Hello everyone, I have visited Holiday Inn Mumbai many times, and I must say I have never experienced such a top-class hotel in Mumbai. The service and hospitality are excellent. The front desk team is outstanding, especially Mr. Suyesh, who is very kind, polite, and soft-spoken. He provides one of the best customer service experiences. The restaurant team is also very good, especially Ms. Pes. She is very kind and serves food quickly with great care. The team head also treats guests with great respect. I truly enjoy staying at this hotel and would always like to choose Holiday Inn Mumbai for my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Inn Mumbai International. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers as it is close to Mumbai International Airport. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick. The food quality was also good, and overall the service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai for business or leisure. Looking forward to staying here again!

The hotel offered a comfortable stay with clean, well-maintained rooms. Staff were polite, attentive, and quick to help with any requests. The location was convenient, making travel and sightseeing easy. Food quality was good, with a decent variety at breakfast. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and worth the stay.

Met friends for breakfast. Good spread. Excellent bacon crispy croissant. ||Service v slow. Had to remind twice for a coffee. Did not serve my ghee dosa. Possibly under staffed? Please fix this otherwise happy experience.

Our experience with the hotel is excellent and we particularly want to thank Pallavi for making our experience very pleasant from day one. F & B team efforts were extraordinary and made sure that all our guests at the wedding were happy and our guests left the venue with lots of compliments to us. Our special thanks to Chef Mr Yudhvir for helping us to pick and choose menu items of all four events and allowing us to modify to suit our taste and liking. I would like to compliment and thank Mr Ashok, Mr.Aditya, Mr Raja, Mr Chinmay and Mr Rohan for extraordinary efforts. I have no hesitation to recommend Holiday Inn to my near and dear ones.

We recently visited Holiday Inn for a wedding sangeet celebration, and the overall experience was impressive. The venue had a vibrant yet elegant setup, perfectly suited for a festive evening. The event space was beautifully arranged, with great lighting and a lively atmosphere that enhanced the sangeet performances. The hotel’s grand reception area added to the experience, giving a warm and premium welcome as soon as we entered. The dining area was well-organized with a good variety of dishes. The food quality was excellent. Hospitality was one of the highlights. The staff was professional, polite, and quick with their assistance. We also enjoyed the live music at restaurant, which added a relaxing touch after the main festivities. The toilets were clean and well-maintained throughout the event, which is something I truly appreciate at a large gathering. Holiday Inn delivered a seamless and enjoyable experience for the sangeet event. With great ambience, delicious food, attentive service, and well-kept facilities, it made the celebration even more memorable. Highly recommended for weddings and other large gatherings

I had an amazing experience at this place! The standout aspect was definitely the staff — they were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and genuinely focused on ensuring customer satisfaction. The food was equally impressive; I tried a variety of vegetarian dishes, and each one was flavorful and well-prepared. The Gulati Kebab, in particular, was a delightful highlight of the meal. If there’s one area that could use some improvement, it would be the furniture and overall hygiene standards. With a little attention to these details, this place has the potential to become an even more enjoyable dining destination.
