Holey Moley - San Antonio

This was one of the more fun mini golf places I've been to. It has three different mini courses, all of them are pretty fun. Drinks were good, and you can carry them on the courses.

Absolute garbage it's fun if the employees weren't young kids that were lazyl and didn't want to do anything for anybody I literally paid for the unlimited plan I got to play two courses before the line was actually out the door because no one can be helped pathetically they hire nowadays

went with my lab for our first social and the 14 of us LOVED it! yes you have to wait for other parties ahead of you for each golf obstacle, but that was literally not a concern for us because we were all busy yapping. plus you can get drinks at the bar right next to the courses, or sit down for some food! you can have your drinks while mini golfing! a worker even came around with jell-o shots. they also had amazing customer service- from the girl who checked us in, the entertainment guy who talked to some of us about the deals and events, and guy who served us alcohol. oh, and did i mention- there's a free photoshoot machine we used for selfies! sends the pics right to your phone. i LOVED the obstacles for the white and yellow courses we did- they were sooo well designed and had halloween jazz to them. each obstacle told you the par #. it was fun seeing all of us competitive and we marked down our scores. maybe you'll know a way to park for cheaper, but we paid $30 to park in rivercenter garage so that we could get on the elevators and immediately be taken to the area where holey moley is in the mall. :D would definitely come back! #holeymoleygolf.usa #buzzybooth

Decided to stop by for some food and fun on a Friday night with my partner. When we arrived there were about 3 other parties dining. Things started off well, we sat at the bar and promptly ordered our drinks and food. I ordered the Not-colada which was a very delicious mocktail. We ordered a burger each and hot-honey wings for the appetizer. Our wings arrived 40 minutes after the drinks, literally right before we made the decision to just cancel the order and eat someone else. I have a low tolerance to spice and the hot-honey sauce was all honey with no heat. The burgers arrived shortly after and were okay. They were on this cute platform that would later lead to their demise. Fries were cold and dehydrated. The burger was pretty standard, although the bun and veggies were pretty good quality. Halfway through my burger, gravity snatched it from the platform to never be enjoyed again. Although we intended to play mini golf after dinner, by that time I was over it. TLDR: the good - friendly staff, great decor, and nice playlist, good drinks; the bad - mid food; the ugly - terrible wait to receive food I may try to come again to play mini golf but I will probably never dine here again.

Great place to come and unwind after a long day. Their putt-putt course is fun and entertaining. We ordered and got our drinks delivered from the bar. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable on drinks and food! Plenty of space for large groups, couples or single!

Holey Moley is a fun spot for a date night or something different with the kids. We came on a hot summer day and the air conditioning in this place was nowhere to be found. Unfortunately, a few people playing before us had BO, probably due to the hot conditions. The holes were decorated really elaborately most of the time, but there were a few holes that barely had anything. The graveyard one felt like stuff they just picked up at PartyCity. There's 3 9-hole courses and we booked 2/3. I noticed the other course was a lot more thought out and it seems like they split customers up from doing the two best courses and have us do the mediocre one if they don't book all 3. For $50/per person the time going through the courses goes by quick. It's a good time if you enjoy wacky mini-golf, but I wouldn't come here more than once.

Super cute mini golf, kids loved it! Our server kristian was the best Food was good, desert was good . Service was quick.

Absolutely loved it here! I've been once on a girls night and the drink +DJ were fire. Tonight we took the fam and everyone had a blast. Putt putt courses are really cool (there are 3 so it doesn't get over crowded). Hands down, best service on both occasions was from Ricardo and Eric. Eric was so patient with my group of 8 ladies asking all their questions. Ricardo made sure everything was timely and delicious. We never wanted for a thing! They were both so attentive and amazing at guest service. It's really hard to find this level of service. Karaoke was super cool too! Really easy to search with all the songs available. Thank you guys! Can't wait to come back!

What a creative miniature indoor golf course. Every hole was a new challenge and each had a great theme. Perfect for date nights, team building or family fun. It was a quick course since the holes were smaller, but very fun. Looking forward to bringing more family back for a visit. The staff was super friendly and kind and attentive. Perfect for all ages 4-100.

