Fantastic shop. I had a brand new 2026 Corolla cross and they made it look even better than it came from factory. I mean the before and after pictures do the justice themselves. Black is very hard to master for brand new car. The owner Leo cares for his customers. Constant updates and stays in touch with you throughout the process. Close your eyes and go this shop. I had a car that was hit 3 different times and each time I took it to them, I got it back looking like it just came off the showroom floor! Excellent auto body shop for collision repairs, etc.— I took my car to Holiday Auto Center to get it fixed after having been rear-ended. I called and they scheduled me a drop-off date/time— they were able to accommodate me pretty quickly (within just a couple of days), which was great. They gave me an estimated completion date the same day I dropped the car off, which ended up actually being accurate— no delays or anything at all. Friendly staff, nice office, they will your answer calls & e-mails during their business hours, etc. Their service was good, very efficient and got the job done. The final result was excellent, they did an excellent job on my car. Definitely would recommend.

This shop was totally awesome! I got into a fender bender and my catalytic converter stolen around the same time, they fixed both pretty great (even though at first they said no to the catalytic due to the shortage) and even "caged" my catalytic inexpensively. There is probably a reason the lot is always full, they do good work and the people know it. Great assistance from the "fit guy" on the counter.

This is the first time I've ever had to get my car repaired. For a first time experience..I was very pleased with the outcome. Although they couldn't find the aftermarket stuff I had on there prior to the collision..they're working with me to get those parts and installed and get reimbursed! Thanks to Jeffrey! He's great! The best and honest mechanic I have ever encountered in my 45 years of exposure to car repair. Extremely fair estimates. Guaranteed work. All services are offered from insurance work to custom requests or just putting air in your vehicle's tires and your car is washed and vacuumed before pick up for free. Excellence in work is to be expected and assumed. And Leo, the owner, is a great guy. All his employees are happy at there jobs because of his treatment of them. That makes his team's performance par-excellaunce. You can expect savings on any of your car problems and sometimes he will not charge when he should. Holiday auto takes the time to find your vehicle's problem and never sells a "bill a goods" as many in the industry do. This rating is given by one who in charge of a vehicle fleet of 25 cars shuttle buses and delivery trucks. I have work in conjunction with Holiday Auto since 2019. Recommend this establishment very highly; should have a 7 star rating.

I have been going to Holiday for years and my cars have had the best of care. My Jeep lasted 20 years until I sold it and now my Honda Element is going onto 15 years. Their prices are right, the work is professional, and the office staff is the best.

I was referred to this garage and was hoping for a good experience, and I got it. My car had back bumper damage due to an accident and they took care of me within a reasonable amount of time and were honest and fair to deal with. I will go back in the future for my auto needs. The shop fixed the damage to my car, but they weren't as gentle as I thought they'd be. I found scratches on my side door and window which I had to tell them so I gotta wait ANOTHER week to get it serviced. The driving mechanism isn't the same considering it's a NEW car. Too many inconveniences and sloppy service.

An update to my experience. This place never ceases to maintain the excellent quality of automobile service and customer service. I have been there on several occasions for my automotive needs. Everything from an oil change, to purchasing new tires, to work on my vehicle's suspension, they have been terrific. Their prices can't be beat either. You can't go wrong taking your vehicle here!

Leo and his crew do and have always done such an amazing job on all their clients cars. I had the unfortunate need for his services and he did my car and me just as good as I had every remembered. Got me in a rental car that was covered by the insurance and I was on my way until my car was ready. The car shined brighter than when I took it in and was beautiful. Thank goodness my dad used to come to this place and always spoke highly of their work. Not wanting to come or go back there ANYTIME soon of course, but if I needed work, this would most definitely be the place. Great. I brought my car into Holiday Auto Center after someone hit it while it was parked on the street. The front desk workers were all super friendly and accommodating, and they handled everything with my insurance. It was a seamless process, and my car came out looking brand new! Jeffrey also went above and beyond and helped me fix a part of my car that was broken, unrelated to the accident. If I could give 6 stars, I would!

