Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre, an IHG Hotel

We booked 2 rooms with IHG points for our one night stay. Darren at the front desk was very patient and accommodating, as we decided to change room types at the last minute after already checked in. ||Both our rooms were well-equipped and sound proof. We did not hear any road noise even though our room with large windows faced the highway.||We added Executive Lounge access at check-in, which included evening cocktail with finger food and noodles (enough for a meal, lol) and morning breakfast. We appreciate the staff at the lounge, who were very kind and patient with our young children who can be a little loud at times.||Buffet breakfast on the 2nd floor restaurant had a good variety of food. Staff there were quick to clear our dirty dishes. ||The kids enjoyed the swimming pools on the top floor (8th floor). There were plenty of clean towels near the pool area and shower room, which also had shampoo/body wash in the stalls. ||Although we did not use the gym, it appears well equipped. Free parking ticket available for in-house guests. A 5 - 10 minutes walk to the nearest MRT station.||This may be an older hotel but appears to be well-maintained and relatively clean. ||We have enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Orchard City Center because of all the staff we encountered, including housekeeping and concierge. We stayed for 5 nights from Jan 26-31! The lounge access was great and I would recommend it. The breakfast end time was 11AM, and it was not crowded unlike the breakfast area on the second floor. We asked our baby’s milk bottle to be heated up, and a microwave was sent directly to our room. Everything was great! The location is also accessible and walking distance to Somerset MRT stop. We would stay here again!

Undoubtedly the best Holiday Inn we have stayed. Great customer care and hospitality from checking in till checkout. Staff were amazing with prompt service. We were visiting with our young twins and family friends. Highly recommend to anyone who’s after a great visit to Singapore as the location is very central with easy MRT access (nearest is Somerset station). One name stood-up during our lovely stay - Sasi Reddy - who was exceptional with hospitality, guidance, and true professionalism. Wish every hotel has someone like this. 5* experience from online booking to check out! The hotel is absolutely lovely and is located a very short walking distance from shopping. I arrived early (11am) from an International flight and all the staff were warm & welcoming. I was unsure if I could request an early check in, but I was delighted when they were able to accommodate me without any hesitation. Which allowed me to immediately relax and just enjoy my visit. The entire hotel was very well cared for and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

I stayed for two nights and had a great experience. The location is fantastic, with several shopping centers and restaurants nearby, and the MRT station just a few steps away. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the bathtub. However, the lack of a smart TV limited access to Netflix and YouTube. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and the excellent service from the hotel staff made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and hospitality, and I will definitely return.

We spent two nights (January 7 and 8) of this year at the hotel. After checking into the room we discovered a slight odour and mentioned it to the gentleman who worked evenings at the reception. He immediately relocated us to another room, arranged a fruit platter and did everything possible to make us comfortable. I don't recall his name but he is one of those incredible service-oriented people you find occasionally. A real asset to the hotel..! Thank you

For Singapore, this hotel offers excellent value for money! The location is great – central and everything is easy to reach, though Singapore is small anyway. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, perfectly embodying the Holiday Inn philosophy: comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality. Big compliments to the housekeeping team – the cleanliness was truly outstanding. Well-maintained facilities, a beautiful pool, a sufficiently equipped gym, lightning-fast internet, an excellent breakfast buffet (available from 6 a.m.) with very friendly staff, smooth check-in and check-out, and a fantastic bar. Pleasant international guests. The only small downside is that the breakfast room could be a bit larger. We will definitely come back and will absolutely recommend it to our friends. This was a very nice hotel. Although facing the highway, the rooms are quiet and comfortable. The location is also very convenient. The facilities are a little old, but they are clean and well kept, so I didn't mind at all. The breakfast buffet was excellent. And most importantly, the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely visit this hotel again.
