Hoe Lee Kow

"This relaxing and casual restaurant, set within Dubai Hills Business Park, is another venture from notable local chef, Reif Othman. A playful and colourful space with Korean elements adorning the walls, the contemporary Korean eatery specialises in barbecue, with a nice selection of wagyu beef and a noteworthy marinated grilled salmon dish paired with gochujang sauce. Prices are good, especially the business lunch. Expect warm service from the attentive and smiling team." - Michelin Inspector

Had a great time at the Sam-Cha Brunch at Hoe Lee Kow! The place has such a fun vibe, it was perfect for a weekend hangout. There was so much variety of Korean and Asian food, everything was super yummy and really good quality. The dishes were full of flavor and nicely presented. The cocktails were also a highlight, so so tasty. The staff were super friendly and made sure we had everything, so it made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun and delicious brunch in Dubai!

Absolutely wonderful brunch experience! We had an amazing time at your restaurant — everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of rich, authentic Korean flavors. Every dish we tried was a highlight. The live music was truly the heart of the experience — it wasn’t just background entertainment, it brought everyone together! The energy was incredible, people were singing along, and it created a joyful, uplifting atmosphere that made the brunch unforgettable. A special thank you to Agata, the manager, whose attention to detail and warm hospitality ensured that everything ran smoothly. Her professionalism and personal touch elevated the entire experience — the service and organization were truly exceptional. The ambiance was warm, vibrant, and beautifully styled — we felt completely immersed. Thank you for such a memorable brunch. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone we know!

I tried the Sam Cha Brunch at Hoe Lee Kow today and really enjoyed it. The food was fresh and flavorful, especially the dumplings and the Korean fried chicken. The atmosphere was relaxed and the service friendly and efficient. A great spot for a weekend brunch – I’d definitely come back!

A friend recommended this korean restaurant, we visited shortly after it opened. It's located in Dubai Hills Business Park, and free valet parking is available. The restaurant isn't very spacious or luxurious, it has more of a casual pub vibe, which doesn't really match the prices. The food here is better described as Korean fusion rather than Korean cuisine. We ordered bulgogi, angus striploon, Korean crispy squid, crispy prawn kimbap, and a bowl of rice each for two people. The portions were small and the prices quite high. Personally, I didn't find the food very tasty. The bulgogi was quite salty, and the striploin was just average. Overall, it was a disappointing meal. At these price, I'd recommend trying other Korean restaurant instead. On the bright side, the staff were friendly.

I dined at Ho Lee Kow on Arafat Day. The place is quite far from where I live - nestled in the Emaar Hills Business Park. That area has a smattering of nice restaurants. I had the Soju, Gimbap, Chicken Mandu, Jeju Scallops, Tteokbokki & Ramyun Bowl. The gimbap was just alright. The tteokbokki was so filling it kind of dampened my appetite. The rest of the food was sublime! The place is nice, the service is friendly.

The space at Hoe Lee Kow is beautiful and the staff is attentive and friendly. I had their business lunch and chose the Dak Bibimbap as my main and upgraded it to include appetizer, dessert, and coffee or tea. I went with beef mandu, which had an interesting cheese sauce with it, and the hot chocolate cake, which was rich and chocolatey. All of the items were tasty but nothing that really wowed me sadly. It was definitely Korean with a twist, and for now I think I prefer the traditional Korean way of things more than the fusion or modern take. Maybe I’ll simply have to revisit and try out some of their other items to have a more definitive conclusion about the restaurant. All in all, Hoe Lee Kow has potential. I didn’t love my first visit here but I’m planning to give it a second shot and see if the other items will change my mind. I do have to say that the business lunch here is a great deal.
