The Best Sports Bars in NYC

"There’s a jumbo screen in this vast beer hall in the new Tangram Mall. Open since November, Hoi Polloi features BOGO beers Sunday to Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. and $6 wings. Beer flights are $15 to $20. For food, look for chopped salad, rice balls, jerk chicken, brats, and kebabs." - Eater Staff

I've been here several times and now I really like the atmosphere. They have nice lighting. The lighting has gotten better since the first time I went. It was too dark for me, but now it's better. The lights are really cool and so is the atmosphere. They have a Foosball table and a large TV for sports. My go to drink here is the kpop spritz. And I like their steak fries. It's a nice place to bring your friends to relax and hang out. There's also a balcony in the back for those who want to take a smoke break or get some air.

Kind of a sports bar with a more pop/modern vibe. Has great bar food and service. The interior looks fun and vibrant, very clean. There are several areas for activities that includes table tennis, connect 4, foosball, Jenga, etc. There are some outdoor seating with a view, but the view is nothing spectacular. Located inside Tangram mall. Its kind of hard to access since you have to enter the mall and walk awhile to get there. I think it's still under the radar and would be nice if more people knows about the bar. It was pretty empty whenever I visited.

Great place to watch a game with friends. Located in the deep corner of the food court on the second floor of Tangram. The drinks section, especially the draft beer, is extensive and varied which I enjoyed. The quality of the food is very good and makes you almost forget you are at a bar. The service is very quick and attentive, if not the best I’ve had at a bar. Large open area with plenty of seating and bathrooms are spacious and well maintained. The chips and guac are wonderful. The salsa is also great.

What a cool experience in flushing, located inside Tengram mall. Plenty of seating, beers on tap, very clean bathrooms. The food is excellent and worth sharing with friends. They have various games and offer a unique experience for flushing. I shared photos. Enjoy.

Hoi Polloi is a great venue for a gathering or a team-building event. It is easy to access from NYC. The menu is very interesting, and provides food from different countries. Karaoke there is a lot of fun, and the sound system is excellent. The space is very open, and can easily host 50 people for a fun party. The service is awesome. We had an offsite event there recently, and everyone had a great time.

Brand new food court in Flushing! I saw many different kinds of Asian restaurants (Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese, Japanese etc.) and I’m very excited that more restaurants are coming in soon. I tried Vietnam sandwich, Japanese rice ball, and Macao tarts (taro, dorian, chocolate flavors) and they were all pretty good. I will come back to this place to try more new food!

All draft beers. No bottles. Good selection, but no asian beers. Food good. Bar food but a bit fancier. Bar staff friendly and attentive. Not too crowded for game.. yet. Big TV so can view from most spots. Outdoor area for smoking.

Visited to get some work done with friends. Ordered the chips and Old flames. the cocktail is bit strong with deep sense and layers of flavors, very settled spice. they also have a new karaoke machine and a variety of games you can choose. Perfect for hangouts with friends.
