What will open inside Keg & Case - Eater Twin Cities
"This retail location of Hobby Farmer is a vinegar lover’s dream come true—they’ll be serving a fermented vinegar drink called switchel." - Cinnamon Janzer
Have been happy with their products in the past but I received pickled beets for Christmas with an experation date of 2/22 but they were already spoiled, exchanged them for a new jar but that one does not look it was processed correctly either and has an altered exp date not sure I'll be back.

I bought some spicy medallion pickles and was quite pleased. I was initially told this was a homemade semisweet brine which - to be honest - is usually not my cup of tea. No, they aren't your usual dill pickle, but they aren't your basic sweet pickle either. With a good amount of spice (6/10 maybe) and an interesting and unique flavor, I will be picking these up again.

Yelp
We were happy to stumble upon The Hobby Farmer Canning Company during our visit to Clutch Brewing. They are located in the Keg & Case Market along with some other very cool stores and eateries.
I'm a sucker for almost anything pickled, hot, and zesty and The Hobby Farmer's offerings didn't disappoint. The hot pickled peppers are outstanding. I also added a little Zesty Garlic and Pepper pickle juice to my Bloody Mary (along with the pickle of course), and it took it up another level. I will absolutely be back and can't wait to try their other products. What a find!

Yelp
I am officially addicted to these drinks. All of the flavors are delicious in my opinion but I am a fanatic for apple cider vinegar - so if that's not your jam you may still enjoy it because the flavor isn't too overpowering. Best part is you can sample at the market and get all of the deets!

Yelp
I am hooked on their pickles they have the best!! Great on a burger or in your bloody Mary or just grab a pickle to eat. Zesty garlic is my favorite, but I have also tried the mystery pickles and those are delicious as well they are a little hot but super good I drive 60 miles round trip to get their pickles. If you haven't tried them you should!!! You won't be disappointed!
