Hole in the Wall

I'm glad we finally decided to check out this place. The food and service was great. I had the shrimp tacos and the rest of the family had a crab cake sandwich and the chicken avocado sandwich. It was so tasty. The view was great. We will definitely come back. Oysters on the half shell were sold out this time so I have to return.

What a great find! The food was delicious, in a beautiful setting and our server, Heidi, was exceptional! A very memorable experience and can’t wait to go back.

We have put our boat over a few times at this location but today was the first day we stopped in to eat. We have twin babies and a toddler, so it can be hectic. From the jump every single staff member was entertaining and interacting with our kids, even some customers as well. The atmosphere is laid back and awesome. Shrimp tacos and crab cake sandwiches were top notch!

Great place. Views are spectacular. Staff is friendly an d food was great. We had the fried pickle spears and peel n eat shrimp. The shrimp was large, fresh and cooked just right. Had a glass of wine then saw they had Perroni(Italian beer) on draft! That’s pretty cool for a little place on the river. Don’t miss this place!!

This restaurant has a beautiful view.. Unfortunately it is the only one on the island...When we arrived it was a Friday evening. Packed, loud, food was just average, nothing more or less & expensive...served not hot but just warm....a lot of finger food, sandwiches, tacos. Just four entrees...one was chicken fingers & the other the fresh catch of the day, fried, grilled, etc. It was Salmon...there are no fresh salmon in the Chesapeake Bay...however the crowd seemed happy..Appeared to be all tourists..Well I suppose it all depends on what you like...Honestly I have heard good things about this place & maybe for most a good spot...to them I recommend.

Excellent food. Great atmosphere. Buddy was a great server, even though he is a Cowboys fan, lol. Just kidding, but Here We Go Steelers!

The food was delicious. I wanted to order everything on the menu. The service was off the charts. I waited tables for about 10 years, so I'm a good judge. And atmosphere...right on the water. Dog friendly. They give the pups loving and then bring them a bowl of water. Moved from NOVA a couple of years ago where the dining options are endless. This is the best place I've been since!

Everything was really good. Plan to be on island time if your in a hurry. Total time from start to finish was about 1 hour 15 minutes for us. The food was good and the waiter was polite and check in frequently.
