Holiday Inn London - West

I booked a night away for myself and girlfriend to watch ABBA at the ‘ABBA Arena’ which was only a 7minute walk away from the hotel itself. ||When we checked in and went to our room, I rang reception and requested feather pillows. Within 5 minutes Tanvir & Motiar came to the door with the pillows and even asked if they could do anything else for us! ||After seeing the ABBA show, we came back to the hotel and tried the restaurant, I ordered myself the ‘All American Burger’ which was cooked beautifully and was so tasty! My friend ordered the ‘One Pan Salmon’ she described it as a succulent, fresh and tender salmon, which was not rubbery at all, and was so easy to tear into! ||My friend ended up going to bed after dinner, as I wasn’t tired myself. I stayed up in the Lobby and socialised, read my book and enjoyed a nice cold glass of wine. ||Alba and Aleena were on the night shift and were both amazing, they attended to my needs and I could see how hard their efforts were. From cleaning down the bar and lobby area not only that, but also ensuring that all the customers were attended too, and all their needs were met! || Aleena went above and beyond with cleaning/ tidying the lobby and reception area, making sure everything was in it’s place. She made me feel comfortable, safe and looked after, all her efforts went above and beyond! |She has an eye for finer details, and is a little perfectionist 👌🏼 ||I would definitely like to stay here again and I will be recommending it to family and friends!! 🥰

They upgraded my room free of charge to an executive suite and facilities were amazing, clean and good quality. Breakfast was amazing, they made me vegan sausages on request. Prerna cared for my mum as the only place to sit was on bar stools and Vanyas service was outstanding. Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn West London. From the moment we arrived, Mahsa at reception made us feel genuinely welcome. She was professional, friendly, and extremely accommodating, which set the tone for the whole stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and we really appreciated the hotel’s amenities. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and great service. Overall, all the staff were helpful and attentive, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Mahsa, for such a positive experience.

Only stayed 1 night but the room and reception area were very clean and comfortable. Can’t comment on the food as we did not eat here. The staff we dealt with were professional and courteous.

The room was booked for three adults, but despite requesting three duvets, three sets of towels, and three tea cups, the room was prepared with only two duvets, two hand towels, one large towel, and three tea cups. On a positive note, the room was ready early and we were allowed to check in around 1 PM instead of the standard 3 PM, which was appreciated. The key cards stopped working the next day after breakfast. We had to ask a housekeeping staff member to open the door, and then request reception to reactivate the cards before heading to the city centre. At check-in, we were informed that the bar operates until midnight. However, on our second evening, when we asked for a beer around 11 PM, we were told by staff that the bar was already closed. Breakfast was quite good, with standard English breakfast items, fruit salad, yoghurt, pastries, granola/muesli with almond, soya, and oat milk options, as well as fresh fruit (bananas, apples, mandarins). The room was on the 5th floor, very clean, and reasonably sized for three adults. Housekeeping did not replenish the body/shower gel after it was finished on the first day. Soundproofing was also poor - voices from other rooms and the corridor were clearly audible both early in the morning and late in the evening. Location-wise, the hotel is well connected: about a 10-minute walk to the Elizabeth line with direct access to Heathrow Airport, and around a 7-minute walk to the Central line for reaching the city centre and main sightseeing areas in approximately 20–30 minutes. Overall, a mixed experience with a clean room and decent breakfast, but several service and maintenance issues that affected the stay. #reviewbyafandi #tripbyafandi

Have had such a nice time staying at this Holiday Inn. The staff is so friendly and very accommodating. Met the lovely Vanya, and was able to learn a few cool things about the area by chatting with her a bit. She always has a cheery smile and it is obvious she loves her job helping people. Also met Prerna also having a cheery smile and was very helpful with getting me setup for breakfast. Thank you Holiday Inn for selecting the best people to run your business here. I've stayed here many times through my work. The hotel is always very clean and the staff are extremely polite, friendly, attentive and efficient if you have any requests or requirements. Today I was helped by Vanya who couldn't have been more friendly, happy and polite if she tried. She's a credit to the company.

Don't highly recommend, it was an ok place to stay. I think the room was clean but in obvious need of some repairs and serious refreshing. Bathroom was a good size, liked having shelves but the shower doesn't have a door and the we had to put a towel on the floor to keep from flooding the rest of the floor. Shower grout in the floor was stained, def needs a refresh/deep cleaning. Nice size room, not a ton of storage but we made it work with 3 people and 5 pieces of luggage. The room does have a mini fridge but it was not cold. We stored some food in it overnight and ended up throwing it out the next day because it wasn't cold in the morning. Staff was accommodating but not super friendly. They weren't rude by any means. I requested an early check-in and they were able to make that happen for us. However, the first room they put us in was right by the elevators. They did switch us to a new room when requested. Overall, this was an adequate place to stay and met our needs for the few days we were there. Too pricey for the quality. Side note: my mom stayed in one of their executive suites which was much nicer. Looks like they have redone those rooms fairly recently. Much better quality.

Overall impression of the hotel is that it is clean and fresh. When we walked it to the lobby, there were spa water and some fresh fruits. As a IHG Platinum member, we were upgraded to the executive room on the 7th floor. Checking in to hotel was quick although service was pretty aloof. Our hotel room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft and fluffy and bathroom was decent size. Has all the amenities needed and luggage storage downstairs if you need to leave your bags. The hotel also has a mini gym which had a few machines and hand weights available. Pricing wise, it was affordable for London. The hotel location is close to the Central Line West Eaton as well as the Elizabeth line which goes to Heathrow airport. It's right next to a Tesco express as well as an Asian supermarket.

The hotel is placed conveniently next to the Central Line station, a Tesco, and an asian market. I'd walk to either shop each morning and get breakfast. Thanks to the nearby station, getting into the city was easy. The hotel has a newer look with spacious rooms that match the rest of the hotel, but heat tends to collect in the hallway at the higher floors. This wasn't a problem in the rooms, but made it a bit uncomfortable right as I returned to my room.

Clean comfortable rooms and excellent hospitality. Everything was breathtakingly beautiful. Thank you for giving me a truly memorable experience. The Holiday Inn London - West hotel is a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

Hotels in Acton London is the best I have ever stopped in London. The cleanest room and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great stay whilst in the capital. The staff was so helpful and very kind a perfect stay.

The WORST HOTEL I've ever been to!! The person at the reception hung up on me when I was asking him about the wifi password.

We stayed Holiday Inn London - West for a long weekend. It was the perfect location right across the road from the Westfield shopping Centre! The Lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly from the very beginning. Will definitely be staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stayed at Holiday Inn London - West! It was convenient located within 5 min. walking distance from Shepherds Bush and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to a friend and would stay there on my next visit.

Stayed in this Holiday Inn London - West hotel 8 months ago and will be staying here again next month. The hotel was in a great easy to find location and just a short walk from the Hammersmith. The place was clean and the staff is all great, very nice and attentive.

Stayed at Holiday Inn London - West for two nights and we really enjoyed our stay. It is a very nice hotel, well located with friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient within a short walk of Shepherds Bush tube station and Westfield shopping Centre.
