All the New Restaurant Openings in Minneapolis and St. Paul | Eater Twin Cities

"Opened a small takeaway bakery in St. Louis Park on March 26, Hold the Wheat specializes in gluten-free goods—cakes, cookies, and pies like salted caramel apple and berry—after starting as a farmers-market side hustle in 2016." - Justine Jones

Google
What a charming and delicious gluten free bakery. The lattes are two thumbs up as well. Whether it’s sweet or savory, I haven’t found something here I didn’t like or wasn’t so pleasantly surprised out how yummy the gluten free fare is that I selected any given visit. Go here. Order gluten free and give them your money. Such a treat to eat from a gluten free kitchen. The service is terrific as well. Good job Hold the Wheat!

Google
My 7yo: "this is absolutely DIVINE, there's no way this is gluten free" I had to go back in and get another lemon cake thingy for myself. They're so freaking good. If we weren't in a hurry, sitting in to eat would have been great. They have a couple tables and the whole place is just cute. Definitely our favorite gluten free bakery we've ever been to, will return, 15/10, highly recommend. UPDATE: We returned the same week 🤭 the savory stuff is SCRUMPTIOUS. The quiche is THICC and heavy, and honestly smells like dominos pizza. My son called it breakfast pizza and he's spot on. It was SOOOOO good. Next time we're going to get multiple quiche flavors. The garden danish was good and very veggie spread flavored, but none of us would get it again, we just like the other things WAY more. The breakfast skillet was too crunchy for my husband, but me and my son loved it. The bacon and goat cheese quiche was definitely the star today though. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Is it spendy compared to gluten food? Yes. Is it spendy compared to other gluten free goodies? I don't think so. I've never spent $9 on a quiche and felt like it was worth every penny. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

Google
Yum! Service was great and the food was sooo yummy! A tad expensive, but I mean, its a cafe.. what do you expect haha. Staff was kind and the vibes were so minimalist and cool! The staff member told us that Hold the Wheat is intended to be a grab and go type of coffee place rather than a sit in cafe, which makes sense given the very limited seating and the addition time limit on your time spent. I think this place would make a really good sit in cafe if they had more space! Hidden gem for sure. Their seasonal drinks are also really yummy!

Google
This is hands down the best gluten-free bakery in the state! Every single item I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious. The quality is consistent, the flavors are spot on, and they’re always coming up with creative options that make it exciting to stop in again and again. It has been such a joy to watch them expand their menus, create specials and start to offer incredible savory meals in the form of the weekend dinners. What really sets this place apart, though, is the customer service. No matter how busy it is, or what time of day you come in, the staff are always warm, genuine, and incredibly helpful. You can feel that they truly care about their customers, and that kind of consistency is rare. Every visit is a positive experience, and I always leave with a smile (and more treats than I planned for!). I recommend this bakery to EVERY single person who brings up being gluten free(or vegan).

Liz

Google
Oh my gracious, what a trove of gluten-free goodies! We don't live in the Twin Cities, but it's easily accessible off HWY 100 and was well worth the tiny detour on our way through today. We tried the vegan Blueberry Pop Tart, the Sausage & Cheese Snuggle Pie, and the coffee cake, and all were among the best gluten-free baked goods I've ever tasted. Staff were friendly, vibe was cheery, space was clean. Some cute indoor seating, as well as dog-friendly seating outdoors. Prices are on the high side, but that's really no surprise with high-quality gluten-free things. We'll be back for sure!

Google
Ordered a mixture of savory options and cakes. This is a new definition of gluten-free. The savory pastries (pies) had flaky crusts and were absolutely delicious. The individual cakes were moist and flavorful. Unlike most Gluten-free options out there, you're not left feeling that you're missing out. This place is an absolute must for everyone; whether you have food restrictions or not!

Google
Amazing! I stopped in for gluten free spencer cakes to celebrate my gluten sensitive coworker and didn’t have high expectations. Back story: I LOVE cupcakes. These Spencer cakes were FANTASTIC! They were moist and flavorful with not overdoing the icing. I would highly recommend stopping in even if you aren’t gluten free! The only complaint I have is that trying to order online is difficult as you can’t do it the night before and they load each item on the website as they make them. To me they are just trying to have the best customer satisfaction with being such a small business.

Google
We had a caramelized banana Spencer cake that was incredible! So delicious and flavorful. We also had a jalapeño cheddar pastry and a coffee cake, which were both very good. All items had excellent texture and flavor. These are amazing baked goods, and we'd recommend them even if you are not gluten free.

