Absolutely perfect dinner. My wife says its the best meal she's ever eaten. Being older and with more time at the table I'd put it in my top 5 which says something.
It's hard to know where to begin: Each course was perfectly cooked , sauced and then served by charming ladies who paid attention to every detail.
The plates were beautiful to look at and pleased and surprised with every bite : High French cuisine with a deft Japanese touch that added balance , color and surpising twists to the sauces that
were as good as I've ever eaten.
The red Sancerre wine we chose went perfectly with the dishes.
Top scores to the chef and crew!
Not to be missed and really a bargain for this level of cooking.
Why chef has not been awarded a Michellin star is beyond me.
