The restaurant excited our expectations. From first moment to last, food, vibe and service was on highest possible level. Big thanks to all the staff especially our host Rike (hopefully I spelled it right) that made our time fly with warm and professional approach. On top of perfect service, food was delicious and this place have our full recommendation. For sure place to visit again.

Superb Italian fare and impeccable service. We visit every time we're in Munich. Always look forward to dining here. We’re back after a year and a half of lost vacations. The food and service was better than ever. Nothing like some vitello tonnato for a starter and osso bucco with pfefferlanger mushrooms.

My wife and I had the 4-course menu, including selected wines. Service is professional and transactional, nothing that stood out. The food was good, but nothing exceptional. I must admit that my expectations were high (we had been to a few other nice Italian restaurants in Munich plus I read the outstanding feedbacks of others), but not met. The ambient is nice and cosy. In sum, in terms of value for money there are in our point of view better options in Munich.

TLDR: spend your money somewhere else Went here a few days ago for my birthday as we live very close and it seemed to have decent reviews. All four of us went with the 4 course surprise menu with matching wines They ask you if you'd like the fish or the meat option and the rest is up to them. I usually love that concept and have never really been disappointed until now. My husband who doesn't particularly like fish naturally went for the meat option. Imagine our "surprise" when three of the four courses contained fish as the main ingredient!? It's not what you'd hope for when you go for the meat option and it would have been nice of that had been made clear on advance. Personally I don't mind fish but I wouldn't expect it in every single course. Also I'm not sure what fish was inside the ravioli type dumplings but it was very dry. The pairings were so so... What the wines lacked in finesse and taste the staff made up in quantity. Again not really what we were there for... Talking about the service, it was indifferent at best verging on the disinterested. All in all considering the amount of money we paid per person I was disappointed. Would not come again.
