Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport by IHG

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport. A particular highlight has been the wonderful hospitality offered by the restaurant staffs at the very good breakfast offered. A special thank you to Pramod, PC, and Nancy for the exceptional service at breakfast everyday for the duration of our stay. We also checked out the lunch buffet once and want to thank Arya for her service.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport from 31st October to 2nd November, and our experience was wonderful from start to finish. The team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.||We were pleasantly surprised to receive an early check-in at 10am, along with access to the breakfast buffet on the same day while waiting for our room, a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for the rest of our stay.||Our kids absolutely loved the swimming pool, and we truly appreciated the warm and friendly service from the buffet staff throughout our stay.||A special mention to the amazing staff who made our stay extra special:| • Kailash for excellent room cleaning service| • Durga, the buffet intern, for her attentive and friendly service| • Jitu at the front door, always welcoming us with a smile and assisting with our car doors| • Arya at the lounge buffet for her warm hospitality| • Akshay from housekeeping for promptly helping with towels and amenities||On our last day at the breakfast buffet, we unfortunately couldn’t get a seat in the main dining area and had to sit at the bar instead. The wait for a table was quite long, and by the time we were seated, we only had about 20 minutes left to eat. However, Arya was there to assist us even at the bar, ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed, her service truly made a difference.||Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality, we truly felt cared for and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended for families visiting Mumbai!

Excellent service. We had a family marriage and the staff made our event memorable. Will recommend to anyone looking for marriage in Mumbai and wants to make a memorable. Chef Makan Singh, Chef Gaurav Joshi, Chef Yudhvir, Aditya and Aniket were there all the time to help us.

My wife and I just finished a very short three day stay at the Holiday Inn Mumbai International airport area and as expected from an IHG hotel had just a great experience with world class Guest service.|The hotel has everything that one might need , Spa, Fitness Center, Conference areas and a Roof top Pool. |The location is close by to the new Underground Metro , which we tried out and were pleasantly surprised. Were picked up at the airport by the hotel car, Starting at the security entry, Front desk associates and Ajay and his team at the Concierge Desk were all so friendly and so eager to help. Cannot forget Remi , our housekeeper, Grace at the Bar ( who went above and beyond) TJ at the Saptami Restaurant and so many more whose names I cannot recall. Some Evenings were filled with entertainment in the restaurant by some local singers.|It was a short stay but Thankfully I am booked for a longer stay in a couple of weeks from now and cannot wait to come back.

We had an amazing time at 72 Bar.||We loved the drinks , food and hospitality.||I’d especially like to mention that the Mr Masoom an his team Mr Nikhil made some amaIng cocktails.⭐||We loved the authenticity of the food . Mr Amin took good care.||Mr Avadhut is allways interacting with guests, taking feedback and ensuring guests leave with a happy tummy👌.||Would highly recommend to try the drinks and food❤️.

I stayed here in 2 rooms with 5 persons for 5 nights in July. 2 of them were kids. The staff is very friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. The shower had a small leak so the floor got wet after showering but was no issue for us. The breakfast was good with a lot of choices and indian and western variety. Would recommend for more stays.

This hotel is very convenient and close to the airport. I liked the room size and we had a very short but restful night. Service was great! They were attentive and helped us immediately when we needed help. The drivers were good too. I recommend you stay here especially if you have a flight from Mumbai airport.
