why have I never had this before. Is this not from a chicken. Amazing!!!
google avatar

Scott L.

Yelp
Happy to have a Hawaiian cart open in southwest Portland. I always go for the macaroni, but the chicken here is definitely not to be missed. Great, sweet flavor and extremely fast service for to go orders. Will be coming back again.
google avatar

Kyna E.

Yelp
After reading all the reviews I had to stop by and try that hurricane chicken, it was good, and you definitely get your moneys worth on the serving size. The only thing I didn't care for was the Hawaiian macaroni salad, it was totally different than any Hawaiian macaroni salad I've ever had. It was to savory with a odd taste and texture. But their Hurricane chicken was definitely something I would stop by for again, and the gal running the window was super nice!!

Yelp
Hinas Island Grindz $-$$ The menu is served until sold out and I now get why. GRINDZ *KALUA PIG *KOREAN CHICKEN *CHICHARRON CHICKEN *HURRIKANE CHICKEN The kalua pig is seasoned so well! It comes with a side of spicy teriyaki sauce and is truly so tender, juicy and delicious. It is salty but in the best way. Like it's not overly salty, but definitely salt forward. Exactly what you want in a pulled pork and paired perfect with the spice in the teriyaki sauce. The chicken is SO crispy crisp! They fry the skin of the chicken which is soooo genius cause CRUNCHYYYYY. The sauces are served either on or on the side (except for the chicharron chicken which is dry) and they were fantastic and are made in house! 〰Now, you HAVE to try the poke on the weekends! They cut the fish so well which made for such a great consistency and texture. It isn't too spicy but spice is definitely present from the spicy Mayo and the wasabi sauce they put on top (so good). The rice paired with this was such a good bite! And there are slices of onions in it too which I really enjoyed. This was tied for my favorite item. The person next to me was dying to know what it was as well. My other favorite was the Korean fried chicken because I love the addition of a little spicy spice. You can also get the Korean fried chicken with sweet sauce! My husbands ultimate fave was the Kalua pig and he was obsessed with the sauce. The Mac salad is creamy and simple in the best way. The noodles were cooked well which was a stand out to me & my husband. It's also not too Mayo forward and so so creamy. Truly Island grindz found in Tigard with a great value for all the food you get. I totally understand the hype now
google avatar

Isaac S.

Yelp
The food here is absolutely delicious. The quality and taste is so consistent and there's so much flavor in every bite. Hands down the best in state in my opinion. We always have leftovers, unless i'm feeling bold and sometimes I can devour the entire plate in TWO sittings haha. When heating up leftovers at work, my coworkers always asks what smells so good and I tell them to check this place out asap! Such a gem! Hospitality is always 100, and the atmosphere is very tranquil and peaceful. Huge shoutout to Hina's Island Grindz for representing the culture. This family deserves all the blessings and support coming their way. Highly recommend my friend!

Les W.

Yelp
If only there were more than 5 stars! We've tried just about everything on the menu and nothing, absolutely NOTHING disappoints! Hawaiian chili, Meat Jun, Chicharrone chicken, Korean chicken, Furikake chicken etc..... each and every dish is simply amazing. Blake and Kris are the best and go above and beyond to make sure our orders are perfect. My daughter loves this place so much that whenever she visits we pick up around 5 plates for her to take back to Texas- and yes -it's a 5 hour flight and the food gets there just fine lol Stop by - you will not be disappointed!!

Suzie H.

Yelp
Great tasting food as well as huge portions. Ahi Katsu was amazing as was the Korean chicken (sweet style)
google avatar

Dylan H.

Yelp
Best Hawaii Local food in the Portlandian Metro. Spicy Ahi is top notch, Teri chicken is mental, and the mochiko chicken is cooked to perfection.
google avatar

Stephanie E.

