Not enough words for how AMAZING HipCityVeg is! 🌈✨ ALL VEGAN fast food? Done right? Yes, this is it! Delicious fast food style choices include burgers, chicken, fries & milkshakes. The inside is bright & cheery. Always amazing service. Food is so fresh, so delicious, just perfect! Highly recommend their fried “chicken” sandwhich as that’s what got them famous. Super massive, crispy “chicken” (vegan) with a wonderful bun, toppings & their ranch is mind blowing. Their “nuggets” are also great to grab! Our meat eater friend who tagged along commented how he didn’t even know it was mock chicken. ALSO- their sweet potato fries are the best I’ve ever had- no joke. Seriously, don’t skip this spot!

I would just like to take some time to commend the staff here at this particular location. I order from this restaurant on a consistent basis. The food is always delicious & on point. Unfortunately , on several occasions my food was stolen from the delivery person. I’m sure many people have run into this issue. This location has been so proficient and proactive that I didn’t even realize my food was stolen this time around. This was of course due to the staff getting right to the issue & solving it asap. My food still arrived at the time it was initially supposed to & that alone is quite impressive. Thank you & keep up the great service!

I'm a lil upset cuz everytime I come here there's always a problem. It's hit or miss with customer service. I thought I'd give it another shot but everytime I come there'd always something wrong with my order. I ordered a large meal deal and got a small drink and small fry. The woman who took my order looked miserable. I work in the restaurant industry. I know how hard it can be but it's every time I come. I'm so upset. Cuz it takes me 40 mins to drive into the city just to get a vegan cheesesteak. :( Food is amazing. Service could be better.

This use to be my favorite place to come eat today I went in and the person that should’ve been up front was gathering items for food which is understandable I waited 3 times she walked passed me and didn’t acknowledge me, didn’t say hi, didn’t say I’ll be with you in a min I end up leaving and going to Panera bread where their more polite and considerate I never ever use to consider on writing reviews until now because there’s no way I’m going to pay money and have someone serve me with a bad attitude and you can tell she definitely didn’t want to be there no one wants to work I work in a hospital I’m frustrated all the time being mistreated by patients but I DON’T walk around like that and money DON’T come easy now so there’s no way I’m spending my money in a place with negativity energy I was so annoyed I walked out please teach your employees to not show they DON’T want to serve their customers very unprofessional

This place was disgusting. It smelled something terrible and the food didn't taste any better. I was so hopeful because I have Celiac's Disease. I heard the cook cursing up a storm because he had to make my food gluten free. The lights were basically off when we walked in and the chairs were up, very uninviting. I took 2 bites and didn't finish my food even though I wanted to because it was SO expensive.

I traveled from Harrisburg, PA, for work in Philly, and remembered this vegan spot my brother told me about. He said it's the best vegan cheesteak he's ever had! When I got there, I was told the grill was not working. I told the brother, named Enoch, that I traveled all the way from Harrisburg for that cheesesteak. He said, "bro, I got you! You came all the way from Harrisburg? I'm going to make your sandwich on the griddle." THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!! That joint was slamming, and I could only imagine what it have tasted like grilled. I got the Kale Lemonade to wash it down. My only complaint is that you're not in Harrisburg or Hershey!

One word. Disgusting. I ordered on Uber eats from this location and my cheesesteak was covered in oil and grease so much is got all over the bag. This is so gross. I’ve been a customer here since they opened and this was my first time ordering from this location. So nasty and unhealthy.
