Drink menu changes often but here it is as of 10/12/25 highly recommended the Incline peach cider for the misses and a nice Flock Party Ipa & shwarma from next door! wahoo absolute vibe!

Owner, Karen is awesome, along with all the others bartenders. Great people, great conversations. Beers and drinks are always rotating. They also have straightaway cocktails now! Yum.

I love this little cart. The owner is really genuine and kind, and her selection of local brews changes often! She even has mimosas available. There's nothing pretentious about this cart and it feels like a mini version of your favorite neighborhood bar. Hindsight is conveniently right next to a burger cart, so fair warning on that. You'll probably end up eating and drinking more than you had anticipated, not that you'll be sad about it at all - worth the expanding waistline!

Cool bar cart with a wide array of drinks, an interesting owner (who is generous with the dog bones, in case you're with-canine), and quirky clientele, helping anchor an excellent pod of food trucks.

Stop #5b on the "A Day of Adventure in Portland" I've been saying for years that a beer truck would be AMAZING. A foodtruck-esque entity tooling around with a couple beers on tap, some cans, and, other beverages for the muggles. They could set up with other food trucks and provide the desired libations. Here's how I think this place could be cooler: 1. It actually moved. I don't get the idea that this place is actually a movable, travelable food truck. It's in a sort of Food Truck "Hoedown" sort of location. 2. Get with the food entities of the food truck enclave and drum up some beverage pairings. "Oh, you got the Brazilian food? Have you tried the brown ale from X? It pairs great with rice and veggies." or "Mac and Cheese? That goes great with the cabernet. 3. Better customer service. When I walked up, I stood awkwardly while the proprietor talked to someone inside. When they did turn to me, they were all business and no friendliness. They weren't interested in offering suggestions, and as soon as they poured the beer, they went right back to talking. But the idea of the Beer Truck is SOOO awesome.

This cart always has an amazing selection of local options on draft, plus lots of other options in cans and bottles, both alcoholic and nonalcoholic. Prices are very reasonable and the service is friendly. A great place to have a drink or two wither to catch up with the locals or while waiting for your order from another neighboring food cart.

Beyond over priced. Bartender is SO rude. I personally ended up not even getting a drink since she was rude the second we walked up. My partner got crappy service.

Disappointing cart. Overpriced beverages and mediocre service. Most drinks are from a can. Only like 2 taps. Service here is a joke. The owner lady seems intoxicated most of the time. Great place to be if you enjoy hearing complaints. Too bad this cart is not the same quality as some of the other beer/wine/cider/bar carts around town.

A beer, cider tap cart tucked way back on the left at the Bite on Belmont Food Cart Lot. SE 42nd and Belmont. Hindsight has Four rotating taps. Several offerings of beer, wine, cider, and non-alcoholic products in the can or bottle. Prices are fair - cash or card accepted. Tables out front to share with other diners, drinkers of the Bite. Hot in the summer sun, but tables have umbrellas for a little shade. The vendors shut around 9pm, could stay open later, especially in the summer. Karyn is the owner, operator, and works most days. She's an East Coast native, friendly, open-minded, and working to create a great community at the Bite. She selects mostly local - Oregon beers and ciders. Always something new on. Occasionally you'll see an out of state beer. There's a good community with this lot and the vendors - they lookout for one another and can recommend some nice food options. The folks in line at Slappy Cakes across the street will pop in for a Mimosa while they wait 1 plus hours for a table. Ha! The facade outside facing the street is understated, so remember to head all the way back for some local beer.

So, I think everyone is entitled to their opinion, but the bartender spent like 20 minutes practically yelling to her seated customer (maskless) about being against masks and vaccines, all the while ignoring 5 customers including us.. 6:30pm on a Friday.. I don't know, it was such a weird negative experience I doubt I'll ever go there again. Instead of beer we ended up at the wine place next door that let us sit there with our food

Good food, good eat, good God, let's drink (in moderation, of course, we're adults here)! Another go-to, grab a cider while you avoid your children.

Karen is an absolute gem and Hindsight is a phenomenal addition to the Bite food cart pod. Totally understated, but an exceptional selection of rotating taps. I've been picking stopping here for my drafts on the way back to my airbnb over anywhere else in the neighborhood just because it's so cool, intimate and personable. One of my favorite hangs so far and I feel like a local whose been coming here forever, even though I've only been in town since Tuesday.

Hindsight has great beer and wine selections. Perfect for the food carts around it. The Mac and cheese with a beer is on point. Would have gone back for another round if I wasn't driving.

Good glory, what a fine establishment. Excellent beer and cider selection in an amazing food cart pod. If you're looking for something to help wash down that Mac n cheese, or maybe a mimosa to go with your breakfast sandwich on a Saturday morning, hindsight has you covered. Rotating taps. Staff with nice faces. Competitive prices. A fine asset to the Belmont neighborhood. Give them all of your money. Five stars.

Great little beer and wine cart. There are just a few beers on but they always have a great cider.