Yelp
If I close my eyes on a sunny day I am on BI! This food reminds me of something I'd get in Kona. The Mac salad is perfection, sometimes it's pretty meh, not Hina's! The perfect blend Got the Korean Fried Chicken and boy did it hit the spot... and it will again for dinner! True to Hawaii, the portions are plenty. The service was quick and super friendly! I even got a compliment on my nails upon pickup of my order. Having worked food service for many years, when you're working food you don't get to also have nails The music provides nice ambiance and takes me back to picnics on the beaches. The only drawback was the number of bees that wanted my food (6 by the time I left) hahahahaha. Hey, guess if the wildlife wants in on ono grindz I can't blame them. Mahalo!
google avatar

Bonnie K.

Yelp
The BEST Hawaiian food in the area. The owners are so friendly and really remember their customers. You know they love what they do and it shows with the food. We love everything on the menus and the specials. Fave items are the hurricane chicken and mochiko chicken. They do sell out but can call/text to place order!
google avatar

Yelp
Embarrassed to say, I have ate at La Real many many times and I've never tried this Hawaiian cart. Today that changed and if your reading this, you need to try it. It's your standard Hawaiian food, chicken, pork, rice, Mac salad. The rice had some sauce mixed in i think probably teriyaki, and it was really good. Mac salad was solid! Note they do run out of things i went to get the hurricane chicken but it was sold out so went w another plate. Still really good. Also, the plates are HUGE. This plate would feed me and my wife. Glad I tried this cart .
google avatar

Emily S.

Yelp
Ok this food is so good and crispy! Loved the unique peppered Mac salad too. Super nice owner and portions are HUGE! They sell out fast so come early

Chris G.

Yelp
Came here for lunch today and was very pleased. Fast and polite service. The seating area is covered which is nice on this hot August day. The to go plate had so much food the top barely closed! I got the spicy ahi poké and mochiko chicken mix plate. So ono. I'll be back. Aloha guys.
google avatar

Spencer P.

Yelp
Hands down one of the best restaurants in Portland. This food was better than any of the island food I've had before. The owners were so nice and friendly which made the experience even better. I highly recommend the hurricane chicken! Flavor was A+ Will be spending a lot of time here!! Thank you!!!
google avatar

Adryan A.

Yelp
Super generous in quantities. Crazy fast service too. The best chicken I've ever had.

Yelp
Great food and they always seem happy to see you and grateful for the business. Thank you!!

Second time being here for lunch, it was just as amazing as the first. The chicken is probably the best I've ever had (they also really pile on the food!) The service is second to none, incredibly nice people, I always leave with a positive feeling / the energy here is 11/10. If you want great ambiance and delicious food, this is 200% the spot for you!!

Yelp
The BEST Hawaiian food I've ever had. I had the hurricane chicken and the teriyaki beef and they were both so good. The mac salad was so tasty too, it reminded me a lot of egg salad so if that is something you don't like, just be warned. The chicken was so crispy but juicy. The teriyaki beef was actually marinated and not just beef coated in teriyaki sauce. I was only in Portland for a long weekend and I wish I was able to go back again before I left but they were closed on my last day.

Yelp
This food cart offers authentic Hawaiian food menu from the island. Everything is delicious, broke da mout! Great job chef.

Yelp
Yelp might show you other places to eat while you're searching right now but every single other option is wrong. (You'll thank me later.)

Yelp
I was in the neighborhood and wanted to try this new Hawaiian spot since they had good reviews. I had their meat jun and it was delicious. They made it just like the meat jun in Hawaii and I'm originally from there. I'm definitely coming back!

Yelp
This is just too good to ignore. Five of us stopped by for lunch there. First timers, so we order little bit of everything to try. Yet, everyone loves the hurricane chicken. It's sooo goood! Moist, tender chicken meat covering with crispy batter lightly mixed with their unique sauce. Also, the lady is very nice and patience to give us recommendation on what to order. I am officially announcing that this is my favorite Hawaiian food along the west coast. Will definitely come back when I visit Porland next time

Yelp
Pretty tasty place! The staff was nice and they have a solid menu with some mixed plate favorites. We got the Chicharron Chicken and the Hurricane Chicken, both were tasty and accurate to description - extra crispy and a little spicy. Portions were reasonable and I'd definitely go back to try the other stuff! Also, it's located in a food cart pod that have outdoor seating and plenty of other food options!