Leo has been working on my various trucks for a decade. Always a straight shooter and always trying to find ways to save me money. Quality of work is solid. I moved out of the area and now don't go anymore, and I don't have someone like them near me now.

When I needed a quick fix for when I messed up my front left light and quarter panel on my truck, Jeffrey was super responsive and helpful in getting me in and out and all fixed up. He handled everything so smoothly with the insurance and I didn't even have to worry. Very honest shop. For several years I have been taking my cars here anytime I'm in need of repairs. They even help find rental cars for me or they'll give me a ride home.

Great Service and location. Leo was so kind and understanding! My car needed some collision repairs, Jeffrey informed me it would take about 1 week for all work to be completed gave me an estimated date and it sure was completed by then. My car was having battery issues and this was the only place near me that was able to assist me. Dropped my car off and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it within a few hours. I spoke with John who was extremely helpful and updated me throughout the process. He was kind enough to ask me detailed questions to pinpoint the issue unlike other nearby places. I was able to drop my car off last minute without making an appointment. Thank you so much John!

I read the reviews so I wanted to use them for my collision repairs. I called the Receptionist for info. Both times she was cold, short and said No a lot. So I decided to take my business to Service King in Monterey Park. Service king is awesome.

I have been coming to Holiday Auto Center for years. They have been there in time when the car had mechanical issues going out of their way to bring a tow truck with a loaner car in tow. I would say you get what you pay for in regards to service/parts if there is a problem with the repair they back it up to get it right. My car was hit while parked in LA and left un-drivable on a Sunday. Called my insurance and made arrangements to take it to Holiday Auto the following Monday. It did take awhile to get the estimate and the work done however this is understandable due to the current circumstances brought upon by the pandemic--social distancing, constraints/overwhelmed shipping for parts. Shout out to Jeffery for being so helpful and informing me of all the issues going on when working on my car. I highly recommend this shop.

Honestly we use these guys for everything. I own hubble studio and legit there's nothing I don't go there for. Leo is the man and is very considerate of you and gives you real information. Doesn't bullshit you. Thanks for being great

They had my car fixed in one week. Excellent work and paint job. Customer service staff are excellent!

A couple of months ago, I was involved in a minor incident where someone backed into my car and scratch the side of my bumper and some of the hood. I drive a black car, so it was very easy to see the damage contrasted against the paint. The driver asked if I would be willing to go to a body shop near downtown to repair it instead of getting the insurance companies involved. I guess he was a frequent visitor to this shop for repairs himself. I live in Lomita and work in El Segundo, so this was going to be a bit of a trip for me to endure. I did initial research on Holiday Auto and what little I could find seemed very positive. I called and spoke to Leo, the co-owner, and he was very nice, spoke very clearly, and suggested I come take my car there for an appraisal so he could then contact the guy that hit me, ask if the price was ok, and then start repairs that day and give me a loaner car in the meantime. When you visit and exit off of the 5, and make a right on Whittier, you'll notice there are actually two parts to the shop on opposite sides of the street. You will want to turn left across traffic to the location on the North side of the street. Figured that out the hard way. I parked and went into the office (which wasn't clearly marked) and met Leo. It was obvious that his shop was very busy because repairmen kept coming in and out to consult with him, but he seemed to multitask quite well. He had me sit in the waiting area for a couple minutes while he finished up some things and then apologized and asked me to show him the damage. I took him to my car, he analyzed it, then we went back in and he said if it was approved by the guy that hit me it would take a few days to repair but they would definitely be able to restore it properly. After getting approval from the guy that hit me, I handed over my keys on a Monday and he estimated Friday early afternoon I'd get it back. He gave me the keys to a loaner car (an old Dodge Stratus I believe...not exactly like repairs at a dealership) and I went home. I called him on Friday to confirm that the car would be ready that afternoon and he said they should be able to have it done by 3pm or so. I made my way over and picked it up. It was definitely well repaired. I couldn't see any signs of the damage. And I guess he replaced the bumper and did whatever else he had to for around $650 (he made me a copy of the quote, though I didn't have to pay for anything). He also gave me a little certificate that indicated the parts and workmanship were guaranteed for life. If I had any issues with the work they did, I could bring it back any time and they would perform further repairs at no cost. Summary: Quality work, expedient delivery, probably affordable prices (not an expert). Leo is a great communicator and an honest guy. He is very busy, so you might have to be proactive when getting status on your vehicle, but if I ever have to do auto-body work again I would definitely consider his office despite it being pretty far away for me.

