The room was booked for three adults, but despite requesting three duvets, three sets of towels, and three tea cups, the room was prepared with only two duvets, two hand towels, one large towel, and three tea cups.
On a positive note, the room was ready early and we were allowed to check in around 1 PM instead of the standard 3 PM, which was appreciated.
The key cards stopped working the next day after breakfast. We had to ask a housekeeping staff member to open the door, and then request reception to reactivate the cards before heading to the city centre.
At check-in, we were informed that the bar operates until midnight. However, on our second evening, when we asked for a beer around 11 PM, we were told by staff that the bar was already closed.
Breakfast was quite good, with standard English breakfast items, fruit salad, yoghurt, pastries, granola/muesli with almond, soya, and oat milk options, as well as fresh fruit (bananas, apples, mandarins).
The room was on the 5th floor, very clean, and reasonably sized for three adults.
Housekeeping did not replenish the body/shower gel after it was finished on the first day. Soundproofing was also poor - voices from other rooms and the corridor were clearly audible both early in the morning and late in the evening.
Location-wise, the hotel is well connected: about a 10-minute walk to the Elizabeth line with direct access to Heathrow Airport, and around a 7-minute walk to the Central line for reaching the city centre and main sightseeing areas in approximately 20–30 minutes.
Overall, a mixed experience with a clean room and decent breakfast, but several service and maintenance issues that affected the stay.