Yelp
Came here randomly on a Saturday after the gym. I had been looking for some good danishes for my parents, and man oh man, did this place deliver. Super cute outside vibes, a decent amount of people there (which is a good sign). There was a small line but it moved at a decent speed (for it being a Saturday AM). I got the lemon cream danish and the raspberry cream danish and 2 cinnamon coffee cake loaves. Oh my goodness. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and light and delicious. Will definitely be back. They also have savory breakfast items, so depending on what you want, you can get egg and meat stuffed breads or croissants. There is also a nice coffee menu here so you can get anything you would want on that front. The staff is super friendly and helpful, I love that! Super cute on the inside too!

Yelp
Overall, it was a cute little place and okay parking, but I didn't really like the limited menu option. It was pretty expensive too. My husband recently turned vegan, and he tried the sunrise hash, but he did not like it after one bite. I tried the celebration cake, and the texture was weird. I know it's gluten free, but it tasted pretty doughy to me. Probably will not return here.

Yelp
Quaint atmosphere when you step into this bakery. Both the interior and the staff are very inviting. Chocolate Spencer Cake was very delicious, moist, and soft. Highly recommend looking into the sandies as well. Food was reasonably priced too. Would love to try their drinks and other baked goods next time.

Yelp
Delicious pastries for everyone, whether you're gluten free or not! I placed an online order and everything went smoothly. The physical space itself is very cute and cozy, too. The pop tart was the favorite!

Yelp
I am a gluten free gal and this place is my Mecca! I love all the delightful treats they have to offer! I have even used them to cater desserts at my parties! If you are going and want to try just one thing, get the lemon Spencer cake. Their toaster strudels are top-notch as well as their warm breakfast bites. I love walking here and grabbing a coffee. In the summertime I have sat outside on their patio, I've also sit in their main room as well. On the weekends, they have other vendors there with fun treats and things to buy as well. The owners are so sweet and kind, I love the staff that work there. I always end up with way more treats than I need, but spoil myself days upon days later! Even if I wasn't gluten-free, this place would still be top of my list. I even get it for Work birthdays, for people who are not gluten-free. And no one knows the difference.

Yelp
I've been gluten-free for health reasons for over three years now. One of the things that is very hard to find is pastries that are structurally sound and tasty. I visited Hold The Wheat by recommendation of another fellow gluten-free individual and I am SO glad I did. I purchased the coffee cake, a danish, and a blueberry pop tart. They were all amazing, and my gluten-eating friend I shared them with also enjoyed them. The staff were knowledgeable and welcoming and there were lots of gluten-free treats to choose from! I will definitely be back when I'm in the area!
google avatar

Yelp
Holy cow. Their Spencer cakes have to be some of the moistest, most delicious GF baked goods I have ever had. I inhaled the lemon and the celebration ones after a day of travel back to NJ and immediately wished I had ordered five more. It was hard to follow them with the coffee cake so after one bite I decided to leave that one for the morning but it was also definitely a cut above the rest.

Yelp
I stopped here during a weekday around 12 ish. It was busy as heck! I was behind a few people and the gal at the front was ordering half of the bakery (literally). This is kinda expected, and also the gal running the cash register was not handling it well... at. all. Most people in line were chill, but the cashier was rude, huffy, and snappy toward customers due to irritation with the gal at the front of the line. Which to be fair -- this woman was being annoying (ordering a lot, had kids running about, a bit inconsiderate of the line behind her, wandering and not paying) ... and, no one else was upset but the cashier lol. AND this customer likely spent 100++ dollars. This younger gals demeanor was very very disappointing and the result of my four stars. She snapped at an elderly woman when she asked a question (which determined if she should stay in line), and was short, not super engaging when I attempted to joke / lighten the mood with her upon paying. I was tempted to go for three stars -- BUT the goodies and gal who bagged my goodies up, was very sweet in demeanor. I ordered 6 treats (5 cupcakes, one coffee cake), and one chicken sausage potato pie. I got this all for my boss who is celiac and was so happy to have a safe place to order this. And everything was delectable that I tried. The cupcakes were absolutely moist, sweet, and flavorful. The coffee cake had undertones of amaratto. The breakfast chicken sausage pie was less flavorful but not greasy or fatty, and had its own hearty flavor. It was still super tasty with some peppers in it and some cheese on it (would love to see no cheese offered on future ones as an option). I will absolutely visit again as I can tell the mission of this bakery is very good hearted, with a cozy setup, and the gluten free treat bakery is so rare. I do hope to have a better experience with the employee as this can really make or break experiences. I feel bad for the woman who spent tons of money and health with a very bluntly rude cashier and the elderly woman who got snapped at for asking where utensils were.