One good deed returns a hundred fold... I am eternally grateful for Holiday Auto Center's manager, Tony. I had 12 yoga ball chairs to pump up for the students at the nearby charter school that I work for and he was so kind and helpful to make this happen for me. He helped me pump a few of them but when it started getting busy for the shop he gave me full access to the pump to manage on my own. I was able to pump all 12 yoga ball chairs in approximately 35 minutes while also having to shuttle the chairs back and forth to my school since I had limited space in my tiny Prius. Even in the height of the hustling and bustling of business that buzzed throughout the shop, he never stopped short to help me safely back out of the driveway to return to my school. I can't wait to go back to his shop to get my car serviced. I know if there are people like him who exude such great compassion the service will match everything else. Sending the Holiday Auto Center lots of love for their kindness!!! I would recommend this place to everyone I know! Thank you Tony!

It's no wonder why this place has so many good reviews. I originally found this place on yelp and after reading the reviews they said to ask for Jeffrey. They are right! He is one of the appraisers working there and will get everything set up to get your vehicle fixed. Jeffrey was very courteous and quick to respond. If I had any questions he would answer them promptly and without making me feel like a nuisance. They fixed the issue I had with my door and looked like a brand new car!! I would recommend this place to anyone who is weary about finding a good, reliable place to get your car fixed!

They were the best of the best. My car had over $5000 worth of damages and my car is only 2 years old off the lot but it was looking like it was the test drive car for all of LA. They brought my car back to day one from dealer. I was in astonished with the quality of work from the receptionist to the shop they did amazing work. Thanks Vicky and Jeff. I've taken my car to HAC for several repairs. They are incredible. The staff is kind and works expeditiously. I've been very satisfied with the work they've done. 5 thumbs up for Jeffrey!

I am giving 2 stars ONLY because of the customer service.... otherwise it would be 1 star. My insurance company sent my car here for some front end work.... I had to reject the work twice before it was done correctly. The brand new front bumper has some bumps under the paint.... I am just overall not happy. Leo the owner repeatedly told me that I should not expect perfection out of the work because I don't own a Maserati or a Mercedes... and it is "just a production car." I don't care if I own the most expensive car in the world or the cheapest.... if I am paying for a job to be done... then I expect the absolute best possible job to be done... not just "good enough." I will never have work done here again. Update (day after picking up car): the alignment that was done on the car is not correct as it now veers to the left instead of going straight. Also there is a shake that happens around 50mph... ugh. I really regret ever having my car worked on here

No one ever wants to find themselves searching for an auto body shop. It's such a Stressful drag. A friend told me to check out HAC and I was impressed with their high rating. I now know why. Ask for Jeffrey. He's very upbeat and super helpful. The work took a bit of time to turn around but it was on my insurance's end. I do wish they could've communicated with me a bit better. But the work is spectacular. You'd never know I had an accident. Definitely recommend!!

5 STARS I was referred here in 2018 by my insurance company Progressive, after a pretty serious accident. I leased a fully electric Chevy Bolt was concerned that about the pristine condition the car would need to be in, in order to return without any penalties or extra fees (also the new technology and hard to fix parts). Leo, Jeffrey and everyone at Holiday Auto were absolutely fantastic throughout the process from start to finish-- polite, profession, and very easy to communicate with. They helped make a really stressful situation a lot better; answered every question, addressed every concern. I recommend them for their honesty and thoroughness (they worked with me to fix every detail until I was fully satisfied with the condition of my car). They even honored an agreement to help me with an issue two years after I had originally first seen them. There are a lot of shops in LA, but not as many that operate with the integrity and sincerity that Holiday Auto does. Thank you! 5 STARS.

