Holey Cream

The black and white cookie was rock solid, clearly frozen and defrosted. Tasted of nothing- super disappointing. The donuts were also very dry and felt like they were stale from the day before. Customer service was grumpy owners who treated customers like they were a burden. Don’t recommend this spot.

Amazing!!! Only one worker he was super helpful and nice and amazing. Donuts were freshly made and warm when we got there. Everything was made in-store and done really well! Very kosher-friendly. Decorations were whimsical and fun. Prices were reasonable. A perfect place to stop in the winter! Absolutely would recommend.

Stopped in for a sweet treat and got the Oreo cookie donut. 🍩 So good, soft and delicious not overly sweet! Delicious! And another great thing is that it’s only $2 each.

Donuts are delivered frozen, and put into a microwave before frosting them. Owner touches everything with his bare hands, berates his employees, throws things at them and is racist. I’d know because I worked there for a few weeks as a fun side gig. Wish I could give zero stars.

Such cute place. Owner was really cool and down to earth, I picked up an order at night and his kid was there and held the door open for me, they were both very welcoming and nice. It's a mom and pop shop. The ice cream and donuts are really good too! It's nice to see something other than Dunkin and Krispy cream plastered everywhere. If you want to support a local business and want an experience that's wholesome and down to earth. This is the place.

We came here as 2 young girls half way across the world looking to get a late night snack as part of a too good to go deal. The place was shut when we got there so had to call to get someone to serve us. Who I assume was the owner came out and because we arrived a little bit early he told us we could cancel as we would have to wait until 8:30. This would be fine if we could sit inside but he shut the door on us in -5°C weather for 20 minutes. This man clearly has a superiority complex and looks down on people for getting these bags which is just laughable🤣we were finally let in and he told us to swipe that we’d collected and he could get us on our way so that’s what we did and then he followed up with “of course you didn’t swipe it infront of me” and made a big deal about how it was going to take ages to get us our bags now- it took 10 seconds. Avoid this place at all costs, this man needs to get a grip.

The ice cream was fine and I was served by the sweetest young woman but I can’t in good faith keep buying from here. I saw the manager(? or owner?) talk down to the people serving us, even threatening not to pay them and making fun of their appearance. If this is who my money is going to, I won’t be returning.

The ice cream is decent. I came in on a warm night in October and the place was near empty. Some man told the young woman working that there was a customer and his tone was disrespectful. The rude man is actually the owner and he treats his employees poorly. I will not come back. I hope the folks working here can find employment where they are treated fairly.