Yelp
Absolutely delightful little bakery. Everything was DELICIOUS. The lemon loaf was almost a little too moist for me personally, but my friend loved it and I know many people will!! I am looking forward to coming back again to try more of everything. They have coffee as well, which I will also be returning for! We got to chat with the owner when we came in and she was so delightful and clearly passionate about the business. There's an adorable little seating area to sit and eat your goodies, and I was a huge fan of the decor they had up as well as the playlist they had going. And, to my absolute delight, the music was at a nice low volume level. I'm super eager to return here!!

Deb P.

Yelp
First time visit, met a GF friend at this charming little bakery. What a great find! I enjoyed a warm ham & cheese danish & coffee that was excellent! (I am not GF so I was skeptical on the taste,, but was very impressed). service was quick & well staffed. I will definitely be back!

Yelp
If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. "Hold Your Wheat" is one of those rare bakeries that you walk into once and immediately know you've found something special. From the moment you step through the door, the entire place wraps you in this warm, comforting mix of fresh-baked goodness, friendly energy, and a level of care you just don't see in most shops anymore. Let me start with the atmosphere: cozy, spotless, and inviting without feeling pretentious. It has that perfect mix of modern style and homey charm. The display case alone deserves an award--it's packed full of pastries, breads, and desserts that genuinely look like they came out of a magazine photo shoot. Everything is beautifully presented but not in a fake or over-the-top way. You can tell the bakers take real pride in their craft. Now, the food... unbelievable. Every single thing I tried tasted like it was made with actual love and zero shortcuts. Their breads are soft, flavorful, and have that perfect texture that only comes from proper baking technique. The croissants? Flaky, buttery, and airy in the exact way a real croissant should be. The cookies are the perfect balance of crispy edges and soft centers. And the pastries--especially their signature items--are honestly next-level good. You can taste the freshness in every bite. Nothing is stale, nothing feels mass-produced, and nothing disappoints. What really pushes "Hold Your Wheat" into 5-star territory, though, is the service. The staff treats you like a regular even if it's your first time. They're welcoming, patient, and will happily explain every item in the case if you're indecisive (which you probably will be, because everything looks amazing). You never feel rushed, and they actually seem excited to help you find something you'll love. That kind of genuine hospitality is so rare these days, and it makes the whole experience so much better. Pricing is more than fair for the quality you're getting. In fact, I'd say their products are underpriced for how good they are. You're paying for craftsmanship, and it absolutely shows. They also package everything beautifully, so even take-out orders feel special. Overall, "Hold Your Wheat" has officially become one of my favorite bakeries ever. It's the kind of place you can buy from once and instantly become loyal to. Whether you're grabbing a morning pastry, picking up a loaf of bread for home, or treating yourself to something sweet after a long day, you really can't go wrong here. If you haven't been yet, do yourself a favor and go--your taste buds will thank you. 10/10, five stars, and definitely coming back.

Yelp
Such a cute place and everything we've tried has been very good. It's helpful to have a gluten free bakery in the area! Staff is very nice, too.

Yelp
Today as I prepare to gain a gluten free daughter in law, and my mother in law who is gluten free, I decided to give this bakery a try. I got the caramel apple and 3 berry hand pies. My father in law and mother in law shared it and were impressed. They said they couldn't tell that it was GF. That's a great thing because it usually doesn't taste great. My daughter in law to be, of course had no time to eat. Hopefully she gets a chance to try it later. Knowing that they liked it, I'll shop there again!
google avatar

Christina K.

Yelp
Wonderful family owned CELIAC SAFE BAKERY. The coffee is organic which is always a huge plus for me. Street parking is easy and I usually can park right out front. I tried the salted Carmel pie and the brown sugar cinnamon pop tart. They were both excellent- perfectly flaky and moist. Honestly the best gluten free bakery items I have ever had. They have an oatmeal whoopie pie that is gluten and dairy free that I also love.