This is place fantastic!! Crashed my car and my insurance company wanted to total it immediately without inspection. I didn't want to take the word of my insurance company so quickly so I called Holiday Auto. They arranged to tow my car to their place and gave me a loaner while they assessed the damaged. After looking at the car they determined that it would cost more to fix than the value of car but even brought it to a competitor to get a second opinion for me. Even though I didn't do business with them. They treated me as a valued guest and have earned a loyal customer.

This is long overdue as Holiday Auto Center has helped me several times over the past 2 months. First, I was in an accident and there were quite a few things that needed attention. The crew did a fantastic job and my car has been running great ever since. Another issue came up that was potentially related to the accident and Leo took charge and fixed that immediately. All the while, explaining everything to me, pointing out the problem, and making sure I understood what happened. The final tip of the hat that I would give them 10 stars if I could is that I went to a local shop (closer to my work) for a simple brake job and they wanted to charge at least $1,000 to replace the brakes, rotors, caliper assembly, etc. I called Leo and explained the situation - and he took it into his own hands to call the place. He also helped me get my car towed to Holiday and he fixed just the brakes as that was all that was needed. His expertise and caring attitude will stick with me forever. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Leo is my go to man. I needed a minor fix on my car and I actually drove out of my way to go to him because I knew he'd let me know what was really wrong. They are always prompt and nice. If you're a woman and you're nervous about getting "screwed over" ... This is your place. They have never treated me like I don't know what's up with my car and they have flat out told me when I don't need to fix something (aka saved me money) Great place!

I've been going to Holiday for years. The shop was recommended by one of my fellow teachers at Roosevelt HS. They are a fantastic auto shop. They kept my 21 year old Jeep Wrangler running beautifully and the guy that bought it from me goes there. They do body work, smog checks, and keep my 11 year old Honda Element running smoothly. I love all the people there, they are so nice and efficient.

Great service. First time there and I would definitely have auto body work done there, again. Text message up dates was a plus.

Worst shop I ever been to took my 2018 BRZ in for rear bumper and quartepanel damages. Employees had the worst customer service and didn't want to show proof of parts that where being installed because I told the guy I wanted to make sure they were OEM and not aftermarket and his response was they don't make aftermarket parts for your car. Which btw they do because I work at an automotive shop. Also my wheel was supposed to be repaired and it looks horrible and my tailights weren't plugged back in the day I picked up my vehicle. Also worst thing ever is I have a dash cam in my car and I have footage of the drivers take my car from the body to the alignment and they're speeding and cutting other drivers one of the employees who drove the car almost hit someone else by changing lanes. I have footage of them abuse my car everytime they drove it and hitting bumps like nothing and it's not even there car. Not one Employee who works there took care of it and abused my car and I will be contacting the insurance again

I was involved in an accident which the right front area of my 2000 Toyota Avalon encountered serious damage. Called my insurance company and was advised to leave my car at Holiday Auto Body in East Los Angeles. I left the car there for a week and went to pick it up at the assigned completion date. Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What an incredible transformation! My 2000 Toyota transformed into the car that i purchased thirteen years ago!!!!. A brand new front end and matching paint job gave the car a "fresh from the factory" appearance! Not only was the outside given excellent service but the interior of my car was addressed as well. Holiday auto center is the best from the west ! The few times my cars have needed repairs, Leo and Jeffery have exceeded my expections. They will go above and beyond to make sure your car looks and drives like new. Its hard to find a body shop that pays attention to detail but Holiday Auto Center does just that..

