We absolutely loved our stay at Hollmann Beletage. The rooms were clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—thoughtfully designed with lovely touches throughout. The staff was fantastic—warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. There is a small blackboard outside our room with a nice, big note welcoming us by name to the hotel and wishing us a pleasant stay.||The location is perfect, tucked away on a quiet street but just steps from the city center. One of the true highlights was the private sauna suite, which you can reserve for two—a beautiful, relaxing space that felt like our own personal spa. The technology for accessing the hotel and room worked flawlessly.||Breakfasts were a treat each morning, beautifully presented and delicious—especially the truffle scrambled eggs, which were next level. So many food options! And every afternoon at 3 pm, they tap a keg and offer guests a self-serve beer along with an impressive spread of snacks, including fresh breads, meats, and fruit. It felt more like a thoughtful gathering than a hotel perk.||There’s honestly nothing bad to say. We’d return in a heartbeat. A truly special boutique experience.

My family and I had an amazing time at the hotel for three nights while exploring Vienna. The staff was incredible, and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in years at a boutique hotel. There were plenty of food options within a short walk.|Unfortunately, the heat was quite intense while we were there, and the AC in the rooms couldn’t keep up. But the staff was quick to arrange fans, so we were able to stay cool.

This boutique hotel is right in the heart of Vienna. Perfect location close to bars, restaurants, shops, main attractions. All within walking distance. Although in main part of the city very quiet at night. Rooms were well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was probably the best I’ve ever had withe plenty of choice, cooked to order and most choices fully organic. I am gluten free and they were very accommodating. Lovely little extras like a sauna, cinema room, garden. Free afternoon snacks with beer and free tea and coffee 24/7. Staff were a delight and couldn’t do enough. A very lovely stay and would highly recommend.

I've booked this hotel for my partners 40th birthday. I've used booking.com and had messaged the hotel few times before we eventually got there. They were ever so friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. They even given us a new room as I'd preferred a room with a shower. I booked an XL room. Was very spacious, light, comfy bed and a mini bar. Staff were excellent throughout our stay. Breakfast options were great, from continental options through beef goulash to salmon was all fantastic. Tobias our chef was a cheeky chap, couldn't do anymore for us.|There were complimentary snacks and beer between 3 and 5 which was great. The hotel was 5 minute away from the centre, full of beautiful buildings, churches, museums. Very clean streets and very friendly people . We visited the Schönnbrunn castle and used the hop on hop off bus. Will highly recommend and definitely will return. |Thank you again!!!

We have a lovely stay here, and really enjoyed the Beletage! The rooms were large, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was fabulous - recommend the goat cheese, as well as the smoked salmon! Afternoon snack was great as well - meatloaf, bread, potato chips, and Beer - all free! Staff were all great as well. Would highly recommend and would go back for sure! Also excellent location, very quiet, and comfy bed/pillows.

What a fantastic hotel! Spent four nights here. Located in the gorgeous first district of Vienna. Truly a boutique hotel experience. Included chef prepared breakfast in the morning. Manuel the chef cooked exquisite! Staff was fantastic. Loved the amenities, such as the private sauna that could be booked for an hour, as well as the complimentary afternoon snack of Leberkase and beer. Very personal touches and loved that each room was unique. Without doubt the best hotel my wife and i have ever stayed at!

I’ve stayed at Hollmann Beletage maybe 5 or 6 times over the past 15 years. It’s very welcoming…a unique, comfortable home-away-from-home (if you are lucky to live in a very happy, well-run home.) Everyone is friendly and helpful. The grand, high quality breakfast is delicious, organic, plentiful and there are made to order options prepared for you in the breakfast area. Complimentary tea and coffee available all day; happy hour too with beer. Rooms are modern in design and clean. Beds are comfortable. Makes me happy just thinking about the place.

My husband and I stayed at Hollmann Beletage for three nights while visiting Vienna and would give it a 10/10. The accommodation is very stylish and the friendly staff were incredibly welcoming, leaving individual welcome messages on arrival at the door to your room and daily room service, along with the best breakfast ever!!! And amazing shared space from 3-5 pm each day with 🍺 The location is perfect being walkable to shopping streets, great restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Nothing seemed to much, including looking after our bags after check out. We felt completely cared for and would stay again if we ever get back to Vienna.

Yelp
While typically I cannot go recommending a hotel simply because they do a beautiful breakfast, Hollmann Beletage serves up what might just be the best morning meals I have ever had in a hotel. I'm talking fresh juice, eggs made to order, meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, bread, pastries - all included in the nightly rate. Not only that - the rooms are well-appointed, the sheets soft, the wifi reliable and the location central. For the discerning traveler wanting a truly local experience, it's hard to imagine there's a better hotel in Vienna. In fact the only thing missing at the Hollmann Beletage is a lively bar scene. This unique hotel's a little more like staying at a hip friend's flat and waking up to find a chef in the kitchen preparing you breakfast. If you require 24 front desk reception or room service it might not be the right pick. But if you're just fine letting yourself in and you don't mind getting dressed to eat, head over to the nearby Hollmann's Salon and have your drinks and dinner there. I'd definitely rate Hollmann Beletage right up there with some of my other favourite hotels - The Ace, New York; The Drake, Toronto; The Hoxton, London; The Soho House, Berlin; The Louis, Munich; CitizenM, Amsterdam - and look forward to sleeping with them again soon.