Yelp
1000/5. The best gf cupcake I have ever had in my entire life. My husband surprised me with cupcakes from here. He said the shop was very cute. At first glance the cupcakes looked a little sad but after my first bite I was in love. There was so much flavor and it was very moist. I liked how the frosting wasn't just on top but the sides too. It wasn't too sweet. The price is also incredible. Very very reasonable for gf food. We 1000% will be going back for more.

Lori B.

Yelp
We stopped and picked up some cupcakes and mini cinnamon loaves, and they are fantastic! So moist and flavorful. Regardless of your gluten needs or preferences, this is just a great bakery!
google avatar

Marina H.

Yelp
First time going to a gluten free bakery and was pleasantly surprised! The snuggle pie was super flaky and really buttery. The poppyseed loaf tasted exactly like a normal poppyseed baked good. Wasn't too sweet which I really liked. There's not much seating inside and a few tables outside so def take to go.
google avatar

Nik N.

Yelp
I was happy to find this tiny bakery and try a few gluten free goodies. Everything we tried was good however if you have your heart set on cake with frosting, you won't see it here. The breakfast sandwiches are premade and kept warm which doesn't do cooked eggs any favors. For a sweet small bite, this hit the spot but if you need a GF birthday cake you'll have to head over to lunds. The staff here was nice and efficient. It was busy but I didn't have to wait for service.
google avatar

Morgan W.

Yelp
My new favorite bakery to visit in the Twin Cities! I came in on a Wednesday morning in February and was greeted right away when walking in the door. The service was superb & although there was a line I did not wait more than a couple minutes. The bakery is absolutely beautiful inside, nicely lit & nice interior- perfect photo op for any of you foodies out there as well. The seating inside is very limited though- only 3 small tables. There is no parking lot but street parking was very easy to find. Now let's get to the baked goods-YUM!!!!! You would never guess everything is gluten free! I ordered sugar cookies and the salted caramel apple pie and they were delicious! I will definitely be coming back to try some of their more savory items on the menu. Highly recommend this bakery.

Yelp
Wow...a dedicated gluten free bakery. I've been following (okay stalking) this bakery for sometime. I don't live close to St Louis Park so when I found out it was a 10 minute drive from my office...I was in! The day I happened to go is 3/14 or Pi day! They were going to have a limited number of pies available via social media. I was eyeing (okay stalking) the key lime one. So in the morning I went to their website and ordered one quickly (they only had 3 left of the key lime). I also had to order something else (a lemon bar) in order to make it a minimum $15 purchase. It was in the fridge waiting for me in a cute pink box. They also have a cute little lounge. Then on impulse I purchased a piece of their coffee cake...it was scrumdiddlyumpious. I had the pie and lemon bar with family to celebrate 3/14. Will be back to try some more adorable gfree goods!

Shi L.

Yelp
$9 for one blueberry danish that wasn't even that good. Not sure we will be returning.
google avatar

Amarea W.

Yelp
If I could rate this place a 10, I'd probably go higher and give a 20. Having delicious gluten free pastries that don't taste like cardboard is hard to come by. UNLESS you come to Hold The Wheat. There has not been a single item I have tried and disliked. The Spencer cakes are super moist, and don't have any artifical flavoring, which is why I love the lemon one because it taste so fresh. Their apple pie crust is so flaky and melts right in your mouth, but still has the perfect amount of crunch. I literally love love love this place and make it my place to grab a treat after therapy lol. They also maintain the integrity of the space by not allowing any outside food which is super helpful. They are also super sweet. I love their hospitality and the inside is so cute. Makes me want to spend my money lol. Overall you have to come and try this place, but maybe keep it a little bit of a secret so there's some left for me

Kayla L.

Yelp
Two thumbs up for this place! Love a gluten free bakery where it tastes and feels like a regular bakery! They have quite a few baked goods options so I had to get a variety! I ordered three mini cakes, chocolate vanilla and cookies n cream, and also a coffee cake. Personally, I (not gluten intolerant) ate the coffee cake and it was soft moist and didn't crumble in my hands! I was very impressed. My sister (gluten intolerant) ate the cookies n cream mini cake and wow, was she surprised! It was so delicious and had an Oreo like cookie in the middle. She can't wait to go back! I ordered an oat milk latte and it was perfect! They have a few milk alternatives and a few drink size choices (8, 12, 16). The atmosphere is cozy and cute! There's indoor and outdoor seating available.

Ashley H.

