11 Twin Cities Restaurant and Bar Openings to Know This September | Eater Twin Cities

"I recommend stopping through this Central Avenue spot for an iced pan de muertos latte laced with orange extract or an Hola mocha made with cacao and sweetened with honey, a tidy evolution from Vanessa Palestino’s original coffee cart." - Justine Jones

The MVB was one of the best lattes I've had in the twin cities, with the perfect amount of espresso and syrup. The shop is adorable and in the perfect location in NE! There’s only a few small tables, so it’s definitely not a place to work remotely, but would be perfect to meet with a friend at.

I found this place with my coffee pass and thought their options were great! I love that they are dog friendly and have a door dedicated to pups that visit. I thought the coffee was amazing but the place is small so I highly recommend takeout unless you don't mind the small seating spaces! I would Come here again.

Came here w/ my partner, immediately greeted by a smile from the barista named Emily :D We both ordered a coffee & a latte. It was SO good!!!! Made small talk w/ Emily, we felt so welcomed & right at home. Visiting from Chicago, & love trying out new cute laces like Hola! Highly recommend to everyone ^_^

I completely love this place the coffee is just perfect!! Empanadas are a 10 specifically, when they are warmed up, not too expensive and a good location if you are out for a walk ! Definitely 💯I’ll be back 🩷

Love this place. The selection of coffee and food is great; as well, the staff are wonderful and welcoming. A real "home away from home" feel. So grateful to have this place so near, as it's simply a walk across the park for me! The lavender latte with oat-milk and a spinach empanada is perfection.

It's the weekend, and you know what that means! Time for another adventure to a local coffee stop! It's not a big shop. There are a few spots to sit inside, but during busy times it might be hard to snag a spot. Having said that, the place is really cute and clean. It's located next door to the Aveda Institute and I'm sure it's a go to spot for students. The coffee is really good, and they have a small selection of pastries and empanadas. We shared an empinada, but ate it before I remembered to take a photo. 😑 We love empinadas! It is dog friendly. A few people walked in with pooches on leashes. We'd like to go back in the spring or summer and see if they put tables outside. It's definetly a place worth checking out!

Adorable!!!! The coffee is good (try the nitro cold brew) and the empanadas are savory! Seating isn't in abundance, plan to order and takeaway your coffee and snacks. Nice to have a fun coffeeshop in Old Town!!

This place is awesome! Came in off the street, so worth it. We got an iced vanilla latte, iced mocha, and an iced matcha latte and they were all delicious. The coffee was bold and the flavor caught my attention right away. Got to chat with the owner and was told the beans are imported and locally roasted. They’re available in the shop, fairly priced! The staff were all friendly and the place was just a total vibe from the music to the insanely amazing plant sign. Really refreshing to see more new life in the community and a new, fun, female owned and operated business in this neighborhood. Also - there are empanadas?! Did I mention a parking lot that is actually substantial?! This place has it all. Ps - gender neutral restroom.
