Historic Downtown Liberty, Inc

Spend some time here at some of the historical places that downtown liberty has to offer. This is a very neat place with some amazing architecture. It was fun to drive around the different neighborhoods and see the beautiful houses in this downtown area. We also went to a place called liberty Jail. Here they talk a little bit about the history of some of the pioneers that came to the Missouri area. This was a very spiritual experience for me and my family as well. I definitely recommend coming to the historic liberty area.

We go to Liberty in the summer to go to their outdoor market. Lots of vendors and big selection of veggies, homemade bakery items, coffee, jewelry and other crafts. Every one is so friendly!

Went to the apple festival today! Had some apple pie from their 10' pie!😃 By the way, it was amazing! There were lots of vendors to check out. Here's a little bit of history to read about for y'all history buffs🤣.

Absolutely a fantastic place to eat, shop, drink, or just hang out with friends! Great boutiques, awesome coffee shop, amazing restaurants, and some of the best year-round festivals in Kansas City!! Love spending time here!!

A nice downtown with loads of shops, restaurants and more

I went during the summer. Nice park, with water fountain. Had a father's market. The fresh fruit and veggies were so good I went back the following weekend. People are friendly in this small area. Also went to a small park which had a shelter, a few children toys and restrooms. Last but not least one of my new found thrift stores.

It's a great downtown, however with the Covid 19 a lot of stores are not able to reopen or stay open. A lot of history is here with James bank and the old jail just off the square.

Liberty has a fantastic farmers market! The downtown area is still a work in progress but has some pretty great places to shop and eat.