We decided to check out Holey Moley Putt Putt at the Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas. It's a relatively new spot offering themed mini-golf, a solid menu, and a selection of spirits. Despite mixed reviews, we gave it a shot to celebrate my son's 26th and my father's 78th birthdays. We had a reservation for 1 PM and played the 18-hole themed course. The course itself was fun and creatively designed, making for an enjoyable experience. However, I did have some safety concerns; there are quite a few steps and tight spaces where someone could easily trip. Fortunately, despite these challenges, my 78-year-old father made it through just fine. Our group of five completed the course in about 1 hour and 15 minutes (1:05 PM - 2:20 PM). After golfing, we decided to dine in and enjoy some time together. The food itself was great; my son and father had medium-sized pizzas, which were cooked well and tasted delicious. My mom and I went for the Caddy Classic Burger, while my brother ordered the nachos with beef fajita meat. However, service was a major issue. Initially, we had to flag down our waiter after waiting about five minutes. Then, our server changed for some unknown reason. While the pizzas arrived in about 30 minutes, the rest of our food took much longer: 1- Burgers & fries: Over an hour to arrive, but they were served hot and tasted great. I'd highly recommend the Caddy Classic Burger! 1- Nachos: Took 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive, and they were missing the fajita meat. When my brother asked about them, the server responded with a rather dismissive, "Well, they're coming soon; I don't have another arm to bring them out." AND...The Corn Ribs (appetizer): Never arrived at all! By the end of our meal, we requested to speak with a manager. He was apologetic and empathetic about our experience. To make things right, he removed the incomplete orders from our bill, applied the military discount we hadn't initially received, and even gave us coupon cards for free putt putt on a future visit. If you visit Holey Moley, bring patience. The place wasn't particularly busy, so the long wait times for food were frustrating and definitely an area that needs improvement. The waitstaff could also improve their customer service. That said, the venue itself is well-maintained, the mini-golf was fun, and management handled our concerns professionally. Would we return? Yes, but hopefully with a better dining experience next time.

We loved Holey Moley. We hit them up first thing in the morning and were the only ones there. It was lots of fun. The courses are creative and well done. Lots of family fun for us. But I could also see coming for a great date night. Customer service was wonderful as well. We didn't get any food or drinks but the menu looked like it had many options. Priced pretty fairly for the amount of activity we had.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The golf holes were designed really well- a little tight, but a great use of space. So much nostalgia and fun!

Holey Moley! It gets hot in San Antonio. My friend and I were looking for some indoor fun to escape from the heat and stumbled across this place. It has three mini golf courses (27 holes) and a karaoke room. The neon décor & dayglow colors emit a bit of 80's nostalgia and the background music is also cool. Bar style food is available, and most cocktails are served in fun vessels. Unfortunately, we didn't make reservations in advance and the wait was a bit long. Since we had plans for later, we had a drink at the bar instead. The bartenders were friendly and attentive. I wouldn't mind coming back for a little putt putt fun.

Holey Miley Mini Golf was an absolute so much fun! I took my kids while visiting San Antonio and since they're only 4 they got to play for free.. which was a great bonus! I only had to pay for myself but they were still able to fully join in on the fun. The course was creative and engaging with each obstacle offering just the right balance of challenge and excitement. I loved the vibrant themes and colors throughout.. it really added to the experience! Even though it was a bit crowded the flow of the course was well-managed and we rarely had to wait long for the next obstacle. On top of that the drinks were good two were just enough for me! This place is a must visit for a fun and memorable outing.

If you've been to a Putt Shack, this place is even more sad, broken down and depressing. Broken features, several places during a hole the ball gets stuck and definitely not a place you want to order a drink. To start, some in our group got stuck in traffic. Because our timeline was a bit tighter, we asked the front attendant when we arrived if it was possible that we switch from 18 to 9 holes instead. We didn't demand, we simply asked and she said - let me check and turned right around to the manager sitting at the bar and came back saying "yeah, we can do that." We prepaid and booked online twenty minutes before we got there...and it wasn't busy...so shouldn't be a huge issue, right? Apparently we take their word for it and should see our money back in...2-3 weeks because..."it's an Australian company." Ok? Edit to say that because I wrote this review, the manager (R.E.) took the time to email me and detail that because HE FOUND IT RUDE that I would write a review, he was no longer approving the refund that he agreed to when we were on site. Listen, buddy...if your management style is threatening to withhold money from customers and need to write them that you were reaching out in advance to let them know before posting publicly, you've got a long road ahead of you. No, I'm not adjusting my review because you threatened to keep my money. Keep it. It's only more evident that this place is poorly managed and should be avoided. Good luck with your career.

The place itself was pretty interesting and a good time for family fun. I would say the holes are pretty simple - lots of cool stuff surrounding the hole but the shot itself for most holes were pretty easy to make, unlike typically mini golf courses. I will say there were a few holes that were intricate and those were really fun. One of my favorite was the giant beer pong shot, but one of the holes had a bunch of golf balls backing it up and we had to go ask for new balls. You would think they would clear it out, knowing it wasn't working properly. The reason for the 2 stars was primarily the staff. Most were extremely rude. After the course ate 2 of our balls, we had to go ask for replacements and one woman was on her phone and just said "what?" when approached and she didn't even look up from her phone. They all very much gave the vibe that we were bothering them on their personal time which wasn't the case since she was at the check in desk. I was really excited to try the drinks but they were terrible. Not mixed well.

