Holiday Market is truly a gem in the community! Every time I shop here, I’m impressed by how clean, organized, and welcoming the store feels. The staff always greet you with a smile and are quick to help if you need anything — their customer service really stands out. The quality of the produce, meat, and fresh foods is top-notch. You can tell they take pride in the products they offer. I also love that they carry a great selection of local and specialty items you can’t always find at bigger chain stores. It makes the shopping experience feel more personal and unique. Checkout is always smooth, and the employees genuinely make you feel like a valued customer. It’s the kind of store you actually enjoy going to — friendly atmosphere, great products, and a community-focused vibe. I highly recommend Holiday Market to anyone who wants a pleasant and reliable place to shop. It’s easily one of the best grocery stores around!

Very nice store with more than expected. Seems to have a little of everything with items I did not expect to find. The deli made a good sandwich, I loved the bread. Love the salad bar with a ton of build your own options. All of the items appeared very fresh with attentive staff. Almost all of the edge walls are cold storage for lots of cold items. Beer cave appeared to be large with multiple varieties. Large with e selection for a small store. Produce looked fresh. Sold products my family enjoys that are difficult to find in other stores. Huge to have another pharmacy option in town!

Convenient, with some great items! More expensive than your larger grocery store. But has many brands and specialty items that i usually have to order in. Make sure you sign up for the rewards program! It's really fast! It's just your name and a phone number and it saves a lot of money! I took a bunch of photos of the different isles to give an idea of prices, brands, and products. I was pleasantly surprised to see Hylands kids and adults brand homeopathic medicines in their medications isle! Lots of organic, keto, and allergy friendly options in their isles. Large section for beer and wine if that's your thing! Great little deli window where you can order food! Really yummy salad bar or prepacked salad bar items in the fridge. Not where i would do all my shopping. But will get special treats and quick in-and-out trips. Clean store and friendly staff. Always a pleasant grocery run! (* Updating to say that the owner is so responsive and responded to my review within a few hours! Another reason to love a locally owned business! *)

This store is amazing! It’s only 3 minutes from my office on main street. Employee’s were friendly, the store is organized and well stocked with great prices. I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit yesterday and will definitely make this my new grocery store

Here's a nice Gem of a shopping experience. Very good amount of items to pick from and also a few hard to find ones. Its a happy hub of the town.

Ya they have a pretty functional bathroom. Heated and lots of space to forget you are in a bathroom. People knock too much though. I mean come on, not everyone is dying in the bathroom some of us just poop slow...shiiit!

Best sandwiches in town. Such fresh ingredients, carefully put together, and amazing staff. Great market and sandwich shop!

Store has nice decor. Lots of out of stocks though. Went looking for pastries and coffee. It was morning. Not too early and not too late. They didn't have hardly any pastries at all. I left without buying anything.

I finally tried the salad bar and was devastated to taste the bland, non-organic produce and ingredients. HUGE bummer. Please rectify this issue! I'm still glad to have Holiday Market in my neighborhood, and they even stock Omission gluten-free beer now! But the more I shop here the more I wish they'd go the way of Natural Grocers and ditch the conventional foods in favor of organic, natural foods. For example: ban Doritos! They're made with msg and all kinds of other crap. Instead, offer more of the cleaner snack foods, like Hippeas. Get rid of conventional produce - at least the selections from the dirty dozen. Change up some deli ingredients to make a few pre-made dishes that don't include wheat and dairy. Help your community make better food choices and be healthier + happier by offering quality products and shunning the old school garbage available at any gas station or Sizzler buffet.

Do not use any form of debit or credit in Holiday market, because if you go back to return something , they will not return your funds quickly it's been 14 days and they keep giving me the runaround ! Saying that their bank has not let friends go . I feel like I'm being lied to you and they want to keep my $25 . I meant to buy Puppy Chow and I got pedigree instead so I had to return it for my lactating mama dog , and because of them they made it so I could not get the right kind that same night. They could have made money right back from me but they chose to keep my funds! Do not trust the store because they are fraudulent .

Omigosh! The best sandwiches ever! Made perfectly to your order and tastes amazing! The staff is always friendly. Ambiance is really not there, but it's a deli so....

Racist staff! It is 6/30 at 7pm. We stopped by at this store for some steak. There were a couple of clients in the store but the white woman staff at the self-check station ran to us and insisted she needed to take our back packs and keep them with her at the front. We are Asians. Obviously that is a made up policy just for us. Sickening and pathetic.

Great customer service ! The cashier was friendly and on point, was visiting the area and needed a few things for a trip, was able to find a great selection. I would the Deli should stay open a little late though maybe until 7pm because they were already closed up.

