I love how this company managed to make fluffy vegan eggs with tofu without tasting like tofu. Not that I dislike tofu. But I love the versatility the true egg flavor adds to my life because having everything taste like straight tofu gets boring. We use this product weekly and mostly for breakfast or brunch. I am a retired vegan MD who is highly attuned to the downsides of processed foods and sodium. When I recently stumbled across this HODO brand of Tofu (the basic organic version) I was blown away. At last, a processed food that is not doing it's best to poison the consumer in the name of product shelf-life and/or pandering to the public's addiction to salt! It's salt, cholesterol, trans-fat, and saturated fat free. It has significantly more protein and less overall fat than all the other premium Tofu brands carried at my Whole Foods Market. And most importantly for us Vegans, it has a robust amount of calcium. I eat one 10 oz package of the product daily and that gives me a 42gm protein and 780mg Calcium boost. This is outstanding! It has a very pleasantly dense consistency. I use it right out of the package over my home-made sodium-free humus atop toasted sodium-free Ezekiel bread, or in my salads. It's great. Hodo: I can't thank you enough for making a perfect product. Please don't change this sodium-free recipe or sell the business.

Was fine with the tofu until my mom found a hair sealed inside of a package of Moroccan tofu. We’re kinda hesitant to eat the rest now.

Wonderful organic, non-gmo tofu! I love their yuba (tofu skin), braised tofu, and soy milk. Their are so many distinctly Asian foods that you simply cannot buy in organic, non-gmo form! This is true even for soy products. For example, while you can find the organic, non-gmo extra-firm tofu popular in salads and as a vegan substitute, until now I could never find any organic, non-gmo braised tofu. And it simply does not taste the same when you try and substitute extrafirm tofu. I am so excited to finally be able make some organic, non-gmo braised tofu stir-fry and tofu skin rolls (fu pi juan)!

I have tried the braised tofu, and its very good. Would be Fantastic if I didnt feel guilty eating it because animals were hurt and killed in glue traps while making it. Please find another way!! dont hurt our fellow earthlings!

The tofu is already drained and wonderfully seasoned. I’ve used it in wraps, stews and stir fries. It freezes very well, too.
