We recently visited Holiday Inn for a wedding sangeet celebration, and the overall experience was impressive. The venue had a vibrant yet elegant setup, perfectly suited for a festive evening. The event space was beautifully arranged, with great lighting and a lively atmosphere that enhanced the sangeet performances. The hotel’s grand reception area added to the experience, giving a warm and premium welcome as soon as we entered. The dining area was well-organized with a good variety of dishes. The food quality was excellent. Hospitality was one of the highlights. The staff was professional, polite, and quick with their assistance. We also enjoyed the live music at restaurant, which added a relaxing touch after the main festivities. The toilets were clean and well-maintained throughout the event, which is something I truly appreciate at a large gathering. Holiday Inn delivered a seamless and enjoyable experience for the sangeet event. With great ambience, delicious food, attentive service, and well-kept facilities, it made the celebration even more memorable. Highly recommended for weddings and other large gatherings

The property maintains a very professional and welcoming atmosphere — ideal for corporate events and business discussions. Meeting Experience: The conference facilities were well-organized and equipped with everything needed for a smooth business meeting. The staff ensured that all arrangements were taken care of on time, and any request was handled quickly and politely. Food (Breakfast & Lunch): The meals were one of the highlights of the stay. Breakfast had a wide range of options — Indian, continental, and healthy choices. Lunch was equally satisfying with delicious dishes, fresh ingredients, and good rotation of menu every day, so it never felt repetitive. Hospitality & Service: The staff was courteous, efficient, and always attentive. They ensured a comfortable experience throughout the event, from entry to exit.

The room was clean, and well maintained, with all the amenities expected from a quality international hotel. Housekeeping was consistent, and everything was kept to a high standard during my entire stay. The staff were outstanding friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was at reception, housekeeping, or other hotel services, their professionalism and hospitality truly stood out and made the stay even more enjoyable. Also, very nice and polite service, delivered by Arshiyan! The hotel’s location near the airport is very convenient. The overall atmosphere, facilities, and service quality reflect a high level of care and comfort. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations, and I would definitely choose Holiday Inn Mumbai Airport again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mumbai!

Love it! I love this place! Pretty calm..rooms are beautiful. Cleanliness at its peak. Service is good and worth every penny. I had forgotten my wallet here, and found it, got a call from the reception staff - Miss somi - and got it back.

I had an amazing experience at this place! The standout aspect was definitely the staff — they were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and genuinely focused on ensuring customer satisfaction. The food was equally impressive; I tried a variety of vegetarian dishes, and each one was flavorful and well-prepared. The Gulati Kebab, in particular, was a delightful highlight of the meal. If there’s one area that could use some improvement, it would be the furniture and overall hygiene standards. With a little attention to these details, this place has the potential to become an even more enjoyable dining destination.
