Worst Bad service

Gửi tiền về VN tưởng nhanh. Yêu cầu nhận ngay hôm sau tại VN Họ nói không sao, được. Hỏi người nhà nhận cách tới 2 ngày! Ngày thứ 2 tới 12 giờ trưa mới chuyển! Làm ăn không có uy tín hỏi sao có lần thứ hai! Phí hơn 1 dollar/ $100 gửi.

Tôi luôn gởi tiền ở chỗ này, tuy lệ phí cao hơn mấy chỗ khác. Nhưng gởi hoài rồi quen. Hôm nay chạy tới định gởi tiền về vn. Tôi đi trễ nên sắp tới gọi vô trước thì được biết là tiệm đóng cửa lúc 5 giờ. Lúc tôi gọi là 4 giờ 55 phút mà tôi chỉ còn 1 phút nữa tới. Tôi vẫn thấy cửa tiệm còn mở, mà nhân viên nói là ông chủ cài alarm rồi nên không tiếp khách nữa. Mặc dù còn 4 phút nữa mới tới 5 giờ. Thôi vậy từ nay không gởi tiền ở đây nữa.

Tôi mới mua sữa 12 lon sữa enterre cho bà mẹ tôi ở Vietnam khoản 1 tuần ,sữa vừa đến nhà bà mẹ tôi mở ra thì sửa sắp hết hạn, tháng 7 hết hàng tôi không ngờ Tiệp hoa phát là một tiệm ai ai cũng biết đến như làm ăn như vậy thiệt là không đúng một chuc nào tôi nói đây không phải gì, như ma phải có lương tâm chức, vì bà mẹ tôi ở xã tôi phải gói đi, như một lần này cũng đã sở rồi à còn những người làm tôi đến mùa như mà làm như tôi đi xin dạy. Không có lịch sử một chuc nao

Làm ăn vô trách nhiệm. Thái độ thì ko đúng. Ko giúp đỡ khách hàng. Ko thèm trả lời khách hàng.

This business is dishonestly to Vietnamese customers, I sent a package cost $150 as advertised display with original Tylenol boxes and other medicines including. I make sure that they will send what ever as advertised. My cousin at Việt Nam sent me pictures of medicines that was received, most from Costco and Sam's club. Not original Tylenol as they advertised. I came to office at spoke to the clerk and she told me as long as Tylenol replacement then it's fine. Very unprofessional answer and don't care attitude . I told her if you advertised one thing but selling different things and dishones to customers then no one will do business with you. You can do it to me only once for all. Be careful when you're doing business with Hoa Phat shipping.

Update: first let me make correction... $500 ($7 fee) $600 ($8 fee) not $12 as previously stated. Well..... of course the lady denies remembering the convo she had w my husband just the day before... so we already considered our battle lost and my husband admits his fault and flaw for not checking the receipt. After much expressed concerns regarding their business services, esp to loyal customer like my husband, she agree to refund my husband half the amt. better than nothing.... But make note, we will no longer be returning here and many family & friends will be warn!!! Good luck to all! Update: First... correction of service fee $500 ($7). $600 ($8) and not $12 as previously stated. We knew it was a lost battle going in to clear this issue out. Of course the lady my husband spoke to denies the convo they had yesterday regarding the payment my husband verbally announce the amount of payment. And after much discussion and concerns of their service practices (as in many reviews on Yelp) she agree to negotiate half the refund. It's better than nothing YOU Be the judge! Will you take the risks? My husband have been here monthly, fOr YEARS for their service to send money home to family in VN. He trusted this business! then on 10/15/21, after many months not able to send $$$ to VN due to Covid lockdown, he went to send $600 (+12$ service fee). My husband VERBALLY ANNOUNCED that he is handing the lady (with glasses) $620, and she gave him the change. My husband was in hurry to to go work and did not check the receipt at the moment (his flaw, but then he trusted this business for years or so he thought????). Then next day 10/16/21, he spoke with his family in VN and had told him they only received $500. My husband was concerned and then now checked his receipt and noticed it was written for $500 + service fee.... Again, I understand this is my husband fault, tough lessen learned!). We shall see what the business and this woman will say when my husband return to confront them next day 10/16/21.. of course it's gonna be hard to proof, his words against hers... With this review, you be the judge and take your risk if you do use their services and BETTER BE SURE TO CHECK THOSE RECEIPT BEFORE LEAVING!!! I have no choice but to give them a one star

This review is for the "Xe Do Hoa Phat" Which claims to have power outlets at every seat, wifi service, restroom, reclining seat, complimentary lunch sandwich, full AC and heat. When arrived, they claim they don't have a driver for the "big bus" so we are stuffed into a small van which do not have any of the listed service, and they still charge $30 per person for the small van with non of the service listed earlier. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!! Will have to write an FTC complaint for false advertisement. If this can get negative stars, it would, because this is a SCAM. STAY AWAY.

This was the best bus service. The owner is super nice. The driver was polite & good. They ordered foods base on your request. I also received gift from them. Highly recommend this bus service

This is a review based on transportation of boxes from San Jose to Westminister (if you ever need anything from Home) - You can ship pretty much anything on the bus depending on where they leave (San Jose or Westminister) and it's pretty cheap. My mom sent some Lunar New Year items for me in a medium sized bag and it was only $5 to ship. The people were nice and called me when the bus has arrived and they hold your stuff in an office so you can come pick up anytime before 5 PM. However, please be prepared to speak Vietnamese....! It seems like majority of the workers are Vietnamese speaking only

It took me a while to take a first trip with Hoa Phat Xe Khach because I was hesitating due to other negative inputs. Finally, I decided to give my self a try. I was very SURPRISE. Not just the price is inexpensive but EVERYTHING ELSE were GOOD, too. The driver was very polite and assisted the elders, who needed extra hand. The bus was very clean with AC running fine. The whole trip was a smooth ride, without any problem. ***** FIVE STARS BUS. Certainly, I will use Hoa Phat Xe Khach again.