Was excited to try a burger. Came in told set where you want. Greeter was friendly. No one else in. Was the lady at the bar that wouldn't even look up at us, odd. A couple came in with two young children to sit in the back we were sitting in the middle of the smaller tables.. one of their guy had come in and said to the left as he came in. We waited and waited and waited .. the gentleman with the two kids walked up to the bar and asked to be waiting on. She slowly went up and took their order.. never paying us any attention after 15 minutes we decided we go to Lone star. And I had a great burger and my wife did the chop steak. Awesome dinner. We may skip messing with holy moly next time. I generally come at least once a year thanks again.

This place is right outside of the Rivercenter mall by the food court. The place was nice and each course is themed. We did an 18 hole course. By the 9th hole, we did have to go back to the front and get a new ball. Staff was nice and helpful. Some of the courses were easy, and some were hard. My only issue was that one of the courses had built up a line due to groups with families and their kids were taking their time so we had to wait about 10 mins for them to finish their hole before proceeding, but other than that, it wasn't too bad. I would come back with more friends.

Perfect little miniature golf spot to hit up while visiting the riverwalk or shopping mall. The cocktails are much better than expected. 3 courses of 9 holes. The staff are enthusiastic about providing a good experience. Each course has a certain charm that golfers are sure to enjoy.

This place was great! Tiffany was our bartender and she was fantastic. Neyssa helped us out with the golf and was also wonderful.

Place is fun to stop and have fun. Tori helped us check in to play mini golf and than became our bartender. She was friendly and never let our drinks go dry. We had a good time playing mini golf and hanging out. Something different on the river walk other than restaurants. Highly recommend and service was good.

My husband and I were enjoying the beautiful weather downtown this weekend and decided to stop in at Holey Moley because we hadn't been there before. I'm so glad we did! The staff were so friendly! Mikayla, Dee, and Tiffany are the best! We did the red and yellow courses which were so fun. The drinks were really good too. I can't wait to come back and try the food and karaoke.

Friendly service, fun atmosphere, and unique challenges at each hole. I didn't pay, so I can't speak on that, but the group I went with had a lot of fun doing 18 holes and staying for drinks.

This place was alot of fun the courses are very creative. This place was meant to just relax and have fun. I didn't eat food from here but the boot shot was tasty. The workers are friendly and answer any questions.

Cool little place, my kid had fun as he wanted to go here for his birthday, I can't speak to the food as I didn't eat here but for a small indoor mini golf place it's worth it. Staff was nice, only thing I didn't like was that once you finished a course you have to go back up front to get a new ball and half the time there was no one there. I ended up grabbing the balls myself but staff didn't mind.

The service was outstanding, characterized by promptness and professionalism, and our host Tiffany was truly exceptional, engaging us with her warmth, knowledge, and attentiveness throughout our party!!!

We brought handful of kids expecting to play mini golf... and blew through the first course of 9 holes in about 15 minutes flat. For the price, not worth it with this crowd. I'd recommend it for an older audience---seems like the sort of thing you need a margarita in your first to really get the full experience. Staff was nice, environment was extremely cool, and while we didn't have any, food and drinks looked good.

Drinks were good and staff was nice. Food took a ridiculous amount of time. Coworker ordered wings and fries at the same time and got their fries more than 20 minutes after their wings. Pizza took 40 minutes but the flavor was there. The setting was nice to play but they do need to improve their food service.

We stopped in before the fireworks on July 4th. Thought it would be quick because the restaurant side was mostly empty, only two other tables that were only having drinks. We waited 45 minutes for 3 appetizers (nachos, wings, pesto rolls). My son accidentally spilled his drink, the server never refilled his cup. When we asked for our order to just be cancelled (they take your card when you order), they said they were boxing it up. We waited 10 additional minutes and they said they would just cancel the charge, but we wanted a receipt. The bartender said she "didn't like our tone" when we asked for the manager. An additional 5 minutes later, the manager came out and slammed our food down on the bar and proceeded to argue about how long we had been there. Staff was rude and aggressive. I don't normally leave reviews, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

So I went back the other day for an event with my company , after selling my coworkers on this place.... We had a bartender named Tori, who was just rude, just stood at the opposite end of the bar on her phone and when she pay attention to us; the drinks she prepared were absolutely awful. Kinda gave me and my company a bad taste.....

We had a small gathering of 10. Putt- putt, the karaoke room and the live DJ afterwards was all great. Will definitely go again and again. The staff did an excellent keep our food orders coming and the bar drinks.

The courses are so tiny. The balls always get stuck or end up on a different course. It's mainly for visuals. Definitely not worth what it cost. I do not recommend.

A unique yet expensive experience. The experience itself was interesting as I have never done this type of indoor minigolf before. However, the vast majority of the holes were essentially the exact same just with a different theme. If you want fun minigolf, I would NOT recommend this place. The scheduling system they use is pointless and is designed to make you wait around to encourage you to eat and drink outrageously expensive drinks as you have nothing else to do while you wait. This is a tourist trap through and through. Expensive drinks, expensive food, and terrible minigolf. Not hating on the place, it's just a tourist trap.