Yelp
Oh my goodness, I swung in here on my lunch break and had such a lovely experience! The place is decorated beautifully, there is a seating place to have your coffee and pastry. Their merch is adorable as well. - I have celiac disease and it was such a relief to find a place that not only has delicious baked goods but they had delectable savory items too! I loved their swing on pigs in a blanket and their quiches! I also highly recommend their caramel, apple pie Empanadas! Everyone was friendly, enjoyed their job, aware of cross contamination and knowledgeable with ingredients. This place is great for gf, celiac, but also lots of vegan and dairy free options! I will definitely be back to grab one of their take and bake pizzas.
google avatar

Kelsey D.

Yelp
This was my second time going to Hold The Wheat. I got the lemon square and a chai tea. For the chai they have a lot of different milk choices which I appreciate and it tasted very good! The lemon square was also delicious. The lemon bar was 5 dollars and the chai was about 4 so it was normal price for a bakery! They had a cute sitting area in the building and parking is street parking. I would come back and try more desserts!

Yelp
Friday, Sept. 20, '24 10:30 AM, open and welcoming. Table and chairs set up outside on the sidewalk of a not busy street. The bakery waiting area is bright with many display cases of beautiful pastries nicely garnished. There are savers snacks and sweet fruit turnovers, cup cakes which I would challenge you to tell that these are gluten free. I highly recommend going to Hold the Wheat. It's immediately across he street from Bunny's. If you approach Bunny's from the street called Alabama, when you go a few feet beyond Bunny's driveway you get to Excellsior, cross this stop light and you are now on 4050 Brookside Ave. and Hold the Wheat is right there on your right with parking in front or on the building's side. Go and enjoy. stu Borken

Yelp
Such phenomenal gluten free baked goods and coffee drinks! I wish it was closer to us!
google avatar

Amy A.

Yelp
The pastries were fabulous! My first instinct was that maybe we misunderstood and the pastries were made with gluten but nope, the most amazing, delicious gluten free pastries ever!
google avatar

Taylor M.

Yelp
YUM! As a gluten free girlie, I appreciate gluten free bakeries so much. It's hard to find enjoyable gluten free food, or just food that's gluten free that you can't tell us is gluten free. Hold the Wheat was unbelievably good. The space itself is super cute and enjoyable - highly recommend coming here for some coffee and a pastry to do work or chat with a friend. The women working there were delightful and so helpful. I got an oatmeal cream pie and a lemon cake (they also have lemon bars). Both 10/10! Loved! So yummy, so moist, could lot tell the difference between this and a non gluten free item of the same. Highly recommend!

Kita N.

Yelp
AMAZING! It is a haven for gluten free folks. We go Saturday mornings - which is busy, go early; to get our snuggles pies and treats. Our favorites are the specialty Spencer cakes, blueberry or lemon Danish or brown sugar pop tarts. I'm sure we will love the next creation, too.

Pamela S.

Yelp
Went for my daughter who is GF. It was SO good I would go there even if I wasn't with someone GF! The breakfast and cupcakes were amazing! Nice they have takeaway options for dinner too! Nice area to sit outside and looks like cute inside seating too!
google avatar

Mallory C.

Yelp
If you are gluten free (or even if you're not), Hold the Wheat is a must for all your baked goods and treats! The thing I love about Hold the Wheat is their ambition to replicate bakery that you would normally think could never be made as gluten free. Pop tarts... danishes... they make them! Also, I love their savory bakery case. The breakfast sandwich was delicious and the pizza pockets superb. Their coffee is great too! The staff is very friendly and conversational. They could use a larger patio/dining space but maybe they figure customers will just grab and go.
google avatar

Amanda M.

Yelp
Certified tasty from a wheat-eater. Tried pastries cupcakes, and coffee. Friendly staff and cute setup.
google avatar

Carrie W.

Yelp
Super tasty gluten free bakery. I enjoyed a bacon and feta lil quiche and a carmel latte. My friend had a mixed berry pastry and loved it
google avatar

Polly L.

Yelp
I was looking for a treat to pick up for my friend with celiac, and google maps brought me straight to Hold the Wheat! This place is ~incredible~. They have so many items, drinks, and treats to try, it was hard to narrow down which flavors to pick out. The staff also explained to me that their entire facility was gluten free so there was no chances of cross contamination, making it totally safe for my friend to eat. This place was truly too cute, and a must try for anyone gluten free!
google avatar

Cyndy N.