If I can I just give them no They dont know how customer service is.. so stupid I came to send some stuff for my family in Vietnam. They dont want me to write down how many stuffs I have. They give me a bad attitude when I want to write down what I have. They said just write something like clothes, medicine,.... and then I asked them: what are u doing if I have 4 bottles of the oil but my Dad just get 3 of them? They Just keep silent...... The office was really hot and dirty too. This is American not a stupid and communist country. I think they should learn how to serve customers well if they want to run their business for a long time

For the record, when you're taking using any bus service similar to this one, you just really have to have low expectations. So with that in mind, I think Xe Do Hoa Phat is really fantastic and provides great service! I'm not sure why the other reviews are so passionately negative but I've never had a problem with anything. They are relatively new so often times their seats are quite vacant and so you end up with lots of leg room in the bus. As a music student, I travel with my large instrument and they are always happy to take the case along with my luggage and never charge me extra for it. The ride can take anywhere from 5 hours to 9 depending on the traffic so you really just have to prepare for that 4-hour difference because the bus has no control over what traffic might occur. I also super appreciate that I can buy my ticket ahead online and I love that they give you a stamp card. Every 6th ride is free! All in all, a standard experience. Can't complain with a ticket costing only 30 dollars.

I am happy when I decided to try this bus for my mini trip to see my parents from Westminster to San Jose because it was comfortable, convenient, and reasonable price. First, the comfort, the seats are comfortable with thick cushions, easy to recline, and plenty of room for legs to stretch. The driver was friendly and helpful, which he help me my loading the luggages, he stopped two times for people to use the restroom. They provide lunch with a baguette with tasty stuff inside and a fresh water bottle, so I don't have to worry about hungry or thirsty. The car is rather old, but the floor and the seats are clean; however , the windows need to clean because there are many spots. The air conditioning works perfectly. Second, it's convenient. I didn't have to make reservation, and I have just show up around 8am to buy a ticket and choose your favorite seat because it first come first serve. I could park my car there for couple days, so I can you my car when I return which save me time and money. Also, I can use their restroom at ticket booth location before and after the trip, and this means so much for sensitive bladder person. Lastly, it cost only$30 for one way.

This review for Hoa Phat at Rosemead, LA. I usually come here when I need to send sth for my family in viet nam but the service never gets better. The short hair lady is so so rude and has a very bad attitude. It's so weird she called me to have to pay extra or take my package home because it over lbs even though my package done a day ago and almost ready to go. Then I absolutely decided to take it home and write this review(I never write any review before) because I regret using a terrible business for a while.

This place is NOT a currency exchange center. I walked in there and showed the ladies a euro coin and she had no clue what it was. Also they speak zero English.

The staffs didn't know the difference between bodymist and perfume. They charged me a stupid amount of money $7/bottle. Wtf!!!?!??! The lady was sitting behind the glassess said "I don't know, just because these bottles have sprays on it so we considered all of it as perfume". Are you freaking joking ? By the way, the staffs in Bishop were more professional than these ladies at Bolsa. Unfortunately, They're closed rencently. I don't give af the people who is working for Hoa Phat being nice or not. Hire someone who can use their brain please! Never come back to this freaking place again.

Worst ever, shipping shoes doesnt matter sale or not, they require the receipts and 10% fee extra base on the regular price of the shoes, not sale price, customer service is worst, typical old vietnamese people running style. They dont need customers. Been to a lot of bad places but this place is just over the top, make me want to take a angry management class!

Friendly service from the staff, she greeted me with a smile which makes me feel welcome, but this place needs a cleaning service because the counter where i sat to fill out my paperwork is dusty and sticky.

Unfortunately there's not an option to give them 0 stars. Be aware, they're very dangerous. The drivers make very wide turns and do not consider oncoming traffic

Horrible bus. Stay away from Xe Do Hoa Phat. The AC didn't work. I had to stay in that steamer for 6 hours. Please stop and improve your service before doing business.

Extremely easy and quick money transfers via Western Union. Low fee of around $5. Fast service and they got your info set up for repeat business. I like these guys. In and out for under 5 minutes for money transfers.

Ok, tonight is new year eve, like everyone, i just wanna have a peaceful and jouful night after almost 5 hours driving from my home...unfortunately, i was welcomed by a grouchy lady at the store. Before coming, i checked their hours. It's closed at 6.30pm, i arrived at 4.35pm with a heavy box. The old lady said:' it's late, why do u come at this time, then u have to wait for a long time...' i didnt say anything but straight to the point i want my package delivered to Ha Noi. I know she's old and it's kind of late afternoon, maybe she just wanna go back home and have new year eve with her family. So Do I!!! But their service is so amature. I asked her about the fee of my iphone 6 plus, she said $40, but after packing my stuff, she said 'oh oh sorry it's $50.' And i was so suprised when she told me the fee for the package. It costs twice than other place. I just want to take my stuff back and leave but she said she packed it all already, 'u pay $10 for packing fee and tape#&$^#%!^!!!!!! Oh god bless me!!!!! Calm down i have to be really calm down, make a payment and leave. But NEVER EVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!!
