Driving up, the area has good parking, but somewhat limited, due to the amount of people. Upon walking in, we were greeted and seated very quickly, but we did have a reservation. The place wasn't packed yet, which I was happy about. The people that were dining seemed like seasoned sushi crowd people, if that makes sense. We started off with the miso soup and I had a house salad with ginger dressing. The soup was good and the house salad was also good. My wife had the miso soup and the avocado salad, she loved the avocado salad. We also shared the chicken dumplings, which were served lukewarm. My wife thought there was a mistake made since they came out lukewarm, but I think that's what the chef wanted, because they were perfect and delicious the way they were served. When I ordered for my 5-year-old, I ordered the katsu pork, but didn't know it was ramen because I didn't read the menu correctly. It looked delicious when it was brought over, since we hadn't ordered our main course yet, my wife said that she would like to have it, so I just ordered a couple rolls for myself. The ramen looked delicious, but my wife said it was only okay. I had a taste of the broth, the noodles and the pork. The broth was average and the noodles I thought could be better, the pork was tasty. I ordered the lobster roll and the dragon roll. The lobster roll was very good, but the dragon roll was amazing! It was crispy on the outside, more so than anywhere else I've been, which made it even better. Unfortunately, they are not kid friendly, so they don't have a kids menu here, so my daughter ate a little bit of what we had and also some calamari. To end the meal we had the green tea tiramisu, which was very good, better than expected. We also ordered the chocolate mousse cake, which was absolutely delicious. Finally, the service... Our server was always nearby when needed, quick with our orders, knowledgeable and friendly. This is a great place for dinner, but leave the kids at home.