Yelp
I stayed here with my husband over Christmas on our honeymoon, and I can't imagine a better, homier hotel anywhere. Seriously, this is my favorite hotel I've ever stayed in, full stop. Every hotel I stay in now will be compared to the Hollmann Beletage. We found the place fine (look for an orange overhang), and were able to walk from the Wien Mitte train station after taking the CAT from the airport. Extremely convenient city location! The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful for anything we needed. They have limited hours, but I don't require any assistance overnight, so it was not an issue at all. The room was quite large, with a very comfortable king sized bed right in the middle. Separate WC, shower stall on the side, sink adjacent to the headboard, a desk, a couch, and a comfortable chair. We were here for 5 nights and 6 days, so we were very happy to have big closets to unpack and the couch to hang out and read on. The room was cleaned every day and the first day we were given Pez candies on our pillow. (Not sure if we should have gotten these every day, but we only got them one day/five). We were also provided slippers and robes, which are basically necessities for me in a hotel, especially in the winter. I prefer not to travel with my own robe, but as a long haired girl in a hotel room with limited towels, this amenity means a lot to me. We loved the breakfast each morning! In an intimate room on the top floor, a small but efficient team serve up truly delicious food. There was always a selection of rolls/croissants, meats and cheeses, jams, nutella, fruit salad, and granola and toppings. Additionally, one could order a made-to-order dish as well as any espresso drink or tea. All this was included in the price of the room, which we thought provided a great value. The Hollmann Beletage has a lot of personal, homey touches that truly made us feel comfortable. There were games on the 1st floor we could take down and play, as well as couches to lounge on (with throw blankets!) and magazines. In this area, there were also small sandwiches, delicious Kugelhopf (cake), and sparkling wine set out in the afternoon each day. I've never hung out in the common area of a hotel before, but we took advantage of this every afternoon happened to be in the hotel, and we were not the only ones! On the top floor, there was another common area, with tea and whiskey set up in the afternoon, a computer and printer available, and a lovely fireplace. Because we were here in December, there was also a Christmas tree!!! On Christmas morning, the staff placed packages for the guests in each room under the tree of their lovely homemade jam. Such a special touch! I would not only stay at his hotel whenever I am in Vienna, but I would plan my trip around the hotel's availability, as it is a boutique hotel with only 24 rooms. We stayed at the Penta Hotel in Vienna the night before we flew out, and it only confirmed my love and strong preference for the HB. Don't hesitate to book a room here, you will love it!

Yelp
Excellent customer service. The hotel is just a few blocks from the nearest U-Bahn and in the heart of old Vienna but it's not lacking for space or comfort -- the rooms are spacious and well designed, loads of public space, and plenty of high quality free food is floating around. Highly recommend.

Yelp
The Hollmann Beletage is an über cool boutique hotel perfectly located in the heart of the Innere Stadt of Vienna. Upon arrival, I was a bit worried, it looked like I was entering a somewhat shabby apartment block, however, I quickly found the main door to the Beletage and was immediately impressed. The lobby and common areas are clean and very trendy. There is a small old school cinema in the middle of the first floor which even serves freshly popped pop corn. There are very living room-esque common areas which are great for a quick read or an impromptu meeting. There are also several brightly orange colored bicycles to borrow. My room itself, was large with a massive canopy bed in the middle of the room. Instead of night-time chocolates I received a Pez dispenser and some pez candy on my pillow--what a nifty treat! There was also a bowl of fresh fruit upon arrival. The king-sized bed was comfy though I was a bit dismayed that instead of one large duvet. it came with 2 twin duvets. The rain forest shower was nice and surprisingly located in a closet like alcove---don't worry it is bigger than you'd think. Wifi was free and fast and allowed multiple devices (phone, ipad, and laptop of course) to connect seamlessly. British Airways lost mt luggage on the way to Vienna, but the front desk lady was super helpful offering complimentary toothpaste and toothbrush, helped me find a late night convenience store (harder than you would think in Vienna) and a store that opened up early enough to buy some fresh clothes before my conference. Miriam W is spot on about the breakfast---included in the room rate is a culinary feast of cured meats, fresh croissants and breads, yogurts, and fruits. One of the top breakfasts I've had in some time. Note this is not your typical hotel---the front desk is only open during business hours, however, it's very easy to get in and out of the hotel after hours. Definitley will be staying at the Beletage during future trips to Vienna!

Yelp
The room came with a fruit stand, and a Pez dispenser for each guest! We were confused at first as to why the Pez, but then looked it up and found out that Pez was invented in Vienna. Haha..who woulda thought :) The bed is not one large bed, but rather two smaller beds pushed together, with same sheet but separate duvets. The hotel is located in a rather quiet area on the north side of the inner ring. Access to public transportation is about a 5 minute walk. Stephansdom is within walking distance. The pros 1. I love the open bathroom 2. Great design, spacious rooms, large windows 3. You can rent free iPads! 4. Friendly staff 5. The breakfast is really good, although service can be a bit slow 6. Free lockers on the ground floor to store luggage with a € 2 deposit The downsides 1. There were two tiny bugs crawling around in the bathroom. They were about the size of a period. One was on the wall, and one was on the roll of toilet paper 2. The staff does not stay late, so be wary if you need to check in late
