Hobby Lobby

This is a good store. They have a huge selection on every craft you can think of. I love that there is always a sale on holiday items. The store is clean and well organized. I have only had positive interactions with the customer service agents.

It was cool! I went there to get more beads because i have a bracelet business and they had the most options of all the storee I have went to! I definitely recommend coming here!

The store is well organized and the staff are friendly. I also found some great items on sale.

I took two pages of $2. bills to be framed and the clerk gave me the price using ready made frames. I said it was good and he took everything to the back. I waited not really knowing he was back there putting them together. I would say about 40 minutes he was back with both sheets of money framed. It was a excellent job and all my framing work will be brought to Hobby Lobby. They are closed on Sunday for the employees to have a opportunity to take their family to church. I think that is great.

I honestly love this store. Most HL in other areas are run down, but this one is nice.

Great products! Good people! We have bought 6 windchimes this year and many yardstakes through the years. Love colors!

Love this store. My kids had gift cards from Christmas that they used, and they still have money left on them for another visit!

Not 100% crazy about the hours but they have everything you could imagine and if you're nice to the employees they give you a heads up about the when certain sales start. I was looking at stemmed flowers for a baby shower (this was on a Friday). A staff member helping me find what I needed informed me that what I was looking at purchasing would go on sale on just 3 days on Monday. I purchased the other items and came back on Monday for the first set ;-)

I was there and the trash out front was so bad. People were kicking it inside cuz how overwhelming the trash was on the ground out front. They had 3 registers open. And many employees just hanging around on there phones. Definitely will not recommend going shopping at this location. I couldn't emphasize how disappointed i am with whoever is running this location. If it's that gross in the front of the store i couldn't imagine how it looks where we can't see.

Absolutely awful! The manager has no business working in customer service. Literally, we had a CART LOAD of great stuff for furnishing an entire newly built house (that was going to be featured on an interior design photo shoot; well over $300. As we are checking out the manager woman is like "those paw wall decors are not on sale.".. even though there are numerous end caps around the store saying they ARE indeed on sale. It said "all wall furnisher/decor" and the sign was NEXT TO THE PAW HANGERS. We were like "really? Look over there please.. they are." And she wouldn't even look. Unreal. How rude. Rolled her eyes. We left without getting a SINGLE THING. I will never go back to a store that trains their employees to treat people like that. How could a workplace deliver such service?

Most of the time I have a great experience. Today, not so much. I prefer HL bc they're dog friendly - per their corporate website AND I've called prior to bringing my dog to double check AND I've had a total of 3 dogs in this particular store for 7 years or better. Today, I went in to do some shopping with my two pups, everything was fine, I'd been there for at least an hour - we'd greeted other guests and employees alike. My dogs know to heel when walking, to sit when I stop - they're well trained and not ever an issue in public. As I was stopped speaking with a random customer who wanted to pet the pretty puppies - one was rolled over at his feet, belly exposed wagging for all she was worth - we hear a store manager bellow "IS THAT DOG VICIOUS!? You can't have those dogs in here if they're going to bite someone!!!" Ummm, wtf? I explained, calmly, that they do not bite & the gentleman that was currently petting one of them was a perfect stranger & asked if they looked vicious to him (SM) at which point he continued braying that I couldn't have vicious dogs on premises, totally disregarding anything I was saying or looking at the dog's body language. Since he continued his rant I politely told him one was a service dog (true) and the other is in training (also true) it was only at that time that he shut up and moved on. I hadn't seen him before, I'm sure he's a joy and a blessing to work for - corporate, if you're reading this & suddenly start having higher than normal turnover, I'd look at management. ***and for those that are wondering if it's a breed issue - but no they're GSPs, not Bullies, shepherds, Mals, or any other breed that is frequently profiled as being "vicious."

I generally like Hobby Lobby, however I seem to notice that a advertise item usually can't be found in store and they have to order it, If you don't have it on the shelves don't advertise it. Christmas was really bad, they advertised many xmas trees but really only had about 12 different styles on display but only had a few on the shelves.

They close at 8, dont be late they cut the lights off on you. And they come on the intercom "We are closed please exit the store now" Also allowing bums to beg for change inside your store is pretty crappy. It also wouldn't take 10 minutes of your managers time to have an employee or manager himself clean the front area/parking lot from all the trash and diapers. Dirty Hobby Lobby, bums, and rude service. I also had an item picked out and she said how much was it and I told her and she goes I have to check. But nobody came so she said you can get it next time and I'll give you a discount. What a sales pitch! Thanks Hobby Lobby, CLEAN UP YOUR ACT.

I love the variety and when I can't find someone I can always locate a helpful employee.i love the sales and coupons. It's one of my favorite stores to buy Christmas decorations, frames, craft supplies and cards.

I went and saw a stuffed animal on the 50% off display, which I and anyone would think it's was 50% off. When I went to check out it turns out that it was no 50% off so why is the stuffed animal on that display of it's not 50% off ?

Terrible customer service. First time returning something here and I could not find the receipt. I had the item with the tag in ti and it was 39.99$. The lady at the register was terribly rude to me. She was upset that I did not have the receipt and called the manager to verify that they actually sell the item in the store. Manager came back and said that the tag in the item was wrong and that they would only give me 35$ back minus 50% off going on today. So I only got back a small fraction of what I spent. Not coming back.

One of my favorite stores!! Store times are posted on their doors. No excuse for trying to shop later.

Customer service is terrible at this store. They refuse any return if the item isn't able to be resold. This is completely different than the online version of in store refund policies. Their products are dollar store quality priced to high. I will never shop there again and I believe all of Texas should ban them as other states have!

Workers did not know there products and said sorry find somone else to help you. Very poor customer service.
