"A delivery, Deliveroo-only kitchen — so proceed informed — which adds a regionally diverse option to a share of good Cantonese options in west London. A crimson, brooding mapo tofu is excellent, with skewers of barbecued lamb or chicken holding up surprisingly well; skip the noodle dishes and seriously consider the pork and Chinese cabbage dumplings. —JH" - Angela Hui, Jonathan Nunn, Jessica Wang

Wow! What amazing service! I highly recommend this hotel and especially its staff.||Traveling to Britain for a 2-week vacation, our party of seven spent our final few days of the tip in London: four adults and three young children. Just as we arrived at the hotel, a coach-load of visitors were also arriving, but Husrev, at the front counter, went out of his way to help us - finding a cart for our bags and offering the children treats. This was the start of a wonderful experience. On our second evening, we met local family at the hotel - another two adults and two small children - and enjoyed dinner in the hotel restaurant. Once again, the staff were so helpful, preparing tables, offering the children free treats (again!), and taking a family picture for us. As our trip neared its end, we were concerned about how to get the seven of us and our 20 bags from the hotel to Heathrow airport. Once again, Husrev came to the rescue, arranging for a large van and driver to pick us up at the hotel and deliver us safely to the airport. Honestly, I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel, especially Husrev and one of his colleagues, Kais.||The hotel itself is in a great location, just five minutes' walk from North Acton tube station on the Central line (in zone 2 but a handful of stops from central London). It seems a very safe area, and the walk from hotel to tube station is straight - you can't get lost. From Heathrow airport, take the Elizabeth line and change at Ealing Broadway; the total journey is maybe 20 minutes. It's also not that far by taxi to/from central London, although it's probably a 30-minute taxi ride to Heathrow and longer during rush-hour. (I'm sure most know this, but I didn't. It's now so easy to travel on London Underground. Just hold your credit card on the reader as you enter and when you leave; there's no longer any need for a ticket.)||Breakfast at the hotel was excellent and plentiful. Take the advice posted in the hotel elevator, though, and plan your breakfast time because it gets busy (and there's a line) at peak times. We used the hotel restaurant for dinner all three nights. The selection was limited but adequate (including for young children), the food was tasty, and the service was excellent.||I spent a lot of time planning this vacation in Britain, and my biggest concern, quite frankly, was where to stay for the London portion of our trip. In central London, hotels are very expensive but convenient. Away from the city, hotels are priced more reasonably, but I wouldn't want to spend undue time traveling into the city. This hotel turned out to be ideal for a family group of seven people: a great compromise between price and location. (Note: there are two Holiday Inn hotels close to North Acton tube station. The other is even closer, but I chose to stay at this one based on reviews and hotel facilities. Given the superb service offered by the hotel team, it was definitely the right choice. As a very frequent traveler, I highly recommend this hotel. And thank you again Husrev and team for being so helpful and kind to the children. You helped to make our vacation one to remember.

The room was clean, with comfortable beds. Lovely walk-in shower, but cracked toilet. Check-in took a while. Nice little bar area. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. The so-called juice selection was watered down and tasteless. When selecting my cooked breakfast items, there were no beans or eggs, and what i did get was luke warm. No milk in the machine for my cup of tea, no maple syrup for the pancakes. When asked, the staff then replaced the items. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the breakfast service really needs attention.

Lovely and clean hotel, lots of facilities, and really comfy beds! Staff were very helpful and accommodating - including allowing me to reserve a room for my friend who had found themselves in a tight spot when their Airbnb turned out to be a scam. Varied breakfast, and all very tasty (maybe could use more fruit salad!). I will definitely stay here again.

Great location for quick access to the tube, 5-10min walk and then straight into city centre. The staff were friendly, breakfast was good. Only slight issue was the cards for the door stopped working when we went for breakfast so on return had to ask cleaner to assist us - very politely did so.

Excellent weekend in brilliant hotel. Very close to tube network onto Central line. We were attending British Summer Time festival to see Andrea Boccelli. The tube line took us straight to Marble Arch so perfect for shopping in Oxford Street as well. The hotel staff were very friendly and prepared my room to do with my birthday trip

Simply great. Amazing breakfast served at suitable hours with a wide variety of things to eat. Very friendly and helpful staff available even at late night hours. Location is good there is two metro stations nearby with a few corner stores next to them. The rooms are cleaned daily with towels supplied. The rooms are a bit tiny but at least for me that was not a huge issue. I think this is the best hotel to get for this price range in West London.

We ate dinner two times, both times the food was great, we had a super friendly service by Nikee!||We also really appreciated that the Coffee was by Starbucks! |The choice of dishes was just great. All of us had a different mal, every one of them tasted great:)

Me and my family came to the restaurant to eat. We had some issues with the bookings and we were all very hungry. It had been a long day and restaurant was about to close but Linoshka was very generous and gave us a table. She was so nice and friendly whilst taking our order. And Abinaya and Roshni looked after our table with great customer service. My son made Abinaya run after coloured pens a few times but she handled it amazingly and all three was amazing.
