Great location to travel into central London via the tube. Action West station is well within walking distance. Great friendly staff. Rooms, especially bathrooms,need some updating though. Would stay again.

Excellent service!!!! I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn London West, and I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Mr Nouman, the Food and Beverage Supervisor. He is a truly outstanding person – warm, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit.||From the moment we arrived, Mr Nouman made us feel welcome and well cared for. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality stood out, whether we were at breakfast, dinner, or just asking for assistance. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.||He’s a real credit to the hotel, and it’s people like him who make you want to return. Looking forward to visiting again soon – thank you, Mr Nouman, for making our stay so enjoyable!

Everything was clean and smart the noise was minimal the location was excellent the underground station was a 2 minute walk away. There were various supermarket shops and restaurants as well , the housekeeping was very kind and paid attention to our needs, one of the staff in the kitchen and dining area in the lobby Manal was exceptional and very helpful and sweet she offered us the best service. Plus the mattresses were so comfortable. but, unfortunately the housekeeping even tho they are kind and helpful they don't pay attention to detail and cleanliness of certain places ( under the bed, the edges of the room)

We Vacationed this summer for a week at the Holiday Inn West in London England. My experience was good. The breakfast and dinner was free. And also delicious. We ate out 1 time. The maid service was excellent. I had no problems. Good Hotel!!!.

During my recent holiday tour in the UK, I had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn London West and it was a truly fantastic experience. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude and special appreciation to two exceptional staff members — Kshitiz and Nouman. When my credit card failed while trying to book a cab, they went above and beyond to help me. Not only did they cover the fare using their own cards, but they also promptly arranged the cab, ensuring I did not miss my tour schedule that day. I am incredibly grateful for their kindness and support and I wish them both the very best in health and prosperity.

stayed at Holiday Inn for one night, including breakfast, while renewing my passport, as it was conveniently close to my consulate. My experience was great—the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. Breakfast had a good variety, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The location was perfect for my needs, and I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area. Highly recommended!

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, contributing positively to the overall experience. The room itself was average in terms of comfort and amenities. The rate was £345 for one night, excluding breakfast and parking, which felt expensive.

Overall impression of the hotel is that it is clean and fresh. When we walked it to the lobby, there were spa water and some fresh fruits. As a IHG Platinum member, we were upgraded to the executive room on the 7th floor. Checking in to hotel was quick although service was pretty aloof. Our hotel room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft and fluffy and bathroom was decent size. Has all the amenities needed and luggage storage downstairs if you need to leave your bags. The hotel also has a mini gym which had a few machines and hand weights available. Pricing wise, it was affordable for London. The hotel location is close to the Central Line West Eaton as well as the Elizabeth line which goes to Heathrow airport. It's right next to a Tesco express as well as an Asian supermarket.

Clean comfortable rooms and excellent hospitality. Everything was breathtakingly beautiful. Thank you for giving me a truly memorable experience. The Holiday Inn London - West hotel is a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

Hotels in Acton London is the best I have ever stopped in London. The cleanest room and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great stay whilst in the capital. The staff was so helpful and very kind a perfect stay.

The WORST HOTEL I've ever been to!! The person at the reception hung up on me when I was asking him about the wifi password.

Stayed at Holiday Inn London - West for two nights and we really enjoyed our stay. It is a very nice hotel, well located with friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient within a short walk of Shepherds Bush tube station and Westfield shopping Centre.

We stayed Holiday Inn London - West for a long weekend. It was the perfect location right across the road from the Westfield shopping Centre! The Lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly from the very beginning. Will definitely be staying here again.

Stayed in this Holiday Inn London - West hotel 8 months ago and will be staying here again next month. The hotel was in a great easy to find location and just a short walk from the Hammersmith. The place was clean and the staff is all great, very nice and attentive.
