Hotel staff are very polite and always smiling and ready to assist in any way they can… saptami restaurant staff are very attentive and polite … special mention to Justin , the trainer in the gym, very knowledgeable and again another very polite person and extremely generous with his time , always ready to explain about diet and fitness , do’s and dont’s…. Saptami special mention to Arjun another person who is very polite and extremely helpful with anything one might need in the restaurant , does not disappoint , no is not in his vocabulary …. Reception staff are super attentive and will bend over backwards to fulfil your every request … all in all a fun experience … could be my home away from home

Thoroughly enjoyed my staycation at this Hotel. Great Hotel with comfortable rooms, excellent food,great service and ambience. The plus points||1) Rooms are spacious with all amenities, comfortable bed, bathroom with Dove toiletries. Hot water and shower pressure in the bathroom is perfect.||2) Location is convenient for business and Air Travellers. The metro station is located right outside the Hotel gate and the Airports both International & Domestic are a stone's throw away. However, having said that, I must add that the immediate locality is primarily residential and a crowded market area and hence views from the room are nothing to write home about||3) Food - The plus point and USP of the Hotel is undoubtedly the Food and service at the Saptami Restaurant. Breakfast is superb with wide & varied choices and a very special 4 live counters - Eggs, Dosas, Pancakes & a unique local maharashtrian counter preparing fresh local delicacies like Vada Pav, Thalipith, Kothmir Vada, Bhajias,Misal Pav, Sabudana Vadas etc.( everyday a different item). Loved this concept of the special counter and enjoyed the freshly made items thoroughly. Apart from Breakfast the buffet lunch, dinner and a la carte menu and food which I had during my 6 nights stay was really delicious. The Restaurant Manager Mr Arjun Bisht was outstanding in every respect and much of the credit for the success of the Restaurant and the service should go to his exemplary leadership. Always at hand making sure that each and every customer is looked after and taken care of, he is really an asset to the Hotel. Take a bow Mr Arjun for the wonderful service which is really appreciated.He is ably assisted by his team members. Special mention of Mr Amin and Mr Pawan. Also the sweet little ladies from Mizoram Sai & PC were very active. All of them looked after my every requirement and nothing was too much for them.||To sum up, for the above reasons , my stay overall was excellent and extremely satisfying. Would return again, without hesitation, if there is an opportunity.

Stay was very pleasant. Excellent service by all the staff. Took care of my every need.|Comfortable room with good view. Both the Dinner and Breakfast spread were very appealing. Stayed at Holiday Inn Sakinaka, Mumbai, and it was a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. Located close to the airport and metro station, it's perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are well-maintained, modern, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The bed was super comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful sleep despite being in a busy area. The bathrooms were clean and spacious, with a great shower experience. One of the standout features is the rooftop pool — a serene spot to unwind with a view of the city skyline. Whether you're taking a quick dip or just relaxing by the side, it adds a luxurious touch to the overall stay. The buffet breakfast had a wide spread — from Indian to continental — and everything tasted fresh. The in-house restaurant serves delicious meals, and the room service was prompt. The staff is polite, professional, and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The gym and other facilities are decent and functional, making it a good all-round experience. The ambience of the lobby and dining area also gives a classy, premium vibe.

The Dining Privilege is just a trap to pull money out of customer's pocket. Poorest transparency, deceptive guarantee and horrible service level. Not a single person, whether from their central Delhi office or Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport Front Service /Dining Privilege Team will ensure customer service and trust. Room Booking service is horribly pathetic. Take any name of executive and they are just good for nothing, like Pri*****ka, Man***h, Ra**ya, etc. All ensure collaborative effort to ensure they earn their bonus despite the customer gets a good experience and service. I had 2 coupons for 2-nights stay, but I was asked for 2nd night. This was never told /discussed during enrollment. Second time, when I tried booking room, I was told that coupon is valid for weekend only, while this again was never communicated, not even when I booked on working days during my 1st stay

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff specially Aditya. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner and breakfast. Food was good and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

This hotel is very convenient and close to the airport. I liked the room size and we had a very short but restful night. Service was great! They were attentive and helped us immediately when we needed help. The drivers were good too. I recommend you stay here especially if you have a flight from Mumbai airport.

Holiday Inn is very well mantained in terms of hospitality, cleanliness and delicious food.||||We highly recommend Thai curry rice by Chf Roisul. It was super delicious💕. F&B team allways take very good care of us.||||Management mantains a good vibe and doing a commendable job, in terms of guest satisfaction 💕||||Overall we had a great time and highly recommend.