This has become my favorite store in town. Small but packed full of good stuff. Produce meat & deli all A++++. Excellent lunch selection in the deli for those working downtown.

this store was great! the staff was helpful and friendly and not rude! the overall experience was great and had all your needs without having to go to Costco or Walmart! the produce was fresh and the meat selection was excellent! best part was able to walk in, grab stuff and get out! it truly was a pleasure to shop here, it was my first time here and I was really impressed! thank you!

Very bad service found hair in my sandwich and banned too two kids because they were using a mobility scooter and they got of when told overall they aren't very nice too kids i saw a lady walk up too kids and get in there face and take a picture of them and had the audacity too put two 11 year old kids on the wall of shame

We had to change pharmacies due to the shutdown of bmart WORST DECISION MADE this pharmacy has the most rude incompetent people ever qualified to work in this department. They constantly messed up my prescriptions from ins to time of pickup to the wrong actually prescription. Changing ASAP we are elderly and don't live in klamath falls we live apx 20 miles away oneway and we have to tell them this every time we need to pickup prescriptions the same thing about our prescriptions plus it takes hrs to fill even when we call and say they are ready we drive their and still not done. Never go back their again hello Wal mart

I'm giving this store five stars because just about everything there was excellent with one caveat. We had forgotten an item and when I asked the young man checking us out on what aisle we could find it, he replied, "I don't know, I just work here."

They sold me rotten chicken and refused to refund me when I brought it back.

It's obvious why the ratings are so high here. Excellent produce, meat with deli being A+++. My favorite grocery in Klamath.

Moved up here from Sacramento and I use to get a sandwich from the Holiday Market in Cool, Ca every time I was traveling through that small town. I'm so glad holiday is here in Klamath it is such a clean beautiful market. The staff greets everyone as they enter and I think that is incredible. The sandwich's here are insane! Soooo good! Best sandwich's ever! I'd post a picture but I had to eat it.

This is the best store I have seen in a long time! Love the meat quality and selection. They have the best sandwiches in town. The produce has good variety. Huge natural foods selection. The employees are very attentive and are super helpful. I will definitely be making this "my" store to shop at.

I love the deli fresh bread and sliced meats. Cool idea to already have the mayo and mustard mixed together. I usually go for the Dutch crunch bread with Turkey and American Cheese.

They have good quality meats and you can get them for great price the day they mark it down and put it on the end bin of meat dept. Get there early morning ;) I'm big fan of Crystal Creamery products and they sell them for less than they do Umpqua or Tillamook. They also have a nice selection of premier baked treats from quality bakeries - baklava chocolate coconut macroons if you're into those. Nice that it's on the Uptown side, no driving across town to a grocery in a pinch.

Very rude and disrespectful will never go there again. No manners at all. I just need some medicine for my baby and they were very rude.

Super glad I found this market (thanks Yelp). Just moved to the area and to be honest Fred Meyer stresses me out. I HATE giant stores. Perhaps if you are a bulk shopper or a huge family or something, Holiday won't meet your needs but it meets mine perfectly. Now I can save trips to the big scary store for weird miscellany (like Target shopping). Friendly staff, great for special diets.

Up till today my husband and I have loved this Market and would make a point of visiting it all the way from Bonanza. He loves the sandwiches from the deli and I love the cookie selection along with the salad bar. But today our opinion of this Market was drastically changed. My hubby is a diabetic and when he is hungry he needs to eat something right away. We finally made it into town from Bonanza which is a good half an hour from this store and immediately went to the deli to get some food. Him to the deli for a sandwich and me to the salad bar. No sooner did I get my salad boxed up and they were getting ready to had him his sandwich along with other people who had just got theirs and was heading to the check stands to check out the electricity went out and the store went dark. So instead of getting a calculator and a manual weighing machine to check people out and getting them out of the store, they just told everyone they had to leave and just leave all of their food there. When asked what was going to happen to the food they had just got from the deli they said it would all just be thrown away. They wouldn't take any kind of offer of cash for it at all. :( Apparently they have no back up plans when something like this happens and it is ok to just waste good food. I have worked for retail for many years and for places like Walmart where when something like this happened we kept ringing people up even with a calculator and a flash light if we had to so they could still get their purchase then leave the store. They need to think about having a back up plan for if this ever happens again and above all with the deli foods so it doesn't go to waste. That's just sad and so wrong. If they can just write it off they could have even just given it to the customers that were on their way to pay for it to begin with and said sorry for the inconvenience and it wouldn't have gone to waste and they wouldn't have had upset unhappy customers. We will think twice about coming back. :(

Very expensive on most items and a very poor selection. Produce aisle is a joke. Extremely disappointed after all the hype. Will not shop there again.