Brilliant auto body work - I got into an accident and had pretty bad damage to my car, but after Holiday made the repairs, it looks brand new, and all clean and pretty. And they are highly skilled mechanics as well who fix your car and then it stays fixed! And reasonably priced. And everyone there is helpful and personable. Highly recommend!

Took my 2015 Ford Mustang to this shop last week. Car was hit on the front fender and needed a new fender, new horn, and new headlights. Leo helped me out and worked things out with the insurance company. I couldn't be happier with the work. They left my car looking and smelling like new. Leo was such a swell guy. Great shop to take your car to, I highly recommend it!

Like any other repair place it takes a while to get your car back. Customer service is great so I didnt mind waiting. After the car was done and ready to be picked up they washed the car from the outside leaving the inside dirty I was disappointed in that part that's why I'm giving it 3 stars. Over all job with the repair on the car they did a great job.

well this is my 1st review... This place is so bad I just had to sign up to tell people about this place. I took my car here for an oil change.. I asked for some price quotes as well on some work that needed to be down. I dropped car off on Monday night the next day I had to call them at 4:30 in the afternoon to see if car was ready. They didn't even start on the car. I let it silde becuase I understand you can get busy. You should at least call me to let me know that my car will not be ready. That night after being put on hold for 15 minutes TONY said he would call me back 1st thing in the morning with estimate.. Wednesday came around... still no call... egaer to hear when I would be able to get me car back. I called them after lunch at 1. TONY said he still didnt have the prices for me and they didnt do the oil change yet! He said would call me back in 15 min... again 4:30 came around still no call. At this point i just wanted to get my car back. I called them again since TONY never called me back. He promissed me they woukld have everything ready tomorrow. THURSDAY came around... waited until after lunch again to call sinc I still did not recieve a call from them to get status. He FINALLY gave me prices for a BRAKE JOB !! I picked up my car thursday night after it being in their hand sfor three days to get an oil change and an estimate for a rear brake job. I WILL NEVER go to this place again. TAKE YOUR CAR SOME WHERE ELSE! To Holiday Auto Center... when you say your going to call someone back, call them back. Thanks!

These people dd excellent work repairing my car -- it looks brand new from bumper to bumper, inside and out. The shop has a friendly family atmosphere, the waiting area is really nice (and air conditioned!), the chairs are comfortable, They give a lifetime guarantee of their work. Leo, the top guy, was accessible by phone and very personable, and he made sure I knew exactly what was going on from start to finish. All in all, it was probably the best experience I have ever had with an auto body shop, and I will definitely use Holiday Auto Center for all my future auto body work,

Im really on the fence with these guys. My car was badly damaged in an accident, they missed the promise date by over a month. When I finally got the car back within a day it overheated. I returned it, waiting 3 weeks and again was told it was ready. It didn't even make it to my home before it overheated again. The car went back and forth to them for the next 3 months until finally it was sent to the dealer for proper repair. The body work was good and customer service outstanding, but they could have gone the extra step and made sure the car was fixed properly before returning it to me. Now, Leo the owner went out of his way to try and make things right, he towed my car back to his shop twice for free and gave me a loaner to use. I certainly will try them again only because of the outstanding customer service. Perhaps my mechanically issue was just a fluke.

Great place to go to have your vehicle worked on. I've been coming here for years and I really appreciate the fact that they take the time to explain everything to me regarding the pricing, reasoning and time required to complete the work I need done. They also make a point to keep you up to date on the progress of your vehicle.

Service is amazing. Had to get my tire patched up twice now and they've always been able to take care of me short notice. And they're reasonable! $20 bucks for patching in less than 30 mins. They're definitely my go to for anything auto related :)

I was very pleased with the service and quality i received when i took my car in for repairs. Vicky was very nice on the phone and even better in person she had all the answers to my questions. Jeff was awesome from the time i first brought my car in till it was finished and Jeff really went out of his way to make sure the car was back to the original conduction when it was new. We can not leave out Ed the owner he came over to me him self and made sure i was happy with the work done and Thank you all for a wonderful job well done. I am so happy to have my car back like new again.