Yelp
We walked into the bakery, and the ambiance was vibrant and warming! The display case had savory and sweet bakery items. We wanted to grab some gluten free items to take home for my mother in law since she's gluten sensitive, and was amazed by all the items here! We got the snuggle pie, jalapeño popper, Boston cream pie, and lemon cake! The jalapeño popper tasted exactly like a jalapeño popper when you fry them up at home. The snuggle pies were a little dry on the puff pastry but gluten free items tend to be a bit drier. Overall I recommend this place and they are super friendly and fast service!
google avatar

Shaun J.

Yelp
Check out this fun and gluten free bakery and coffee shop. I got the lemon bars, but there are also stuffed Oreo cupcakes and other exciting options. I look forward to coming back to check out the drinks and more baked goods.

Cris J.

Yelp
Very cute shop. Nice staff and really great treats and coffee. Nice neighborhood feel.

Yelp
This is a quaint little gluten free bakery in Saint Louis Park. I tried a quite a few items from them and all were good. I thought the cinnamon coffee cake was particularly good. They also have really good Spencer cakes. They serve coffee in the establishment and they have a small sitting area in the back. This business has filled a much needed gap in the Twin Cities for gluten free pastries and with their amazing baked goods, I have no doubt that they will continue to thrive.
google avatar

Tina V.

Yelp
I stopped by today & picked up a mix of incredible sweet & savory treats. My husband agrees, best gluten-free bakery we've tried so far. A lovely shop & great coffee too!

Yelp
Definitely will be coming back here. The breakfast items - breakfast skillet fancy pie and sausage item - very flakey and delicious!!! I've yet to find a GF biscuit type item that was flakey and they nailed it! The Spencer cakes are amazing if not only for one reason....they don't fall apart!!!! If you've been GF for any time you know this is a huge win. But for real, I had the cookie butter and it aaa exceptional. The coffee cake was my only "disappointment" just didn't hit the mark when compared to non GF items. Missed the marbling and crumbly topping. BUT it didn't fall apart and was still good. Just didn't taste like a classic coffee cake. Staff was delightful!!! So upbeat and friendly. Kind and gentle with my special needs child. Very patient. Very sweet I love their unique items. Puts a fun spin on what you'd find elsewhere. But In the future I hope to see a few more classic items, like donuts and cinnamon roles, mixed in occasionally. I haven't found a bakery that does those items well GF. So I'd love to see a bakery who has nailed it on other items give it a shot. If you mastered the cinnamon roll or donut I'd be a serious regular Fair warning, they sell out quickly most days. So go early or give a quick call before you head over in the afternoon

Yelp
The most amazing gluten free bakery Not only do they have the sweet treats They make savory goodies for all the cravings

Laurie F.

Yelp
The cupcakes were very good. Moist and flavorful. Pretty pricey, however. Other items seemed outrageously priced to us ($9 for a danish?). Trying to speak to the business was quite challenging. They don't answer the phone. An email on the web site got no response. We found a workable email on Instagram. Nice folks once we reached them.

Faith L.

Yelp
I absolutely love this bakery! As someone with celiac i love knowing i am completely safe to eat anything from here. I frequently get pick up orders from here and the service is quick and easy to pick up! The staff are super friendly too! I've loved everything I've eaten from here, but my absolute all time favorite is the salted caramel apple sweet pie. I think it might be the best thing I've ever eaten! I cannot recommend this enough!

Isabella C.

Yelp
Loved the food there. Super good service and great options. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves sweets and can only eat gluten free

Kelly M.

Yelp
Hold The Wheat is AMAZING!! I am so happy I found this wonderful gluten-free bakery! I am gluten-free and my husband and family absolutely LOVE the cakes, pies, quiches and desserts! I am thrilled to be able to have gluten-free pie for Thanksgiving! This was my best find of 2023! I highly recommend Hold The Wheat whether you're gluten-free or not! Five stars! The atmosphere is BEAUTIFUL!!

Yelp
I have no choice but to be gluten free so this was a Godsend!!! It was SO cute and I love the dedication to the product. The donuts were so good it was heaven. The woman behind the counter was friendly and helpful!! Gluten free businesses need all the support they can get as the 1992 glysophate spraying of our crops has destroyed the guts to f an entire generation!!

Yelp
The mushroom and rosemary snuggle pie was one of the best things I've ever eaten. My son loved his cookie.
