Quelle merveilleuse soirée ! Xavier et sa femme m’ont accueilli avec une cuisine succulente et une ambiance très agréable. Les échanges avec eux ainsi que les autres clients étaient très intéressant. Je recommande vivement ! Le poisson est goûtu et bien préparé ! C’est d’ailleurs pour ça que je n’ai pas pris de photo des sushis !

Alors non, la gastronomie ne devrait pas couter ce prix. Il y a des restaurant incroyable, bien meilleur pour 100€ par couvert (le prix du menu Hinoki il y a quelques années d'ailleurs). Je ne sais pas pourquoi les prix ici ont autant augmenté, mais la cuisine certes excellente, ne le justifie pas du tout. 165 € à présent, ça ressemble à de la pigeonnade.

J'ai vécu notre soirée chez Hinoki comme une expérience hors du temps, une sorte de voyage gastronomique au Japon. Et j'ai adoré ça car outre les mets excellents (rien n'a voir avec les restos japonais classique, ici c'est autre chose !), il y a le spectacle hypnotique de la préparation ainsi que les échanges enrichissants sur la culture autour du sushi. En synthèse, je ne peux que recommander très fortement Hinoki, bravo et merci à eux pour ce qu'ils font.

Un repas aussi reposant qu’apaisant aussi étonnant que cela puisse paraître. Une cuisine excellente, et un chef qui nous partage son savoir sur la culture japonaise. En bref une soirée parfaite allez y les yeux fermés ! On espère de tout cœur pouvoir revenir.
